First i got a message from snapdela customer care service to send proper bank details to snapdeal customer care mail so i have sent my acoount details to them. I didn't got my refund yet

    Snapdeal delivered nike duplicate shoes on 18th oct 2018. On 19th oct placed and return request, kept the shoes as it is as after opening it come to know it is duplicate product.

    On 20th oct delivery boy did not pick up the return. First he said i did not have the invoice after showing email copy of the invoice he called his manager and manager told that i mention that i did not like the shoes (Which was not the case) and we will not pick up because i did not like reason (Actual reason which i quoted was duplicate shoes).

    Please note that this looks to be a scandal run by the vendor along with courier team. It seems your courier team is well inform by your vendor for not taking return. This is big cheating going on to customer.

        I have ordered 2 items on 9th october (1) fastract men's watch paid through card but snapdeal cancelled the fastrack watch on 12th october but still they didn't refund my money.
        Another item lycra woman palazzo, it delivered on 15th october & i proceed return request on same day but still they didn't pickup the item everyday they rescheduled the pickup date. Many times i sent email but no proper communication. I need contact no. I'm really frustrated of this snapdeal. Fraud seller snapdeal. Other apps are much more better than snapdeal. Plz solve my problem as soon possible. Thank you

        Still my issue is not resolved..plz do something.. every time they used to send a message that refund has done successfully. But I didn't get the refund. So irritating Snapdeal. I have no more patience plz look into the matter.. I'm really frustrated of this app. I'll never recommend my family & friends to shop from Snapdeal.

            I ordered 1 pair of shoes (Adidas yeesy boost) from snapdeal and when i opened it the both shoes were right sided and the shoes box is also damaged and thus i want to replace them, my email is [protected]@rediffmail.com, and kindly replace my shoes i cant wear them.               I have order lacoste sunglass but the product is different from what it has mentioned in the descriptions and image on the website. So, i submitted the return request on the same day of delivery. Pickup guy keep on delaying to come and pickup the sunglass after multiple follow-up they picked up the packet but a 2 weeks i got a email saying your return request has be declined by the qa team. I sent an email to them asking for the reason but no response from them. As a reminder i sent email on 19th october know how to take this forward, either they will return or refund.

                How can the app claim delivered status without even delivering the product that i had ordered?? Such a fraud app. My amount has been debited on august 12th whn i ordered the product and i hve not received my product yet... Whom should i blame? There is no proper customer service facilities too... Snapdeal has notified me as product been delivered yesterday without delivering the product! Such a fraud way to loot money from the people..                     I have buyed Nike flip flop from snapdeal I didn't like it so I have returned the product on 4th October 2018 but still I didn't get the refund. When I contacted customer care they said it will be credited in few days but now its more than limit. I waited for so much long. I also contacted my sbi branch they no such transaction has been made in ur account. I request snapdeal to refund me the money back and contact me ASAP.

                        I am very disappointed from your service. First of all why my order has been cancelled? If the seller is not ready to fulfill the service, then why snapdeal not black list him. A person waste his quality time to do online shopping and tracking, where is my order?, finally "your order has been cancelled by seller" and the refund will be take place in 6-7days! What is this? And where is my rs500 coupon amount. I am sorry, i'll never do shopping with snapdeal and not to suggest other.

                        Your order for Hindware Delfina 60 1100 m3/h Chimney couldn't be fulfilled due to technical issue/non serviceability of courier at your address."
                        I write:- If there is any technical issue then why not you respond on 13, 14 the October, after five days you recognized the technical issue, which kind of bogus response is this. I am living jungle? address issue? What kind of careless excuse you are giving. Same seller giving service to my neighbor through Amazon but why not from Snapdeal. I am unavailable to understand what kind of careless management the company do. Amazon and Flipkart are better than you. sorry I am wrong to be faith on Snapdeal.

                          The cheater company m/s sanpdeal clearly refused of my genuine complaint. My order order id: [protected] i placed my order on 11 oct, 2018 for 02 unit of prestige electric kettles & 01 painting. 02 sellers, both denied to supply the products, even my full payment was taken into account of snapdeal. After 05th & 07th day both orders cancelled due to seller mistake.

                          Emailed several to sanpdeal - no reply,
                          Called several times on cc - not heard no response.
                          By hardwork connected cc executive - clearly denied for any compensation or supply of products.

                          Surprised and shocked about their replies and attitudes towards customers genuine complaints.

