I have orderd rado watch but i recieved fastrack watch.. also not able to contact with customer care executive. I am going to file complaint against snapdeal....

I am order samsung evo 32gb memory card 25 sep.2018. And amount 503ruppes debit my account.then this product not delivered to my address but I have recive msg 1 Oct 2018 This product deliverd successfully. I am shocking.where is my product? Snapdeal not explain this matter....

Purchased products from snapdeal after which i get a call from person stating about winning suv. The caller has all my details my mobile number as well as my history of purchases done with snapdeal.
It is a serious issue.
Snapdeal should answer for the leak of details.
Fraudulent call number : [protected].

When contacted snapdeal via twitter/mail. It just sends the mail for apology.
But not a word...

I have ordered a fossil watch i. E fs4487. But i received a different model of the watch and it was not in working condition. The watch is not working. I have raised a request for refund and it's been 4 days since i have requested but nobody is giving a proper answer. Everytime they are just sending a msg that their team is working and will update you soon. But it's more than 3 days now and no update.

The 3rd beige bottle never came thru.

Snapdeal is no more safe for online transactions. They are leaking our personal data to others, which is not safe. I'm getting sms/ calls regarding winning cars. That person knows my address. It is about privacy
Snapdeal help/customer support is nill about any issue.
