Very fraud company snapdeal. I have ordered a mi mobile bluetooth order id-[protected] they deliver duplicate item... I have returned it but payment is not refunded even try to contact customer care there is no any customer care center. Only computer base call arrange. And there is no facility to speak customer care... Very fraud company... Don't shop with this website...

I have received levis wallet in tommy hilfiger brand box. I have raised return request however deliver boy never attampted to call me to get the item retune and updated the status as i do not want to return it. It never happened.

I directly got a message that my product was delivered but i haven't received anything. Strictly look into the matter.
I am unable to talk to any executive regarding this problem and the automated reply states the same thing that my product is delivered.
This is a very poor service and i am highly unhappy with it. This is very unprofessional.

Denial of product warranty service - false information listed, no action on repeated follow-up even to snapdeal ceo email id.

Reported the problem about warranty denial by the brand on 17th sept 2018 to snapdeal. Several snapdeal care executives called up and kept giving false promises. Final denial of service request email from snapdeal came on 4th oct.

Order id [protected]. I ordered saree of rs 1550 but they sent wrong product and when i placed return request they closed it. Customer care executive refused to return my product. My product was returnable under 7 days but why they are making excuses. Such a fraud company. I have very bad experience. Plz help to return my product and get my money from the fake company. I had ordered you have purchased this high back executive chair in black leatherette on 24th sep 2018 and received the product on 29th sep 2018.

1. Left handle is bent.
