I ordered two lip colour but when I open the courier I only received one lip colour, I tried to call many times to Snapdeal but there is no option to talk with them, so resolve my issue as soon possible please.

    Dear sir/madam
    I have a complaint against snapdeal. On 21st september i've ordered a product, the payment was made through net banking service and it debited the money.in some minutes, they mailed me that the payment was not successful and they told me to retry the payment and if any amount debited will be refunded. I've made the second payment and it was successful. I was waiting for the refund amount of the first unsuccessful payment. 3 days went and i've reached the snapdeal customer service. They said they'll send the amount in 2-4 days. But the money hasn't settled. Then i made another attempt to snapdeal service. They advised me to send the statement of the transaction so that they can send the amount as fast as they can. I've sent them, the next day also they compelled me to send the bank statement. I've sent them multiple times but they are not refunding my valuable money. Their service made me feel inconvenience. So please do the needful.

    Immediately after registering a complaint Snapdeal has contacted me and told me to send the account statement. After going throigh the statement they refunded the amount within 48 hrs.

        I ordered timex watch item on 17th september and 11 days still i m waiting. There are no updates why the delivery fails, tried to call the delivery person number shared by snapdeal ([protected]) 100 times but he is not interested to answer the call or call back.
        No one called back and informs the delivery schedule if it got failed.
        This is the biggest mistake i did that i preferred snapdeal. Will never ever buy any # from snapdeal.

          I have purchase some shoes from snapdeal.com, which some of them i found doesn't fit me & some are sent wrong colour & size.

          Snapdeal is providing return options of 7 days, but to my surprised they have closed my return option in just 2 days.

          They have send me auto mail thru there [protected]@snapdeal.com mentioning reason.."we understand that you are not happy with your recent purchase with us and that and wish to return it. However, while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks."

          I have tried the customer care toll free no +[protected]... But i am getting system reply only.. No person.

          Kindly help to get my money back..

          They have not contacted me sending them many emails on [protected]@snapdeal.com..But they have contacted me today to say just "sorry" instead of taking retun & give me refund.

          They have even delived the item with I have already cancelled.

          I am very disappointing with this loot business of snapdeal.com

          The day is not far when snapdeal will shut down soon.

            Hello frauders/snapdeal,

            I had order a puma wallet and a timex watch which was delivered to me a week ago and since the products were fake i raised a return request. Pickup was successful and the delivery guy gave me the acknowledgement slips aswell.. For the watch the return has been initiated but for the wallet its not yet started.. And now iam again getting the message like the pickup has been failed and even in the app it shows the return has not started at all.. And shows the pickup is unsuccessful..

            I have given both the items and they say no pick up was done.. I have the acknowledgement slip too.. Which i got from pickup agent..
            What the hell is this?? When will i get my money back??

                I have given order of two products but i've got only one product which was different product inside that packet so i have given complaint but nobody's listening i have given for exchange the product in the company but they have not exchange and not given left early will refund it but till now they are not defending have given my bank account details then also this was about first product and the second product that telling me if not given but what i will do they not given us both the products there only given one and other product shahnaz facial kit.                     I had ordered soy isolated protein from snapdeal for around 1100₹. When received the currier it was a torn product from upside down from which all the product was coming out. So i filled a complaint for refund and send the product back.                           I am a seller on snapdeal and my seller ID: sf5f08 & account registered name is NINYTASHA EXPORTS PVT. LTD. I sold so many products on snapdeal. but, did not get any payment from 1st April 2018 to 31st Aug., 2018 and total no. of qty orders 1181 in which 350 orders were returned to us but I did not get the payment of my remaining 831 orders which amount of Rs. 18, 21, 673.57. I have also registered the case (Case ID:[protected], but no one is responding properly, so I deactivated my account until my payment is received.
                          And sometimes these people told me that we have deduct your amount against returns or sometimes for advisement but I checked all the details, I did not take any such specials nor did I have any such returns which all proofs attached for your reference.
                          So, could you please look into this matter and take the necessary action for my payment.
                          I get a huge loss. Please do the needful.

