I have placed order on 7th sep 2018 which is not yet delivered to me. I have already made payment through my credit card. The company is keep changing delivery date but not delivering product.. i have also made call to customer care but ivr system giving same date of delivery updated on order tracker status.

    I hv placed mentioned order on 7th Sep 18. The same is not yet delivered to me. Company keep changing date of delivery but not delivering product. I have made many calls on customer care number but the IVR call system giving same date as updated on website to track order. No representative available on customer care nos given..

      I have orderd a combo of loreal maybelline and lakme kajal and 2 maybelline lip balm. I m using maybelline kajal for the last 3 years its good but when i used kajal bought from snapdeal they are hurting in my eyes and even lip balm is having a foul smell after appplying it i feel like vommiting. Snapdeal insures about quality but all i bought was fake i want my money back

          I have received fake and poisonous product which caused rashes for me and my friends, snapdeal is irresponsible by selling those product to consumers and making fraud by looting money, the product is 100 percent fake, no batch no or barcode below the bottle, its duplicate and printed as "davdoff" instead of davidoff, and snapdeal is making fraud to consumers as it is authenticated by snapdeal, I need immediate refund and compensation, I'm irritated by your service.

            Delivery boy has not delivered the product to me. I got the message of my product delivery on 8th September. I request you to look into this and refund my money. I am very disappointed by your service. I am trying to contact you guys, but you never pick my call. Take actions asap, Otherwise I will loose my trust on you and i will never buy anything from snapdeal from now onwards and also advice the same to others.
            I was not expecting this type of bad service from you. Really ...really disappointed.

              Ordered Nike shoe from Snapdeal, Just when I Received the product on 20 September It seemed that the shoes were not at all genuine, not at all comfortable to wear, When i returned the shoes, I was told that the product does not meet the Qaulity standards and thus can not be returned . Pathetic experience with Snapdeal, feeling cheated. Feeling amazed on how such a big brand can endorse FAKE products and cheat the customers . terrible experience to say the least. I would want my refund as this product miserably failed to reach my expectations

                    After making so many mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, i am not getting any solution of my problem. Why your courier partner not picking up my order from last 7 days. If you are not able to help me or not able to call your courier partner. So, plz give me your courier partner number i will directly call them.
                    It is very bad experience with snapdeal. Snapdeal is a very big e commerce company but services is like a small individual shop. It is not acceptable that from 14 sep 18 i am sending mails regarding pick up my order, but no one is here who can help me or assure me that my order will be pick up. Plz share me your courier partner details and snapdeal higer authority mail id asap.

Delivery man ke taraf se apne courier kendr par inform kiya gya ki sir is packing me saaman nahi nikla hai to kya kiya jaye. Unhone batya ki return request dalwa do. Mere dwara baad me courier center par jane par waha bhi yhi bataya gya . Mene return request daal di baad me return request closed show ho raha hai. Evening time me mere paas courier center se phone aya ki ab isme police case banega to mene un se bola aap ke samne hi box open hua hai to bolne lage nahin sir me waha nahin dekh rha tha us time. Apni bat se palat rha tha delivery man is se bachne ke liye.
                      जो मुझे करना उचित लगेगा वो सब मे अवश्य करूँगा
                      आपका डिलीवरी मैन अपनी बात से मुकुर रहा है उसकी कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग भी में कल अवश्य निकलवा लूंगा।
                      मेरा बॉक्स जिसमे कुछ नहीं निकला बिल के सिवाय वो आपके कोरियर सेंटर पर ही रखवा लिया गया है
                      बोला गया था कि कल शाम तक आपके पास दूसरी पैकिंग या आपके पैसे बापस हो जाएंगे लेकिन साम के समय कुछ और ही बात करि गयी जिसमे उनके द्वारा पुलिस केस बनवाये जाने की बात कही गयी और डिलीवरी मैन के सामने पार्सल ना खोले जाने की ओर उसके द्वारा न देखे जाने की भी बात कही गयी।

                        I have ordered multiple items (Order no. [protected]) from snapdeal on 2nd september, 2018 but received only one item. The other four items did not reach me yet. From the last 10days it us showing that my order is to be delivered and name of the poc. While i am trying to contact the delivery guy they are not receiving the phone and if they receive they are saying that they are on leave. Today it is showing that my order has been cancelled. I am not sure who cancelled my order without my consent. I request snapdeal team to deliver my order as soon as possible.

                        I have tried to communicate via email also as Snapdeal customer care cannot be reached by phone (which seems to be very funny). No reply from their side. I will wait for another few days and after that will file case in consumer court if needed.

                                  I sent an email to snapdeal asking for unsubscribing from their offer and spam messages. But they are not responding properly and these messages are disturbing a lot. And also i cannot deactivate my account which is a very bad. Annoying and useless is how i would describe their messages. My phone no. Is[protected]. They said they cannot deactivate my account but creating an account is possible and disturbing their customer even after multiple requests.

                                    My order not received but show your item will be delivered. Plz check I have no any response from snapdeal . So check plz what the problem. And help me.                                       From snapdeal website purchased one ray ban sunglass, after reciving the product found it’s duplicate, very poor quality plastic made sunglass with ray ban logo printed on it. They are advertising in the websiste that original product available with 80% off -70% off but the product is not original.in this way they are cheting people.
                                      Please take action on them to stop cheating people.
