You people are not trustworthy. Snapdeal is a big fraud company. I ordered branded things 10-12 days back and landed up getting duplicate products. Also, I returned all those products and the money hasn't been transferred to my account yet. I will ensure that nobody orders anything from snapdeal.

    This is the number i got a call from :

    How unsafe is snapdeal to connect with small time retailers and wholesalers who have access to customer information like their names, numbers and addresses? Very. I want to delete my snapdeal account asap.

    Either way snapdeal's products are first or second copy fake products which are misleading when it's stated as "original" on the website on low discounts.

    This call came from bihar and the man couldn't pronounce my name correctly but re asked for my name and address to confirm the same. He said that tata is collaborating with snapdeal and that i won a prize in a lucky draw which is a car or i can choose the cash prize which is 5.6lac.

    He mentioned that he sent me a text (Which i didn't receive and found that very fishy). I looked it up online and found out it was a fraud.

    The sad part is i couldn't properly connect with snapdeal's pointless customer care number. Each time i dialled the number and input the number for "product and offer related information', the call was not going through. I mean, get your act together!

      Sir on 28 aug 2018 i purchased as lenovo white a850 4g mobile from snapdeals as cash on delivery. I recieved my courier and found that phone is different from which i have ordered this was 3g phone. On vey next day i send that phone back to snapdeal with my own money. They had recieved order and are saying this "your reason for returning is not accepted. From is clear fraud that company is trying to sell its 3g phone as left in their stock plz do needful. When contacted wit customer rep that told that this is their policy that electronics good once sold will not be returned. Please do needful i want money back

        For 2 of my order i initiated return, its been 2 weeks no vendor is coming to pick the item and moreover i am getting one auto message on reschedule daily.

        For 1 of my order, its not delivered to again 2 weeks over. Contacted respective delivery vendor "'[protected]@vulcanxpress.com' over mail. No action at all.

        Regret to shop from snapdeal!! Inappropriate selection of vendors!!! Vaey bad experience!!

            I had ordered a mobile phone l1r1 trigger. As it is imported it took about 3 months but then when the time of delivery came no one is delivering anything but it shown delivered on status. I had submit a complaint and they say they will contact me asap but till no one is calling. Very poor service snapdeal is. Really bad. I had waited this for a long time but now all is gone. The site wouldn't help me with my problem.

              I did trust on your co. But all my trust had been smashed due to your misconduct. 1st the product alongwithas package were not in good condition. 2nd i had return the returnable product as per your instruction but till now nor the real product neither the refund has reached to me. And last i tried my best to connect with your executive over phone, but alas all my efforts were in vain. So you make me very disappointed.

                  I had ordered fossil watch (Fs 4656) and instead got (Fs 4487) and that too defective. It seems like a fake watch. This the third time snapdeal has delivered wrong product to me. Prior to this also i had ordered a watch and snapdeal delivered a defective watch and even after replacement they sent a wrong item. Priot to that to the watch delivered was without warranty. It was mentioned in description that the watch had 2 years warranty. Snapdeal doesn't even have a customer executive to talk with on phone to solve queries. So i had to return the watch. This is totally unacceptable. This behaviour of snapdeal i'd very frustrating. I was a loyal customer of snapdeal

                              I ordered from snapdeal but by mistake fotgot to change the delivery address. I tried calling customer care soon after placing the order but it went useless. I don’t even see any edit option.

                                  I had ordered philips bre200/00 satinelle essential epilator. I returned the product and opted for refund option. According to the detail provided by your site the refund was initiated on 28th september but i haven't received my money yet. I contacted the bank but according to them they have not received any such request.
                                  Kindly look into this issue.

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    As i logged my previous complaint yesterday today i received a mail from snapdeal stating that my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. Inspite of giving my order detail for which i have been already waited for a month. And the refund initiated from them that too only 190 rupees which i paid rest of the amount i paid through coupon they mentioned nothing about that. And by the way if they are cancelling my order from there side then why should i need to bear a lose of my coupon amount that too 1500/- rupees. Here it is just not a matter of money it is about the product which is i ordered.
                                    Please look into the matter and help me.

                                    Yesterday you told that you will try to deliver my product on my address within next 2 to 3 days and there will be no cancellation of my order. Then how I got this mail today stating that my order has been cancelled and that amount of Rs 190/- also credited to my Credit card. How can you do this I have not cancelled my order not even given for the refund then why my order got cancelled and refund has been initiated and what about my coupon value of Rs 1500 why should I need to bear a loss of your mistake. Well I just want to deliver my order nothing else please deliver my order.

                                      I'm trying to contact you but there is no option to connect to you. I have ordered a gshock watch where it clearly says its authentic and box warranty card is included. I received a warranty card but its not original there is no serial number. I tried mailing you 3 times but still u guys are asking me to return the product. I want you guys to deliver me the original product. I don't need money I want the original gshock watch
