Very disgusting feeling that I had purchased a fake gshock watch for 2013rs . Even I don’t get my money refunded. I had make the return of the product.by the same day of the delivery. Very worst experience with snapdeal. Such a site for selling fake products and very poor service.

    I got a call around 12pm. And they are saying that i won a lucky coupon and a car worth 12lac. They said that i can also collect money or check. Is this fake or real. And it have a registration fee 6, 500/_and i got a accnt number and ifsc code of that bank holder. Saying that they will post it on news channel. I revived their i'd cards, they send me all proves.
    So what sould i do now. Is this fake news or real please contact me so fast.

          My lenovo vibe k4 note refurbished mobile return to company. Yet i have not received my refund money. My details of the product is added me with photos. Company has took a long time to refund my money. Last 6 days i have been waiting for my refund money. The product is not as per discription it's condition is too bad. Its accessories head is broken is so badly.

            I have ordered a product from snapdeal worth rs 1648 but received a different product. I have chosen the product return option but the courier team said they need additional permissions to take the product as it is totally different from what i have ordered, but they have updated the status as the customer is willing to keep the product. After that i have rescheduled the pickup but no has come to take product and there is no update on the status since then. I am trying to call and speak to there executive but the cc number only has ivr options only. The worst service experience of all the e-commerce sites.

              I received this product than i open it i show the quality of product, the mop thread are very short (Its unusefull for me) also family member dont like this product its waste of money product... Than i am submitted the return request to snapdeal but snap deal said they unable to return this product. Lots of time ia am mailing to snapdeal but now no one reply me, i have all item who received to me "invoice, product with original packing" just send the person to collect this product..                 Message detail: dear customer. “you are winner of (Snapdeal) company you win 1st prize tata safari and amount rate is rs-12, 40, 000. Registration service charge 8, 499 on[protected] deposit. Contact no:- [protected]”
                Message received from: hp-snpdll
                Message detail: “snapdeal congratulation dear customer (Madam, sir) online shopping lucky draw contest happen and you selected 1st prize tata safari storm vx varicor and market price 12, 60000. Certificate, company credit card and registration charge: rs. 7500/helpline no. [protected]”
                Today morning received call from +91 [protected].

                As a customer i feel i am cheated by snapdeal only as my mobile number is register with you. After placing online order how frequently fraud sms and call received.

                Please treat this mail as my return complain and provide me which action you will take for safe guard of your valuable and poor customer.

                  Snapdeal has not refunded the money i paid on a camcelled order. Its been more than 3 weeks now..
                  I have teied to get in touch with there staff but snapdeal has no options to talk to a real person or executive. They just have automated responses.
                  I bought the same order that i had canceled before (I canceled because of scared of recieved face product).. And even that i recieved the wrong product! When i filed a return with snapdeal on this order.. I had a brief conversation with the pickup delivery man. He was very clear in warning me about shopping with snapdeal and recommended that i acoid shopping from snapdeal as long as the sale season is here as they do alot of fraud and give out fake product. Please help me in my situation as i have almost 4000 rupees stuck within snapdeal. It would be greatly appreciated.

                        I purchased an item from you and some where i didn't like the item so i raised the return request. From last few days continuously receiving messages from your team for pickup will happen today and everyday i am carrying that item and no one is coming to pick up that item. Now my concern is why your team is doing false commitment with the customer. If no one is coming for pickup then why on daily basis customer is receiving messages that pick up has been scheduled for today.

                        My experience is very worst with your team and i will not convey to any one that they should go with snapdeal.

                            I had ordered you have purchased this high back executive chair in black leatherette on 24th sep 2018 and received the product on 29th sep 2018.
                            But product was damaged with following issues
                            1. Left handle is bent.
                            2. Leaning mechanism is damaged.
                            3. Hydraulics is damaged and chair is slant.
                            4. Handle is broken.
                            5. Chair is dirty doesn't look like new.

                                My watch which i was brought from snapdeal before. It was now not working. So i had gone to service center because 1 year warranty is threre but in service center they told that it is the duplicate watch. So what i will do.                                     I got a call that I got jackpot of a car of 12, 500, 00 they are asking to give rs 8000 for check book it is from Jamshedpur Jharkhand please tell me can I give them 8000

                                      We have ordered for epson 664 all colour ink as per the display catalogue, but you have supplied me brother branded different types of ink. Firstly we have complained to replace it, again for the second time also same ink was delivered.in future we will not buy anything from snapdeal and will advise others as well to stop buying products from snapdeal. They are just fooling customers by supplying fake items.

                                        In my order the delivery packet is in worst condition it’s already open one side and I’m missing and item in my order display along with the camera there is a mic they need provide which is there along with the camera and never I’ve seen such type of packing of the product next onwarda I won’t purchase anything in snapdeal

Then I got message that from my side refused to take and my necklace sent it back.. After some days I got message that u r order cancelled.. I am very unhappy with snapdeal service ices.. Worst experience
