I ordered for adidas ankle length socks, pack of nine pair. But i recvd an usb light, not more than 20 or 30 rs.
I multiple time requested for replacement. And schedules of pick up,
But every time courier person refused to take that diffrent item, and demands for video of opening the box,
And he askes for the mail him from snapdeal with instructions to take the diffrent item.
After passing 20-25 days my replacement is not done,
Now what should i do?
Plz resolve my problem as early as possible. Otherwise i will knock the doors of judiciary. And snapdeal will be solely resposible for that.

As i previousoly mentioned about my order no [protected] placed on 02 sep 2018.where wrong item was delivered, and replacement is not being done.
regarding that i want to inform that my problem is not solved till the time, and no any courier person is ready to pick the diffrent item.and snapdeal customer care service is very poor there is not any customer care no.where we can call.
Courier person is not ready to take diffrent item, he demands a mail from snapdeal with instructions to take the diffrent item
(the usb light) so plz solve my problem and make my replacement.
Otherwise i will go to court.

              I had purchased xiomi redmi note 3 4000 mah battery from snapdeal on dated 16/06/2018 with 1 year warranty but the battery is discharging very quickly.
              Therefore i visited your mi service centre on dt 27/09/2018 situated at gayatri complex, khowa mandi, golghar gorakhpur when i told the issue and asked for the replacement of this battery then they directly denied to provide the warranty for this product by rudely saying why you have purchased this product online we will not provide you the warranty for this online product and you can complain anywhere and also said we provide the warranty only when you purchase the product from our mi store.
              I had mailed this issue to snapdeal then i got the reply that you visit mi service centre to claim the warranty.

                I have ordered adidas track pant from snapdeal as it is one of the best site for shopping but the issue is that slightly different product including size has been reached. Due to some reasons return request has been cancelled and i want to apply for the re return and i am unable to apply for the return again. Please help.

                  I have placed my order long ago and I received a messege that on 26th Sept 2018 I will receive my product but it's been 4 days since then i have not received my product yet. I have called the delivery boy many times but he's behaving extremely unprofessional. You people are providing Worst service ever. I hope you'll take care of it and make sure my product reaches to me as soon as possible.

                    I have ordered MUSCLE BLAZE 100% WHEY protein from snapdeal in 10 days ago, I was having doubt on the product quality so I returned the product, dealying for 10 days I got a mail saying that return request period is being closed as we are not able to contact you, but I have not recieved any phone calls from snapdeal.
                    And also they are returning back the product. I dont know what to do.

                      I had ordered the sony MDR-XB650BT from snapdeal and it's been only 3 days and i didnt like the product as it was uncomfortable for me. So i applied for a return as snapdeal has their 7 day return policy.                         Hi i ordered an item order no.[protected] by 14 august 2018 and my delivery estimated date is 14 oct -18 act but bymistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
                        So i leave a email right after 5 min. Of placing the order that pls. Deliver my order on my new address but you people are not giving me any update and now when i am tracking my order you are going to deliver it on previous address.
                        Pls. Deliver it on new address as i mentioned because i am unable to cancel the order and let me know about it.

                          Snapdeal was one of my favourites online shopping sites..but aftr long time i have ordered from this...n its really worst experience.
                          bought 3-4products together..all either wrong product dlvrd or else freebies missing...when i reqst return or exchange reqst they rejected directly n not even informed me...
                          since i was calling customer care but its also computarized n no options for my problem...m literally crying...cant able to talk anyone ...its worst ...dont buy anything from snapdeal...

                            I have ordered guru teri towel single set on 22nd july and it was to be delivered on 22nd september but later on it was shown that order is delivered on 26th september at 7.17 pm.                                     I have a complaint against snapdeal. On 21st september i've ordered a product, the payment was made through net banking service and it debited the money.in some minutes, they mailed me that the payment was not successful and they told me to retry the payment and if any amount debited will be refunded. I've made the second payment and it was successful. I was waiting for the refund amount of the first unsuccessful payment. 3 days went and i've reached the snapdeal customer service. They said they'll send the amount in 2-4 days. But the money hasn't settled. Then i made another attempt to snapdeal service. They advised me to send the statement of the transaction so that they can send the amount as fast as they can. I've sent them, the next day also they compelled me to send the bank statement. I've sent them multiple times but they are not refunding my valuable money. Their service made me feel inconvenience. So please do the needful.

                                    Immediately after registering a complaint Snapdeal has contacted me and told me to send the account statement. After going throigh the statement they refunded the amount within 48 hrs.

                                        I ordered timex watch item on 17th september and 11 days still i m waiting. There are no updates why the delivery fails, tried to call the delivery person number shared by snapdeal ([protected]) 100 times but he is not interested to answer the call or call back.
                                        No one called back and informs the delivery schedule if it got failed.
                                        This is the biggest mistake i did that i preferred snapdeal. Will never ever buy any # from snapdeal.
