I am ordered casio edifice 539d metal chronograph watch. But snapdeal delivered me a totally fake product. I have received that watch look like very worst finishing, not having a product manual, guarantee card and box also damaged. Packing was also not quality packing. no bar code sticker available at the product. Your try to cheat me so you have to refund my fully paid amount or send original casio edifice 539d metal chronograph watch

    Order id [protected]. I ordered saree of rs 1550 but they sent wrong product and when i placed return request they closed it. Customer care executive refused to return my product. My product was returnable under 7 days but why they are making excuses. Such a fraud company. I have very bad experience. Plz help to return my product and get my money from the fake company. I am waiting for your positive response.

      I had ordered you have purchased this high back executive chair in black leatherette on 24th sep 2018 and received the product on 29th sep 2018.
      But product was damaged with following issues
      1. Left handle is bent.
      2. Leaning mechanism is damaged.
      3. Hydraulics is damaged and chair is slant.
      4. Handle is broken.
      5. Chair is dirty doesn't look like new.
      6. Shipping package is damaged.

      I requested return of the product on 30th sep 2018 very next day got message stating return request closed due to insufficient images and invoice not uploaded. Then replied to [protected]@snapdeal.com with 10 images and including the invoice but still no response from their end.

      If i don't get the amount refunded i will raise a complaint in the consumer court.

        I have ordered the watch on snapdeal website which was originally fake product. But i want to contact with snapdeal customer care but there is no option of that. I am trying this from last 10 days days nothing works. I am doing 3 mails everyday but i don't get any response from snapdeal. But i wish i would talk to their customer care but the is not any option...
        Very disappointed with snapdeal and very disgusting service...

          On 3rd october 2018 i ordered a jaguar peacock tap of rs 1318, from my account on anapdeal but when i completed the payment the amount was deducted from my bank account but snapdeal showed that my payment was not complete and i must make the payment again then the same day i ordered the jaguar tap plus indulekha oil pack of 3 at offer price of rs 567 and made total payment for both of rs 1885 the amount was deducted from my bank account but snapdeal again said that my payment was unsuccessful so i have to do it again and they did not confirm my order neither have they refunded my money a total of rs 3203 has been deducted by snapdeal and it is neither refunding my money nor sending my order

                Kindly refer order id [protected]. On 2nd october, 2018, i received a sms that my item couldn't be delivered and i was told to reschedule the delivery date. Accordingly, i replied 3rd october for the date of delivery. But since then, neither sms nor call is made. What kind of manner of work is this? I am not in the intention to return the item. So, delivery may please be initiated.

                  I am asikur. I am a student. And also a customer of snap deal. As a student watch is very much important. So i bought a watch from snap deal dated on 17/09/2018. My registered snap deal mobile no. Is [protected]. The order id is [protected]. It was a prepaid order. Due to the low quality i return the product. But don't get refund till now amount of rs.353.

                  Therefore i request to the snap deal authority to process my refund as early as possible.

                  Otherwise nessesary and immediate steps will be taken.

                        Purchased products from snapdeal after which i get a call from person stating about winning suv. The caller has all my details my mobile number as well as my history of purchases done with snapdeal.
                        It is a serious issue.
                        Snapdeal should answer for the leak of details.
                        Fraudulent call number : [protected].

                        When contacted snapdeal via twitter/mail. It just sends the mail for apology.
                        But not a word for the leaked details.
                        This is a second occurance. That is why i have taken things seriously.

                            I have ordered a fossil watch i. E fs4487. But i received a different model of the watch and it was not in working condition. The watch is not working. I have raised a request for refund and it's been 4 days since i have requested but nobody is giving a proper answer. Everytime they are just sending a msg that their team is working and will update you soon. But it's more than 3 days now and no update.

                            I need to return this order and get my refund amount back as i already made the payment online. And i want to return it because it is not the item which i ordered.

                                    I have ordered 2 nutriglow wine facial combo by two different order number

Bill on parcel was show 2 qty of facial kit with total amount to be paid rs. 2034. I paid the amount to delivery person. But when i opened parcel, i found one facial kit in box. It is cheating to me. You have two choice either take car or money. If you want money then you provide A/C no adhar; or pan no.
