I ordered a book (M. Laxmikant) on 13/12/2021 on snapdeal.com. When I got this book, I find that I ordered the book of an old edition, so I requested to return this book and I initiated the process. Today (18/12/2021) I checked the track record for returning the book, I saw that snapdeal closed my request.
I also ordered the same book of the new edition on snapdeal. I also completed the payment for both books.
Please help me to return the old edition book.
