      Why is snapdeal hiring a thief as a delivery boy?
      Hello everyone we all are nowdays using e-commerce websites for shopping now i would like to share my experience what has happened with me.

      On 8th of september 2018 i ordered samsung ehs61asf ear bud headphones from snapdeal order id : [protected]

      On 11th september 2018 in the afternoon i got a message from snapdeal

      "order update

      Your order for samsung ehs61asf ear buds... Will be delivered today by manish parveen ent ([protected])"

      So i called this no. Which is mentioned and the guy picked the call and said he will be coming near by 3 -4 pm then i left for the office and delivery boy came at my home and my parents were there at home and my father took the product which you snapdeal sent and then my father told the delivery guy that don't go as my father was opening the product in front of the delivery guy and my father found this was not the actual samsung headphone which i ordered then my father told this to delivery guy then delivery guy started talking to my father rudely and said its none of his business and etc etc so my father was about to take the photo of this delivery guy but suddenly that guy took the headphone from my father's hand and ran away on his scooty even my father went down stairs to find out that guy but he ran away and now when i came back from office and he informed all this scenario to me and we are left with only product bill as i already made the online payment.

      So i emailed this to snapdeal and told them give my refund or my headphones and next day i called that no. Which i mentioned above of the snapdeal delivery guy now i wish i could upload audio recording here because i have the call recording when i called him and said why you ran away when my father was taking your pic and i told him am launching an fir against you he said ok and this same thing i told to snapdeal as i email again snapdeal and mentioned that i want to talk to someone from higher authorities then i received a call from snapdeal and suminder from snapdeal excalation team called me and in told the whole scenario to him he said snapdeal can not do anything regarding this and said i can launch a fir so i told him delivery guy is from the snapdeal why you guys can't do anything he said they are from corrier company this and that then i said i want to talk to the supervisor then mr. Khushdil floor supervisor came on the calland stared telling me about the process and said within 48 hours i will get the solution now its been 3rd day and 6th day from the day of order and nobody is ready to call

      One this i would like to tell everyone that we can't directly talk to snapdeal customer care i mean they have set their ivr option so smarty that there is no direct option to talk to the person and now they keep sending emails daily give us 1–2 days again and again

      My question to the whole world is that why e-commerce websites like snapdeal is treating thier customers like a fool and they are doing scam its a kimd of whole trap because i already made the online payment and thier delivery guy stole headphone too from hands so now i can't even return the product so this is something they are doing latest scam.

      Worst service never ever recommend anyone to buy from snapdeal

        Recently i purchased on line some items from snapdel. After some time of booking my order, a telephone from [protected] came on my mobile confirming all the details i. E. Product ordered, place of delivery etc. By his way of calling and his pronunciation he did not seems to be a professional/educated. He told me that as per company"s policy, my name/number has been selected for a draw and i have won a car worth rs 12.50 lakhs. For taking delivery of the car i have to pay for insurance etc. Alternatively i can go for cash and for receiving cash i had to deposit some amount in the personal account of their md. Upon my saying that instead of cash i will prefer to have the car - the fellow disconnected by saying you do not know how to talk. I could sense the fraud being committed. My point of complaint is how and why my personal information were given to any third party by snapdeal. Please look into the matter and do the needful

                    Recently i brought a fastrack watch. On snapdeal app and website they are showing original product with original logo with a huge discount but when i receive the product it is a fake fastrack watch with no original logo. Its a 100% fake product which i can brought from local market around 300 here snapdeal shows it a original product and charge it 1000. The moment i bought it i placed a return request but my question is why snapdeal is doing this? Thats why indian customer is afraid of purchasing a product from online.

                          The item against the order no. :[protected] was prepaid and not delivered at all. None have communicated till date. But, thay are claiming that the item had already been "delivered on 30th aug.2018." they are repeatedly requested to resolve the issue, but no action had been taken.
                          Requesting to resolve the issue either by way of delivering the item or by repaying back the amount paid by me against the item i. E. Inr726.00.

                                I thinking you are not understand my query because Courier boy is come for confirmation parcel is delivered or not but i have already complaint you parcel is received in normal condition but product or watches is not available in the inner box.

                                I have already send parcel images with invoice images so How to register complain to parcel is not delivered.

                                This is simple thinking if parcel is not delivered how to send/mail parcel outer and inner images with invoice images please check my old mail.

I want to ask you how a person gets all my personal data

                                    I have received call for lottery Ganesh Puja by snapdeal and win a car Tata safari or 1280000 and registration charge 7500 but after paying 1% extra tax in saving account means 12800 than paid by me after 48500 for RTGS charge. I was cheated by this detail. I have two account number with ifsc code name two phone number one aadhar card detail and snapdeal sms screen shot. Kindly help me to catch this fraud team.

                                    How does the fraudster know that we have placed an order with Snapdeal and also how does he know our number. This is surely being leaked by Snapdeal itself.

                                      I want to return my order i already managed it in my order page of snapdeal app but no courier is coming to pick the item. Send your courier. I orders for a book from snapdeal. Iwaited for it and finally it came. But when i saw it deeply i found that that the book is defected. So i decided to return the book. And raise my request to return this book. My request was accepted and snapdeal said me that our courier will came soon. I waited for the courier and was checking in snapdeal that where is courier came to pick up the book. The app was showing that courier is out to pickup the book but there no courier came also don't made any phone call. Snapdealers also not have customer service number by which we can talk to a person of snapdeal not to a computer. At last i want to say that there is no courier come yet to pick up this defective book.
