Dear snapdeal
My replacement request has been closed since I have cancelled the request by mistake. Now I am not able to access the request further. The item is not received by the courier yet. I want the product to be replaced fast. Please look into it.Order Id:- [protected] &suborder Id:- [protected].The item was a kid boot which I need to gift my brother.I'm in a hurry for it because our festival is near. The shoe is quite smaller in size, so I need
to replace it with a larger one but due to above circumstances I'm not able to do so. Therefore its a humble request to please reopen the replacement request.

    Today i received a mop cleaner from trader 5253 magic easy spin mop and floor cleaner. The packaging was not good at all, their is no instructions inside and the most important thing the product is a damaged one and the quality of the product is very cheap.

    I tried calling the customer no but no use, no one is picking up.

    Very bad experience and wrost service i ever got.

    I want this product to be placed as soon as possible or refund my money back.

    Today around 9:15 I received a msg from Snapdeal that u won a Mahindra XUV or payment of 14lakh 85 thousands and call me and they ask me for my bank details to get your money or ifcs code but I didn't give I know it's fake coz their is no offer from Snapdeal

        I have placed an order on snapdeal.com on 28.09.18. They supplied a wrong product on 03.10.18. I have initiated replacement request to supply correct item on 04.10.18.

        Till 09.10.18. They have not send anyone to pickup the item and kept on rescheduling the pickup date since 05.10.18. I have written reminders everyday which are replied by their customer service with false commitment.

        From the situation it is clear that they do not have any intention to give the replacement as they have already received the payment.

          I have also ordered a fossil watch and Snapdeal sent me a duplicate. On the return request, they are not picking up the product. I have shipped the product myself but the address they provided is also fake.

          This is a clear case of fraud...

            As I logged my previous complaint yesterday today I received a mail from snapdeal stating that my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. Inspite of giving my order detail for which I have been already waited for a month. And the refund initiated from them that too only 190 rupees which I paid rest of the amount I paid through coupon they mentioned nothing about that. And by the way if they are cancelling my order from there side then why should I need to bear a lose of my coupon amount that too 1500/- rupees. Here it is just not a matter of money it is about the product which is I ordered.
            Please look into the matter and help me.

                I ordered for somoto bluetooth, but ireceived samsung other color damaged bluetooth. When i say to courier boy to take it back then he did not accept it.
                And after that when i order back to replace it the courier boy who came for pick up it he also not accept it, he says that the colour and company name is not matching with it. When i was uncover the product then the courier boy was present there, he also saw that the product is not matching realy. Then tell me how can anyone beleve on online shopping where this type of problem occures.

                  I had ordered an accuchek 100 strips on snapdeal. Paid via debit card. At once i got a message of the order delivery. But neither i got a call from the courier boy not the item. I made a complaint in [protected]@snapdeal.com. After repeated requests they reply with fixed answer of giving 1-2 days to respond, but all gone in vacuum. Disappointed with snapdeal being so unprofessional. They are not contacting me and customers are also not given any no to contact them directly. No courier name is informed to the customer. Very disgusting.

                  The Snapdeal team contacted me with the courier boy, from whom I came to know that he has delivered the item in the wrong address. After talking to me he picked up the item and delivered it to me today. I got The package sealed. anyway thanks to team of consumer complaint for resolving it so early.

                          I directly got a message that my product was delivered but i haven't received anything. Strictly look into the matter.
                          I am unable to talk to any executive regarding this problem and the automated reply states the same thing that my product is delivered.
                          This is a very poor service and i am highly unhappy with it. This is very unprofessional.
                          I did not get any calls from the delivery person as well about confirmation with address. None of my neighbours have received the product too.
                          Get back to me with this query as i have paid online and i haven't received my order.

                            I have received a call from mr sanjay sharma (+91 [protected]) on behalf of snapdeal that you are the winner of first prize of snapdeal site. That is mahindra xuv-500 four wheeler car of costing rs 14, 85, 000/-. If you want any one of these you can pay rs 8, 500/- for money and rs 14, 500/- for car. I can't understand this is call from snapdeal site or this is the fraud call. Please resolve my problem.

                              #snapdeal victim - denial of warranty service

                              Denial of product warranty service - false information listed, no action on repeated follow-up even to snapdeal ceo email id.

                              Reported the problem about warranty denial by the brand on 17th sept 2018 to snapdeal. Several snapdeal care executives called up and kept giving false promises. Final denial of service request email from snapdeal came on 4th oct.

                              Bought a branded monitor (World leader) from snapdeal site. As per snapdeal website info 3yrs warranty from date of purchase was committed. On reaching out brand, they said this is a misinformation as warranty is for 3yrs from date of manufacturing. Had several communication with snapdeal on this subject and they refused to honor the commitment at the time of purchase.

                              So consumers, beware of false information listed by snapdeal and their unfair trade practices.

                              Note: - still escalated the matter with brand for a resolution.

                                    I had ordered you have purchased this high back executive chair in black leatherette on 24th sep 2018 and received the product on 29th sep 2018.
                                    But product was damaged with following issues
                                    1. Left handle is bent.
                                    2. Leaning mechanism is damaged.
                                    3. Hydraulics is damaged and chair is slant.
                                    4. Handle is broken.
                                    5. Chair is dirty doesn't look like new.
                                    6. Shipping package is damaged.

                                    I requested return of the product on 30th sep 2018 very next day got message stating return request closed due to insufficient images and invoice not uploaded.                                       I have ordered the watch on snapdeal website which was originally fake product. But i want to contact with snapdeal customer care but there is no option of that. I am trying this from last 10 days days nothing works. I am doing 3 mails everyday but i don't get any response from snapdeal. But i wish i would talk to their customer care but the is not any option...
                                      Very disappointed with snapdeal and very disgusting service...
