Almost called more than 22 customer care of Snapdeal the expected date of delivery are extended continuously from the ordered date of 8/11/21 . The fedex courier is informed me that they are unable to deliver my product but the.company has making me scapegoat. please refund my money.

Ordered on December 6th 2021, since then I couldn't reach customer service of snapdeal since they sent me an defective piece which is of no use at all and it is an non refundable item. How come distributors won't check it and send it customers to make us fool.

                            I ordered a book (M. Laxmikant) on 13/12/2021 on snapdeal.com. When I got this book, I find that I ordered the book of an old edition, so I requested to return this book and I initiated the process. Today (18/12/2021) I checked the track record for returning the book, I saw that snapdeal closed my request.
                            I also ordered the same book of the new edition on snapdeal. I also completed the payment for both books.
                            Please help me to return the old edition book.

                                4 orders that were placed are showing Cancelled status. However the products were delivered to us and returned as well. Refund money was processed but we have not yet received the same even after continuous follow up. It have been over 1 month.

                                        I had ordered the belt on 1st dec.2021. the product I rec'd was not as per the picture so I returned it back. The reason given to me was it was out of stock. But then again the same design belt I was on your application.again I ordered. Again I received a different design against my order. Again I have to do the procedure og return goods.
                                        Previously I had order for a perfume. By mistake I clicked the order twice so I cancelled the 2nd order. But I did not get the 1st order even.
                                        I didn't understand that such a big company and how this type of mismanagement done by the supplies. They think that customers don't know anything and "discount" means that suppliers think they are obliging customer. Very bad experience fir three (3) times.
