      Im very disappointed and angry with your courier service i am a VERY GOOD customer and order alot of products from Snap Deal but as i see now your courier service is full of lies they do not come to my house as im in and also leave word with security regarding courier guys coming they do not call me and then i get an sms at 8.30 p.m saying we are unable to deliver your product and will try again in d next 24 to 48 hours.. there were 3 products that i ordered but did not receive them getting the same excuse.. today was supposed to be a delivery of a watch Curren Silver Analog which i was so anxiously awaiting as im flying out on 21 Sep out of India and wanted to gift it to someone..and then again i get the same ### SMS saying i was not in and they wud deliver in 24 to 48 hours what is this for service this is the last time i purchase from Snap Deal and so will my relatives and friends sick and tired of your bloody courier people not delivering and excuses not true..

        I had ordered loreal xtenso for my mom's newly straightened hair... As the product was a bit cheaper in this site... When I got the delivery I realized that only 3/4th of the product was there in the shampoo bottle...I dint pay much heed to it as the price was low so I was ok with receiving a little less product... But when my mom used it for the first time all the treatment that my mother had undergone was all reversed... The hair had become sticky an the soft and straight texture was lost in that one wash... Please do not use Snapdeal products...they should pay me back the money that was spent in the treatment... I wanted to call the customer care and yell at them but it's actually not their fault... The fault is with the big shots in Snapdeal ... pathetic site...never use their products ..

          I recently bought Fossil wrist watch. The product description says it as water resistant but. The same got filled with water when I washed hands for a small tap. I am unable to find a service center of the company here. How can I return the product or Is there any chance of getting a new product without any complaint.             My name is ketan kanojiya. I had booked titan women watch selled by fashselect company new delhi on 20 august 2018.

            I got delivery of this product on 31 august 2018. But i got titan watch in fastrack box. And also warranty card of fastrack with 1 yr warranty instead of 2 yrs warranty which has been showed by seller in snapdeal app. I want any contact no of seller for contacting them and to solve this problem.
            I had raise complaint for replacement. But deliver is not pickuping this product since last 15 days. I have already given my all the details like pickup address. But no action regarding pickuping taken by snapdeal and courier services. What i should do. We dont have too much time for this. Its just waisting my valuable time. And snapdeal team is not showing any interest in this.

              Dear sir
              I have order a pair of nike shoes from snapdeal on 7th august.

              The product i got was a fake product and also damaged, so i have registered a return request for my product. But the product was not picked up. I tried to contact the customer care many times but i got no responce.

              Till 5th of september it showed the return is in progress (As shown in screenshot).

              But today i checked and it showed that the return request was closed on 15 th august.

              The company is cheating first by selling fake products on the name of branded ones and then not returning those and misguiding their customers.

              I hope my concern would be raised and my product returned as soon as possible.

              Also these frauds should be fined for the inconvenience that i have faced.

              My order is returned and my amount was refunded. But I dont appreciate the process because it has not happened even after mailing them many times but was possible by complaining and revealing infront of all people.

                I dint receive my product and its been a month since it was ordered.

                The company officials have only provided inappropriate and misleading information pertaining to its deliver and have uploaded its status as delivered on their website which is a false representation of facts as the product never got delivered.

                Further my emails and complaints where never appropriately addressed and only rude calls were made despite asking them to send written reply's so that the same can be taken on records, the employees even refrained from sharing their names and employee id.

                Upon insisting for the acknowledgment of the delivery receipt signed by my family member the company has time and again sent the employees of the delivery partner to inappropriately threaten and investigate my family member who is a cancer patient from who the product was ordered and harassed them.

                Further i was made inappropriate calls too.

                I seek justice for all the harassment and non-refund of my money already paid to the company and being in their account for over a month with interest so that the same is not repeated with any other customer.

                I have complete faith in the department and thus i want to have an action against their inappropriate treatment and unethical practice.

                I am attaching the evidence which prevail with me as the remaining have been deleted by the company officials on purpose.

                I urge your good selves to take a strict action against snapdeal and their courier partners for their inappropriate behavior and reckless and unethical services.

