Caller nimesh tiwari introducing as snapdeal executive informed that i have won lucky draw winning a tata indigo car by snapdeal company. He demanded rupees 6800 for its delivery or rupees 6500 for getting cash in liu of car. Call came from mobile bearing no -[protected] and address of snapdeal as snapdeal regional office 120 budha apartment sgp kendra opposite high court dum dum kolkata 58 w. B

Snapdeal is requested to clarify the matter as how caller got my personal number.

      Hello..there is an inconvenience caused in delivery of my product.
      The delivery boy named Manindra, [protected], had come for delivering my product today around 4:10. As we had spoken about cancellation of my product with the snapdeal customer care through mail, I refused to take my product but the delivery boy was arrogant enough to deliver the product to me. I asked him to take it back, but he miss leaded me and somehow handed me the product by asking me to hold it for a second, as i wanted to talk to his manager. And as soon as he handed me the item, he refused to take it back saying, he had already given me the item. His behavior seemed very unpleasant as he didnt want to listen to me and somehow wanted the item to be delivered. When i called him, he didnt receive my call. i haven't signed anywhere, but when i asked for doing my signature, he told me it's already done...as per me, he did my fake signature and went.
      I want you to take actions on my issue as soon as possible, else my complaint will be going on .

        People who are reading this message should stop using snapdeal
        dont try to use thier website or app they will hold your money by cancelling your order and they will update product delivered,
        You can go reivews in twitter or google just type snapdeal who will find huge customers,
        all are unprofessional from company they are not fit to work in company
        taking more than 7 days time to deliver and when the deliver date comes they will cancel or they will say product delivered or they will cancel the ordere and not return money.

        i would recommend people to post message here we will make document one day and meet CEO and will CALL TOI, ANI Report to the company let them publish article they should be ashamed of seeing the news .

        they dont have guts to handle the complaints or reply to emails,
        playing with toys in office and chatting each other.

            I bought a cool pad note 3 plus on 18 Aug 2018, due to some prolems, it is admitted to nearest customer care(sherampur, hooghly, West bengal), but after 6/7 days they told it not in warranty. I ask to custromar care number, he told rs 750 deposit, then it will be in warranty

              As i have ordered and paid for fastrack upgrades 3039sm04 men's watch from snap deal. But they delivered me some different product. As of now i have contacted so many time to ceo and coo of snapdeal but no one responded even asking through courier partner to return the product then only replacement can be done which is against the law. Need the original one delivered first then the wrong one can be returned as i have been already paid the amount.

              First intense of the snapdeal they tried to cheat customer through wrong product (Amount taken for something and giving delivery some other). Second intense for their negligence i m getting suffer and why should wait for one more delivery.

              As I clearly stated, no replacement could be possible without receiving the Original one for which I placed order and paid too.

                  The moment i ordered from snapdeal site. Next day i received a phone call stating i won a lucky draw of tata safari. He gave me two options.. To take car or to take cash... And on both options there was transaction charges according to him. He also knew what i had ordered.

                  How do these fraud get this data??

                  Snapdeal needs to fix this or people will refrain from using their site.

                    According to their terms&conditions they can collect my information but they cannot terminate or delete or deactivate a account. When i mailed them to delete my account and stop sending messages to me they replied that they cannot delete my account and i must opt for dnd services. They must not store my information if i don't want to. I just want to delete my information from their database.

Instead of a new Samsung cartridge, we were been delivered a fake, used, refilled cartridge packed in Samsung product box. This amounts to blatant fraud and cheating the customer.                               What is this, is this a joke or are you really doing this?
                              Please find below the numbers, from which i have got calls today morning.

                              This is not acceptable if it's a fake call. And on the name of small deal, it's very shameful for the company.

                                    I have ordered Huda Beauty Textured Shadows palette Rose Gold Edition Eye Shadow Pressed powder Colour 22 gm. Which was delivered to be but 4 shades of eye shadow were already damaged and other are messed up, and after surfing on internet i have came to know that its a fake product instead of original one and i am not at all satisfied with the product. The product quality is also really cheap. Even though after complaining on Snapdeal app official I did receive a mail of registration of a complaint but still I have not received a proper answer from them .Please it's my request to solve this problem of mine at earliest.

I have ordered Huda Beauty Textured Shadows palette Rose Gold Edition Eye Shadow Pressed powder Colour 22 gm From Snapdeal and i have received fully damaged and duplicate product. After complaining at Snapdeal customer care still not received any proper answer.Hope this problem will be solved at earliest.

                                      Hello sir i m hazel kaushal i had ordered matrix opticare spa cream but they delivered damaged used product and wen we placed request for return they pick the product on 8 september delivery num [protected] usne na toh return slip d na hi mere sign liye sir trust me i gave the product to him but i dont know whats wrong with thiz company snapdeal they show on the site estimatd pick up 12 sep now i dont know what to do now please give refund asap thank u

                                        I had placed an order for cerebral fashion beige chiffon saree. I received my order today but it's not the same product as it is evident from the pics i am attaching here with my complaint. And still on site my order status is shown as ready to despatch.
