Hello..there is an inconvenience caused in delivery of my product.
The delivery boy named Manindra, [protected], had come for delivering my product today around 4:10. As we had spoken about cancellation of my product with the snapdeal customer care through mail, I refused to take my product but the delivery boy was arrogant enough to deliver the product to me. I asked him to take it back, but he miss leaded me and somehow handed me the product by asking me to hold it for a second, as i wanted to talk to his manager. And as soon as he handed me the item, he refused to take it back saying, he had already given me the item. His behavior seemed very unpleasant as he didnt want to listen to me and somehow wanted the item to be delivered. When i called him, he didnt receive my call. i haven't signed anywhere, but when i asked for doing my signature, he told me it's already done...as per me, he did my fake signature and went.
I want you to take actions on my issue as soon as possible, else my complaint will be going on .
