Above mention band was directed and local brand. As Bill it was Mi 2. It was received without any charger. It’s quality was so poor. I want to return this product but company said” quality checked failed so ur product send to back you.
What is this ? It’s totally understandable.

      Hi,

      I ordered a recliner chair from snapdeal, however, requested return on 16th august. I have tried to reach to them on different forum and call centers but they are not reachable. Since the return request, i am getting weekly messages that your request is being processed but nothing has been done yet. Today, i was shocked to learn that they have closed my request without providing me a resolution and i cannot have a say about it. They are not reachable till now.

        I purchased zxg men watch business watch casual quartz watch silicon analog watch from snapdeal online company. I received it on 21.09.2018 at 6.30 pm. The cover was sealed but the product inside was damaged. It seems that the product has been deliberately damaged as it is a non-replaceable item. After opening the seal i was shocked and wondered. The product is not at all in usable conditions. It is absolutely of n use.

            I ordered 1 unit of "adbeni imported beauty styler". The issue with it was i had 1 missing part and the trimmer blade was faulty. You can feel it scratching your skin. They main purpose was to use over sensitive bikini lines. I ordered the product and was delivered on 16th september 2018 i opted for replacement, on 20th i got a message that my request has been closed. Do take the necessary steps.

              My name is Sangmu Lepcha ... I had requested for a refund amount in Snapdeal and it said it's on process since September 11 and still I haven't received my amount... I had ordered the item through cash on delivery now they are asking me to provide the bank details in PDF format which is really complicated ...I tried to contact them but m not receiving any satisfactory replies .. I even asked for the customer care representative number so that I could talk to them but they are not providing me with the number... If any one could give me the number please give me so that I can talk to them directly

The item has already been picked from my house 20 days back and I am still getting a message that it will be picked up at some date and there has been no refund. Please help with my refund. I have tried to call the customer care help line and also emailed to the customer care email but got no response from the same. Is this some kind of fraud?

                  Very bad experience with the delivery. I ordered a watch from snapdeal on 30th august 2018. The product was to be delivered within 7 days. But don't know what was issue the delivery date was going on extending. They were also not able to give proper response to my issue. It was a very bad experience from snapdeal. The previous delivery of different products was on time but thsi they took almost 20-25 days to deliver my product.

                    Snapdeal cheated me i've ordered jsb foot massager from snapdeal for rs 10701.. I have not received its adapter so i initiated its return... And after its successful pickup its around more than 10 days gone... Snapdeal is not ready to provide me its refund... No customer support no customer care... I've sent almost 50. Mails to them... No support till yet... Please help me...
                    They are sending same mail. Each and everytime... Not ready to read what i've written in the mail or not.. They are simply saying allow us 48 hours more and more... And thats it... Its almost 240. Hours gone

                    They have sent me mail that your refund has been issued but no details showing anywhere... I haven't received any sms and not showing same on the app also...

                                I have purchased casio g-shock from snapdeal, in which there is no warranty card inside the box, so how would they give warranty or how i would claim warranty???
                                Before purchasing they told snapdeal only sell original products with product's warranty card but there is no warranty card and user guide also missing many things were missing. Please tell how i claim warranty for the watch. There is no original case of casio g-shock.

                                    I had ordered xelectron led 15 inch digital photo frame vide order id: [protected] dated on 11 sep, 2018. I had received the item on 15/9 and on same day i had raised return request as the item was not of the required quality / as per the claim of the seller / details were not properly mentioned on site.in reply, i had received sms saying that the request is being processed and confirmation will be sent within 24 hrs. However, no response was received thereafter and on checking the status on the site, i was surprised to note that the return request had been closed on 17/9 without assigning any reason or intimation which is very surprising. Am i expected to accept sub-standard items from snapdeal? Is'nt the site looking after consumer interests? My emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com have not been answered.

                                    While ordering a product online, it may be appreciated that unlike open market where the consumer can actually see and check / test the product, in online shopping the consumer depends on the photo and limited information available on the site and hence the return policy needs to be consumer friendly and not as per the vague terms of the site. I had requested return as the product was not as assumed on seeing the web description and performance and quality was not as per required standard. I fail to understand the reply that "the complaint is against our trust policy" - which means that your site is not bothered about the consumer interests. If so - why should one purchase products from your site when other sites like amazon, flipkart, jabong etc have consumer friendly return policy.

                                    The claim of snapdeal is wrong. I have neither been contacted nor updated about the reasons for non-acceptance of my request. I am still waiting for the team to contact me.

                                    Very poor response on the part of Snapdeal. Though almost 2 weeks have passed since my complaint, the snapdeal has neither been able to resolve the issue so far nor made any contact except posting routine reply. Further, the option to download the invoice for the said item has been blocked in my account. When I raised the issue and requested for duplicate invoice, I was denied same saying that since I have raised a return request already so they are unable to process my request for the invoice.. The image of the reply is attached.

                                        Hello,

                                        I received a call from a (So called) snap deal employee for lucky draw of some safari car.
                                        Stating you can either take the car or cash equivalent of it and for that you need to register by paying a particular amount in the account of the director of snapdeal company.
                                        I asked for authenticity of it like an email from the company but he replied that a msg has already been send in your mobile number and he denied sending emails for lucky draw. This anyhow made me sure that there is no such thing like lucky draw and these were all frauds.

                                        So, the worst part is, these people can access our details like which order i made, when i made, from where i made, order ids, address, phone number... Everything. None of our personal information is secure... Will it be safe to shop with snap deal in future (I don't really think i will risk with my personal detail again)?

                                        Snapdeal can not control these frauds from calling... But at least you should make sure to have a highly secure system for your customer's personal data, it is very dangerous that some third party is having all our details.
