    I had ordered xelectron led 15 inch digital photo frame vide order id: [protected] dated on 11 sep, 2018. I had received the item on 15/9 and on same day i had raised return request as the item was not of the required quality / as per the claim of the seller / details were not properly mentioned on site.in reply, i had received sms saying that the request is being processed and confirmation will be sent within 24 hrs. However, no response was received thereafter and on checking the status on the site, i was surprised to note that the return request had been closed on 17/9 without assigning any reason or intimation which is very surprising. Am i expected to accept sub-standard items from snapdeal? Is'nt the site looking after consumer interests? My emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com have not been answered.

    While ordering a product online, it may be appreciated that unlike open market where the consumer can actually see and check / test the product, in online shopping the consumer depends on the photo and limited information available on the site and hence the return policy needs to be consumer friendly and not as per the vague terms of the site. I had requested return as the product was not as assumed on seeing the web description and performance and quality was not as per required standard. I fail to understand the reply that "the complaint is against our trust policy" - which means that your site is not bothered about the consumer interests. If so - why should one purchase products from your site when other sites like amazon, flipkart, jabong etc have consumer friendly return policy.

    Very poor response on the part of Snapdeal. Though almost 2 weeks have passed since my complaint, the snapdeal has neither been able to resolve the issue so far nor made any contact except posting routine reply. Further, the option to download the invoice for the said item has been blocked in my account. When I raised the issue and requested for duplicate invoice, I was denied same saying that since I have raised a return request already so they are unable to process my request for the invoice.. The image of the reply is attached.

        Hello,

        I received a call from a (So called) snap deal employee for lucky draw of some safari car.
        Stating you can either take the car or cash equivalent of it and for that you need to register by paying a particular amount in the account of the director of snapdeal company.
        I asked for authenticity of it like an email from the company but he replied that a msg has already been send in your mobile number and he denied sending emails for lucky draw. This anyhow made me sure that there is no such thing like lucky draw and these were all frauds.

        So, the worst part is, these people can access our details like which order i made, when i made, from where i made, order ids, address, phone number... Everything. None of our personal information is secure... Will it be safe to shop with snap deal in future (I don't really think i will risk with my personal detail again)?

        Snapdeal can not control these frauds from calling... But at least you should make sure to have a highly secure system for your customer's personal data, it is very dangerous that some third party is having all our details.

          But here my question is how they getting this all details, what should i order in prev day, how they get all address information?

          I just want to know from snapdeal team, can we place order from snapdeal again, is all our information is keep safe or like this way any one can get information and use any where?

            I am a seller on snapdeal. I sold many products on snapdeal. But, did not get any payment from snapdeal. No response from them. Snapdeal did not only fooling the buyers, also they are fooling the sellers as well. I get a so much loss of money and my hard work to deliver products to buyers. Snapdeal gets a wonderful profit from it. But, i did not get anything else i get a huge loss. Please take a severe action against them. My seller id - so713b company name - shree surgical. Please don't buy and sell anything on snapdeal.

              I had ordered a product from snapdeal in july 2018 and have not received the product. The amount was paid online. And i have not received the product yet. And now they have have updated the status as delivered on sept. 12 2018. I have been trying to track the order since two months and there were no updates till 19th sept. And today they have updated that the product has been delivered a week back! And you dont get to talk to the customer care people. Its just the computer record that you get to talk to when you want to file a complaint!

                Dear snapdeal,

                I have ordered the fastrack men's watch on dated 3rd september 2018, my order no was [protected], invoice no s0f0a4/18/50314, seller was fashselect company (Delhi) received on 7th september 2018 in the office situated at mumbai. I have received the watch but it was not original fastrack brand quality and finishing was so poor when i inquired in fastrack showroom they told me its completely fake product. I have informed snapdeal about the fake product and they registered return pick up for me and picked up the same, but still not received any cashback in my account. Its really worst that first snapdeal selling a fake product under the famous brand name and they are not giving cashback if anyone highlights the same.

                Request you to please look into the same and resolve on high priority.

