Sir,

I got a call today morning 8:16 am, saying
Snap deal company (Congratulations) you got 1st prz (Tata safari) on a lucky draw
Or amount price rs.12, 25, 000, registration service charges deposit on 8500/-

The guy says his name as saurav obroi
And calls him as an employ of snapdeal.
I havent entertained their call yet sir, please take care that we dont get our number into such fruads.

Please make sure that our number stays protected with you and your company, there are many like me i see that get interested towards such fake calls and transfer them rs 8500/-, beacuse even ii thought as its navratri season there are chances that your company may hold lucky draws, and randomly can select anyone, so these calls are likely to entise us our money and fake the customers.

    I have purchased this product on 21/04/2017 from snapdeal. And it got complaint frequently so i gave it for service. It has 24 month (2 years) warranty. But the service center people informed me that since it had bought from snapdeal they can't issue warranty. I want that warranty valid for my product otherwise i will go to consumer court filing a complaint. Please do the necessary as soon as possible. I hereby submit the retail invoice, warranty card, and the product tag with barcode of the product for sake of authenticity.

        I purchased a blackberry passport handset from snap deal in august 18. But received a faulty mobile having network and heating issue. And the blackberry service centre has told me initially that there is some issue with ic components and after more than a month when i visited after nit getting any update from them, they told me the handset has motherboard issue and needs to be replaced. Which i denied.
        Still i haven't received the handset from them. So i want snapdeal to look in to the matter and resolve it. I want same handset as i m not a great fan of android devices.
        I understood the issue within 10-12 days of purchasing and contacted service centre. I liked the handset so i even accepted their estimate also.
        So please replace the handset with a fresh one.

          Dear snapdeal,

          After reading all the registered complaints about your service and experiencing the fraud first hand, i'm totally convinced that you are not eligible for staying in business anymore.

          I had ordered a fossil wrist watch which was prepaid and clearly you sent a duplicate product. Now when i want to return the order, you are not getting it picked up. However, when i have shipped the product myself, it seems you have provided a wrong shipping address which is not servicable by even the best courier services (I shipped it using bluedart btw). Your helpline is not toll-free and is automated, i. E we cannot reach out to a human representative.

          This is a clear case of fraud. The government should take strict action against such malpractices.

          Can you please respond and resolve this issue asap.

                            I am here for highlight the blunder which i am facing from the last 3 days. On 2nd october 2018 i made a order through snapdeal which order no. Was [protected] (Prestige pht 04
                            4 burner glass auto hob top). I have to give this product to my mother on their very special day. But a
                            Very big thanks to snapdeal they made this day to big disaster. I got this product on 10th october at
                            Afternoon. We found this package in damage condition, when we opened this package we found the glass of this hob top is broken. For this verification i have attached the photographs. Immediately i made the return request at same time, almost 54 hrs have been passed i have not received any single phone call from snapdeal customer care team.
                            Also i have notice in invoice & on package i found that piece which i have received is manufactured of
                            September 2015. So i have got 3 years old product. Is it really possible that at the time of 2018, i may
                            Received 3 years old piece.
                            Why i am writing this message here that please dont go to sanpdeal for online shopping beacause they dont have any customer care team for service. They have only computer system supported customer care. You can only press 1 press 2 press 3 etc. But they dont have any press 9 for contact the executive for verbal communication. Now i am looking for some legal solution for this. Please please keep distance from snapdeal as they dont have snap deal they only have loot deal.

                              I have bought boat bassheads 200 earphone which comes with 3 year warranty which was shown in the discription...

                              After few weeks the mic wasn't working
                              That's why i tried to return but it says 7 day

                              Return time has been passed...
                              Please help me in that ₹550 for a earphone that barely servives for some weeks is not good at all...

                                Spandeal team,
                                I got a call this morning that i had won a tata safari car as part of a lucky draw on snapdeal. I was given choice to either pick the car or provide bank details so that the equivalent amount can be deposited to my account.

                                This is breach of my privacy.
                                How did fraudster get acesss to my private information, item i bought, my phone number and my shipping address..? I feel betrayed that the information has been leaked. This was my first time shopping on snapdeal and am disappointed. I will ensure i tell my friends and family to stay away from snapdeal who cannot ensure privacy of information.

Now when i created the cancellation request, snapdeal is telling that they can't take return & amount of 4 shoes will not be refunded as per their policy.                                       I have not received order id [protected] dt.22/9/2018. I have received call from courier boy but did not receive above said order parcel 2/10/2018. Your tracking record showing parcel delivered but in reality i did not receive. Immediately i have put complaint on help @snapdeal.com. Till today you have not resolved matter. This is ismy third reminder. Really disgusting and not expected such treatment to customerfrom snapdeal.

                                        A person by name nithin kumar singh called me up and said i have won lucky draw and he is from snapdeal. He gave two options:
                                        Car or cash of 12lakhs

                                        I asked for guarantee and he said i will provide all my government documents.

                                        He also said me to deposit 1% of amount as gst if i want to take amount or else 60k for rto if i want car.

                                        He has also forwarded his company id card, aadhar card and pan card.

                                        Is this true? I don't believe so! Let me know.