                          Your team repeatedly gives the same replies, how many times have been forbidden but no one understands anything.

                            I have placed order for two woodland wallets on 16 sep separately by order no [protected] and [protected]. On 20 sep I was received one packet. In which there was only one wallete but bill of two wallets. In morning 21 sep when I chek my order status, both wallets were shown delivered. Than I requested for return but within 24 hours request was closed. So I have paid cost of two wallets but received only one wallete. I was cheated by Supplier

                              I have ordered fasttrack analog watch worth rs.2049/- and it has come to me but of different color. So, i have returned it to the delivery person and he didn't return the money and he told me that in the process of return, they cannot return back the money and he told the snapdeal gives me the information about the delivery. But i didn't hear anything and in my orders in snapdeal it is shiwing that it attempted three times to deliver but failed. So, it is returning it to seller. Where is the money paid by me then? Either return the money or deliver the product. Hope to see you soon.

                                I have ordered a item from snapdeal.com on 29th Aug, 2018 & it was a prepaid ordered.
                                My email id from which i ordered : shafat.[protected]@gmail.com

                                Order Id : [protected].

                                The item was supposed to get delivered on 5th September 2018 but i haven't received the item, instead i got a message in my phone that the item was delivered to my place.
                                After the message i received i contacted my security for the details but there were no trace of any Snapdeal Delivery Person.
                                Then after getting this information i immediately contacted snapdeal via website " snapdeal.com " complaining them that my package was not delivered.
                                Complaint Reference No. : 49576145.

                                On 6th September, 2018 i received the mail from Snapdeal ( [protected]@snapdeal.com ). They provided me the delivery prove saying it was delivered. I was really shocked to see my fake sign in the delivery proof as because i wasn't there at my delivery place at the time mentioned on the delivery proof, i was out of my address for which i can show you the CCTV footage.
                                Even i checked the CCTV footage for the said date & time on delivery address i found no delivery person at my door.
                                I have attached the delivery proof.

                                Again I emailed to snapdeal that i haven't received the package & i requested for the investigation report.
                                They mailed me back on 7th September that they will investigate the report & let me know within 7-8 days.

                                I was waiting for the report.

                                Again on 11th September i have emailed them for the investigation report and they replied me on 12th September that they will let me know by 48 hours.

                                And that was the last email i received from Snapdeal, then after i have sent multiple emails every day and so on.

                                Till today 26th September my issue is the same but response from Snapdeal has been stopped for no reason.

                                I also emailed them that if they don't reply me i will go for higher complaints ( This the only thing i can do ) but still no reply.

                                I request your team to please help me in this case.

                                Hope i will get the solution from your end.

                                If you need any other help from my side then let me know i will provide all the details i can.

                                  I have received three calls and one message from someone. He gave the details of the last purchase i made in snap deal and informed that i won the mahindra xuv in alucky draw. As i understood that it is fraud call, i disconnected the call.

                                  I am pretty much worried about the fact that from snapdeal they accessed my personal info and purchase data.

                                  Do you have any clue, how they attained my info from you?

                                  As i lost the trust in snap deal, i am uninstalling snapdeal app and will make sure not to buy anything from you in future.

                                    I want to say that i had received my indulekha hair oil from ur shopping site but the product was duplicate. I want to return it and want my money back. It a very cheap product my fault was that i was ordered product from ur site. U delivered customer's fake product.. We don't want cheap and ugly product bcoz it can harmful for our hair.. Plz u can take ur products and refund my money..

                                      I have ordered a gshock watch from snapdeal.The watch is without any company warranty and company bill.The watch is not in working condition also. Snapdeal customer care is not responding to my queries also.

                                      Please ban the site from selling fake products as they are not checking the product genuinity.