                    Hey, now in the morning i have received a mssg from snap deal conveing that i have won the lucky draw of tata safari and one phone number was given. When we called on it some guy picked up the phone asked to send my adhar card and a picture. After some times i called him again so he answered in a rude manner and disconnected the call.🤔😊

                      My order id: [protected], has purchased a pen-drive of rs.623.00 paid by my debit card. But when the delivery boy handed over me empty box, although box was sealed pack. But i haven't found any item in the box.. I have already initiate a return complain. But till now i haven't found any amount back. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible as it is snap deal refund policy.

                      In your recent reply you have closed my return request without conveying me valid reason for closing my return request. So this very unfair towards your customer.
                      This is fraud case, kindly send me pendrive or refund my money... I have also filled your trust pay form enclosed.

                        I placed an order of a trimmer on 24th august with sub-order id [protected]. The expected delivery date was of 28th august but they kept on postponing the delivery dates. That's why i cancelled the order. The refund was initiated on 7th september but i haven't got any refund until now today is 17th september. I am very disappointed with there behaviour.                                       Why is snapdeal hiring a thief as a delivery boy?
                                      Hello everyone we all are nowdays using e-commerce websites for shopping now i would like to share my experience what has happened with me.

                                      On 8th of september 2018 i ordered samsung ehs61asf ear bud headphones from snapdeal order id : [protected]

                                      On 11th september 2018 in the afternoon i got a message from snapdeal

                                      "order update

                                      Your order for samsung ehs61asf ear buds... Will be delivered today by manish parveen ent ([protected])"

                                      So i called this no. Which is mentioned and the guy picked the call and said he will be coming near by 3 -4 pm then i left for the office and delivery boy came at my home and my parents were there at home and my father took the product which you snapdeal sent and then my father told the delivery guy that don't go as my father was opening the product in front of the delivery guy and my father found this was not the actual samsung headphone which i ordered then my father told this to delivery guy then delivery guy started talking to my father rudely and said its none of his business and etc etc so my father was about to take the photo of this delivery guy but suddenly that guy took the headphone from my father's hand and ran away on his scooty even my father went down stairs to find out that guy but he ran away and now when i came back from office and he informed all this scenario to me and we are left with only product bill as i already made the online payment.

                                      So i emailed this to snapdeal and told them give my refund or my headphones and next day i called that no. Which i mentioned above of the snapdeal delivery guy now i wish i could upload audio recording here because i have the call recording when i called him and said why you ran away when my father was taking your pic and i told him am launching an fir against you he said ok and this same thing i told to snapdeal as i email again snapdeal and mentioned that i want to talk to someone from higher authorities then i received a call from snapdeal and suminder from snapdeal excalation team called me and in told the whole scenario to him he said snapdeal can not do anything regarding this and said i can launch a fir so i told him delivery guy is from the snapdeal why you guys can't do anything he said they are from corrier company this and that then i said i want to talk to the supervisor then mr. Khushdil floor supervisor came on the calland stared telling me about the process and said within 48 hours i will get the solution now its been 3rd day and 6th day from the day of order and nobody is ready to call

                                      One this i would like to tell everyone that we can't directly talk to snapdeal customer care i mean they have set their ivr option so smarty that there is no direct option to talk to the person and now they keep sending emails daily give us 1–2 days again and again

                                      My question to the whole world is that why e-commerce websites like snapdeal is treating thier customers like a fool and they are doing scam its a kimd of whole trap because i already made the online payment and thier delivery guy stole headphone too from hands so now i can't even return the product so this is something they are doing latest scam.

                                        Recently i purchased on line some items from snapdel. After some time of booking my order, a telephone from [protected] came on my mobile confirming all the details i. E. Product ordered, place of delivery etc. By his way of calling and his pronunciation he did not seems to be a professional/educated. He told me that as per company"s policy, my name/number has been selected for a draw and i have won a car worth rs 12.50 lakhs. For taking delivery of the car i have to pay for insurance etc. Alternatively i can go for cash and for receiving cash i had to deposit some amount in the personal account of their md. Upon my saying that instead of cash i will prefer to have the car - the fellow disconnected by saying you do not know how to talk. I could sense the fraud being committed. My point of complaint is how and why my personal information were given to any third party by snapdeal. Please look into the matter and do the needful
