Today i have recieved a FAKE fastrack 3099sm02 watch from snapdeal,
Plz dont cheat ur customers Snapdeal,
I dont want refund,
I have also showed it to the fastrack service center authority, No doubt they to confirmed it that its FAKE
This is not tolerable snpdeal,
Stop this, U have great trust in market and these things are spoiling it
i want Original product to be delivered as soon as possible

      I am getting sms snapdeal on a continuous basis. Request you to stop the sms services immediately. My mobile no is [protected]. I have already sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com regarding this issue.
      This is so frustrating. Your offers are everywhere. I also see your advertisements in whatsapp, my notification panel and even on chrome. Why the hell are you tracking all this?
      I just don't care. I want to opt out of all this. You can also delete my account.
      I just don't need any of your ads, sms, emails and products.
      I will wait next 3 to 4 working days after i will send on legal notice.

              I have booked few items in snapdeal past 2 days. Today morning 10.40 i am getting messages and calls saying i have won tata safari and asked to pay so so registration fees.
              Please save the data what ever we are booking for the product delivery. He reads out my address very clear. Why is all details unsafe???
              They get our phone number, address and many other details. Snap deal will lose customers if this is continuing please resolve this as soon as possible.

                The product have many issue, the speaker is not working properly, ring tone is very low, vibrator is not working g, blue tooth is not working, phone is getting heated up, after complaint i was asked to visit lava service center, today i visited the service center after checking the invoice they found that the iemi number of mobile is different in invoice than what is delivered, so they asked to contact back to you, request to ease check the same and do the needful

                  I received a fastrack watch after a long delivery span and the watch had no glass over the dial. When i want to talk to the customer representative i dont get to talk to him. The provided customer care number doesnt have a live customer representative. Service provied is not at all satisfactory. Now i want my refund.

                    Does snapdeal retains our crucial bank passwords??

                    After a successful bank transaction for a memory card purchasing through snapdeal app, on 9th oct 2018, a screen appeared showing that you will get a discount coupon worth rs.500 with a tick box to claim the same. And it was also showing me 3 tabs below in which first one was with dots, 2nd was with hide and show option and 3rd one was the submit option. (Refer attached screenshot). By clicking on the show button, i was shocked to see that the 1st tab with dots displayed me my bank transaction password which is a complete breach of security and faith.

                    I found very frustrating contacting their customer care where there was no one to listen to the complaint in the ivr system

                    I am fed up of explaining the matter again and again through mails where it was being posed by them that they have no clue what wrong practices snapdeal is doing. And just asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app.

                    This indicates that snapdeal steals and retains its users personal and bank information which is purely illegal.

                        I ordered a 32 gb sandisc otg pendrive and made payment, after paying the amount snapdeal ask to pay again and said order not completed.

                              Still Snapdeal is neglecting My Request.

                              I have complained several times still no response to my email.. I hope i will get a reply and my problem will be resolved ...
                              i didn't like the quality so I placed a return request on 28 june 2020, the day I received it. At first the pickup was scheduled for 29 june, but it was cancelled and i received mail that i have to courier it, the return form i downloaded from the link provided which i am attaching in this mail too. i sent the courier on 1 st july 2020 by courier facility- DELHIVERY, with which snapdeal is in tie up.
                              The courier facility has informed that the address provided by the seller is incorrect and incomplete and they are unable to deliver it . I myself tried to trace the order of the seller but I am unable to find it. I uploaded the courier invoice on 1st july itself but again i received email that images are not received and then another email that image is under review. After this several times i received an email that the return request is closed because i was unable to upload the image. I tried contacting Snapdeal but no one responded. In all this process the 7 days replacement is about to be over tomorrow. the money i spent for the order and courier all is wasted. Why such irresponsibility by Snapdeal this time????
                              Will my problem be resolved or not??????

                              If you still harbour any hope of a fair deal from this company, forget it. This company is a complete fraud; they would neither replace or refund. I have experienced that myself and they work in such a manner that they cover their trail with impunity. The best way is to avoid this company and educate as many people as possible about the fraudulent practises of this company.

                                I ordered lajree designer grey georgette semi stitched suit when it was in offer price rs528.. But they cancelled it saying that it was out of stock.. And now it is showing on snapdeal that lajree suit become of rs 1899..
                                They have cheated with me.. They are giving me refund but i want my order in that price only which is rs 528.
                                They said because of any seller issue they could not deliver that product.

                                Whenever i do purchase, these fraud guys are calling me and saying like, you got the gift you have to pay 10000 around.How they are getting my snapdeal account mobile no?.The guy is calling from this [protected].You guys are somehow leaking customer no?You have to take serious action and stop this nonsense.
                                After placing an order of Fastrack watch on Snapdeal this fraudulent calls started ..asking Bank details saying that you have won prize and all... I think our details after ordering online on Snapdeal are getting leaked. Please look into this issue seriously.

                                    I have ordered indulekha oil from snapdeal.. Mrp is 432. Snapdeal has offer buy 3 at 483 (Included shipping). I have original indulekha at home. I got delivered indulekha today at my home and its fake 3 bottles printing even smell amd colour. All fake.. Guys dont buy anything from snapdeal..                                       I have opted the option to return the moment i recieved the product and tested it. They are a pair of shoes which do not fit at all and initiated the return. But, the return is under process and has no mention of a date and time for the return pickup. Cannot talk to a person from snapdeal as i get connected to ivr. Need immediate solution. Need immediate solution from snapdeal team.

                                        My snapdeal order number [protected] was recalled back upon reaching courier office here in mohali. When i contacted the courier gati in the morning 1st they said the shipment has been received by them and shall be delivering to me today afternoon. Later they called me back again and informed me that snapdeal has recalled back my shipment. I don't understand what's wrong with you.

                                        I order a mi earphone it was delivered on 28 september it was defective i applied for replacement the product was taken for checking but now there is no updates regarding product when it was replaced i was totally unsatisfy with snapdeal