I have recieved from the said office personally it was given by samadhan waghmare who called me to recieve, when i have recieved the parsel it was seal pack, i had made the payment rs 838 in cash thereafter i had open the seal pack parsel in the office of xpressbees before samadhan waghmare
                  I found that there is no fastrack men's watch in the container, it was empty, i had also made an application with the concern office.

                            Snapdeal is the biggest fraud company. Now in order to make profits they have started cheating with customers.
                            I placed the order on 9th sept, 2018 for 2 trolley bags from snapdeal. Order id: [protected]. 14th sept, 2018 i received a parcel from snapdeal (Sd).
                            But to my surprise when i opened it had just one trolley bag. So instead of 2, only 1 bag was ordered. And to add to the shock, i received a mail from snapdeal stating delivery of both the products.
                            I tried reaching to customer care to raise the issue but sd just has system generated calls option.
                            I dropped mails multiple times to highlight the issue but didn't get any response nor did they took my request to arrange a call with customer care executive.
                            Hoping for some resolution using this platform as a good amount is at stake.

                              As above mentioned, i have purchased adidas ankle length socks set of 9 pairs, but on the delivery when i opened the box, there was not any socks, and in spite of socks, there was only an usb light, which is available in market only 20 or 30 rs, and snapdeal 's courier partener is not receiving that item, he says i can take only socks, i have scheduled return 3 times, but every time i faced failure, and he demand for the video of box opening, which i have not made,

                              How can i give him socks, while i received an usb light?
                              Now i m completely dissapointed and want to resolution of mf problem. Otherwise i will knock the doors of judiciary... Snapdeal and its partners cheated me,

                              As i mentioned above, i ordered for adidas socks, but on the opening the box, i was astonised, there was not any socks, and there was an usb light. Whici is easily available in market in rs 20 or 30.

                              It is cheating with me,
                              When i requested for return, than delhivery representative refused to take the item other than socks,

                              Tell me how can i give him socks?
                              I requested 2 time but both time the same responce was faced,
                              Now i m very disappointed, so plz take a needful action.
                              Other wise will knock the doors of judiciary and for that only snapdeal wil solely responsible.

                              My problem is not solved till now.
                              I requested more than 10 time for replacement of the changed item.but courier person is not ready to take the diffrent item, he demands for the video of opening the box, pls solve my problem and replace my item as soon as possible.
                              Otherwise i will go to the court and snapdeal solely will be responsible for that

                                Today I received a Fake call from a person claiming to be a snapdeal staff saying that I have won a Tata Safari Car.

                                I fully agree that these fake calls are to be ignored.

                                But I have a severe complain that this is a case of severe data breach from your end. The entity had all my details including name, address, mobile number and order details also... all the had been updated by me on your snapdeal App while ordering the products.

                                No wonder you may also share my bank and card details

                                I am also a corporate customer and have full recording of he call details.I shall make sure that I share this type of data compromise from your end in all social media and also in my corporate group.

                                WE ARE UNSAFE SHOPPING ONLINE WITH SNAPDEAL.

                                  I have placed order for running jogging armband sports cellphone case holder for mobile phone on their website with order id: [protected] (1 item). Order was placed on 07 july 2018. Today date is - 19 sep 2018. Till now i have not received my order. Payment is already done by me through credit card.in future i will not order anything from snapdeal. I request to snapdeal that refund my money or give my order to the defined address.

                                    I placed order of maybellin with order is [protected]. I show the status of my product is reached at my city on 15th sept. I got the message that will delivered on 17th sept. But at end of the i got another message to rescheduled the order. So i did it on 18th sept between 9 am to 1pm. But courier person is not such a responsible to contact me and still i am not getting my order.
                                    Very bad delivery from snapdeal.

                                      Recently I bought jbl car subwoofer (model - jbl gtx 1200t)from snapdeal.It cost is RS-5915.I ordered with cash on delivery.It comes with FedEx courier service.I bought within 4 days from the date of order.Order Id is [protected].But I received duplicate product inside the box. So I requested to return the item and get replacement for that order.so the snapdeal creates return pickup from bluedart courier.Also the pick up happened at[protected].but still now I didn't received the replacement product from snapdeal.Please help me solve this issue and make replacement for my order.
