The product have many issue, the speaker is not working properly, ring tone is very low, vibrator is not working g, blue tooth is not working, phone is getting heated up, after complaint i was asked to visit lava service center, today i visited the service center after checking the invoice they found that the iemi number of mobile is different in invoice than what is delivered, so they asked to contact back to you, request to ease check the same and do the needful
Iemi in invoice is [protected] where as on mobile it is [protected]
Also could not able to contact the customer care executive