                          Request to all, pressure on such fraud company to act justifiably with customers and resolved my complaint.
                          If not understand the problems o[censored]s, company must be debarred in india for business...

                            Sir, i have brought a sony mdr - zx110a headphones on 22 september 2018. I paid 589/- rupees through debit card payment mode. But after two days, i cancelled the product. Then snapdeal processed the refund on 2 october 2018 with reference number nsm[protected]. But the amount is yet not credit in my bank account. Please do appropriate action about this. I am very anxious about this since 20 days.
                            Now sbi bank customer care person wants utr number to see further details and denying to see the reference number.

                                Total #fraud and #cheating to #customers,

                                Again and again cancelled my orders by snapdeal and mentioning that in rare cases orders shall be cancel by snapdeal
                                Total fraud and cheating to customers,
                                Why???
                                Is there any superior management or not, only left the final decisions at lower level staff.
                                I lodged my complaint on 15.10.2018, as on date no reply has been sent towards my order order id: [protected] i placed my order on 11 oct, 2018 for 02 unit of prestige pkgss 1.7 l 1500 w stainless steel electric kettle, for an amount of rs.787/- each.
                                Furthermore one order of painting in clubbed with above order has again cancelled.
                                Is there is system or educated team who understand the meaning of rare case, my 03 products have been withdrawn by sneapdeal without any justified reply with respect to customer & snapdeal, based on your sellers failure, how do customers are in default to received the booked priced with full payment to you snapdeal.
                                No reply by snapdeal looks that you are waiting for court notice, no value of customers complaints for resolving them.
                                I need reply of my two complaints for 03 products cancellation on urgent basis otherwise there is no way to resolve my painful complaints through consumer court.
                                I am waiting of your justified reply with delivery of my booked products which have been cancelled by you due to your sellers defaults and not any fault from my side.

                                After 4 days without any fault from my side, snapdeal cancelled my order, whereas i was paid my amount. After paying my amount the product was mine and snapdeal was taken my amount in to their financial account.

                                This is clearcut cheating by snapdeal with customer, if the product was not available why this was shows on portal during season time. Seller agreement is not signed with customers so any default from seller shall be liability of snapdeal co. Such negligence and loose of my opportunity on other online shopping platform are giving me very much harassment and tense. I was purchased my product on your website after a long time waste for getting best price but you fails my hardworking for procurement of above item. This is totally unacceptable from your side. I have lost promo coupon amounts, i have lost 15% cashback offer, i have lost my time, i have lost usage of my money during order and cancellation time, i have taken unnecessary tension by this order. These are only on account of negligent working of m/s snapdeal co. (Online shopping, m/s snapdeal.com).
                                I am not agreed upon your reply and cancellation of my order.

                                By this email, i hereby serve you this notice for immediate fullfill of obiligation of m/s snapdeal.com, otherwise i shall have not way to got my products through consumer forum (Court). Please note that all the expenses on account of any legal or other activities on account of above case shall solely be responsibility of your company.

                                The Cheater Company M/s Sanpdeal clearly refused of my genuine complaint. My order Order ID: [protected] I placed my order on 11 Oct, 2018 for 02 unit of Prestige Electric Kettles & 01 Painting. 02 Sellers, Both denied to supply the products, Even my full Payment was taken into account of Snapdeal. After 05th & 07th day both orders cancelled due to seller mistake.

                                Emailed several to Sanpdeal- No reply,
                                Called several times on CC - not heard no response.
                                By hardwork connected CC executive - Clearly denied for any compensation or supply of products.

                                Surprised and shocked about their replies and attitudes towards customers genuine complaints.

                                Request to all, pressure on such fraud company to act justifiably with customers and resolved my complaint.
                                if not understand the problems o[censored]s, Company must be debarred in India for business...

                                  The status is showing delivered. I have checked with my neighbours & security guards. Noone has recieved the order. How is the status showing delivered. Can i please talk to an executive??? I raised an issue via the app & snapdeal support mailed me after checking the issue from the system records as delivered even when i raised the similar.

                                    I had received different product from snapdeal od [protected] and od [protected], then i had placed a return request but my return request was closed i don't know why my request is rejected so, i have returned both defected item to sellers via india post on 8 october 2018 but i haven't received refund in my account yet.                                         My product was delivered to me today, a red fly mobile phone which i paid rs.4248 on delivery. I tested the phone and found out that the touch screen was not working properly and the cover provided was old and had a lot of scratch marks, plus the handset is very slow and takes a lot of time to unload. I am. Not happy with this product and want to return it with a refund.
