Sir, i have placed an order to snapdeal on 11 aug 2018 for mahavir 3pc ballon tea/coffee cup - double walled whose pics as att. I received the product on 22 aug 2018 and immediately on the same day ie on 22 aug 2018 i put up a return/refund request as the product received was different. It ordered for a plain simple stainless steel cup but what i received was floral pattern cups. I received a reply from snapdeal through e-mail on 24 aug 2018 that " we understand that you are not happy with your recent purchase with us and that and wish to return it. However, while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We are unable to complete your return request for mahavir 3pc ballon tea/coffee cup - double walled. Order id: [protected]. Reference no: 49242248. 018. Return request closed on 31 aug, 2018. What is this??. I received a different product and complained to snapdeal then why are they not returning or replacing the product, so many times different customer support reps/ relationship managers have spoken to me at different level of their hierarchy but everybody was having the same computer generated reply. It is not acceptable. I received a different product and complained to snapdeal then why are they not accepting their mistake and instead penalizing me for their goo[censored]p, you are requested to please interfere and resolve it with maturity and responsibility which is expected from you. Thanks in anticipation.

    I ordered a collapsible multi pupose four layer storage organizer rack on 28/08/2018. Order no.[protected], sub order no. [protected], hsn 34021110. I received the same today vide invoice no. Sbdd18/18/461 dated 29/08/2018. Two of the shelves were found broken within the packet when the box was opened.
    You are requested to either replace the damaged product immediately or refund the price.

        I have placed an order for green colourd fleece blanket. I have received blue coloured blanket. I have placed return request as they have sent me different coloured and worst quality defect product.

        After placing return request and the product have been picked up to initiate refund, but now they have informed me that product returned was different from what they have sent.

        These fraudsters have sent me different product and now blame me for their mistake.

        Now what should i do with this useless blanket?

        I have already mailed about this many times, but i am shocked that these cust people dont understand anything and they just repeat same thing.

        And ur bloody customer care call never answers them except for the useless recorded voice.

        Never trust these fraudsters, they just bluff people and zero help for their customers.

        Well, i still kept that useless product delivered to me in the name of order.

          I had ordered for two mac lipsticks... Seeing huge discount over snapdeal... I thought snapdeal has a reputation over online market. I ordered two mac lipsticks. But i was in utter shocked to see that both the lipsticks were duplicate... On the other hand i dont get any of your customer care representative to talk over phone on the helpline no. Provided.               Snapdeal - fake production
              Hi customer care,

              It is very sad to see that snapdeal customer care have no intention to hear concerns raised by customers and ignoring the issue by just passing the ball.

              I purchased nike shoes from snapdeal trusting your name, however got a fake product delivered. Quality of this product is very bad.

              - how can snapdeal allow selling fake products on your portal?
              - please take accountability of the products being sold on your portal and make sure to maintain the quality and genuinity of products being sold.
              - can you not question your product vendor on this issue? And why even after so many complaints said vendor is not blacklisted?

              Despite being so much when i requested to return

                With reference to order no.[protected] from snapdeal. I have bought a couple of fastrack watches from your website. Then when i am going to the authorized service centre, they are showing us proof that the product is duplicate and would not qualify for warranty. This is a clear case of fraud and simply cheating with the customers. Do look into this.

                  I had ordered 2 - miss rose professional make up crayon matte lipstick on 3rd july 2018 and i was given delivery time of 3rd - 7th september 2018! Since than i am trying to track my order but i could not see my order status beyond 4th july 2018!

                  Did so many attempts and tries to get in contact with customer service representatives but snapdeal system only have ivr and no human contact who can actually listen to the issue and respond!

                  Now on 7th sep 2018 i am getting messages and mail saying my order has been delivered on time but they did not deliver my order. No one at my place also did not receive any order.

                    The order of hp-15bs179 tx laptop was placed on 17th july 2018 by paying an amount of rs 46104. As per the order description and catalog snapdeal was supposed to deliver the laptop with windows 10 operating system. On delivery of the item i found that the operating system of the laptop was dos. Hence i immediately placed a return request but there was no response. Later when i pursued the matter by several emails courier agent collected the product on 7th august 2018. As per their website 7 easy replacement and refund but so far they have only collected the returned product no refund has been made even after a lapse of 50 days. The merchant is very casual and customer service is very bad i have threatened him i will approach consumer court in the event of non refund of the amount before 10th september 2018. Even to this mail they have not responded. The service is very bad and they play with public funds.

                      On 22nd august i have ordered a watch"ego by maxima e-01022lagc black leather round analog men's watch". The delivery date which was given at the time of purchase was 27th august. But i didn't gate the product on 27th august. I tried to contact with the customer care of snapdeal it was not responding for several days. After 11 days without any intimation about the product today when i contacted them they said today as 8th sept. I will get the product delivered. But when i contacted the transporter "excom" they are telling that the product has been returned for some issue which even they don't know. When i again contacted the snapdeal customer care they told me that the product was damaged and somehow got returned. When talking about the refund they told to wait for another 7-8 days for that to process. And they don't have any answers to the question that if there has been a damage in the product or anything else relating to the product delivery why it was not intimated to me after several tries. Why wrong information being circulated to the customer?

                            I got a call from a personal number [protected] tha i won a car from snapdeal as i purchased a perfume from your company online. My complain is that how this person knew that i purchased a product through your site and how he got my number which is regd with you.
                            I complained regarding it giving the number of that caller. Kindly inform me what action you have taken against this person as the matter is directly related to your site. If you do not take action or do not inform me then i have to raise this issue in consumer complain forum and other such sites.

                              It's my worst and dreadful and most unprofessional experience with any e commerce company.

                              I had ordered full length socks of pack of 6 pairs and three in number. They delivered ankle length socks for full length socks and invoice raised for 3 packs. But when complained it was picked up but refund was done only for one pack.

                                  My name is vikas shenvi, i have ordered adidas slides footware costing rs 624 and order id was [protected] on 31st of july and received the product on 15th of august at about 12.30pm.

                                  In the beginning i had a little doubt about the product that how can adidas sell its products at such a low price.

                                  And when i received the product it was looking good. So i din't thought of replacing it as i have never purchased adidas footware before. Then after delicately using it for lesser than 15days it # went off and went off completely

                                  Afterwords i realised that snapdeal had completely fooled of me by selling me a duplicate/ low standard/china product which was a completely a cheap copy of adidas and which tared off within few days and a product which had zero value in the market.

                                  I have also tried to return the product and get my refund but snapdeal refused to refund. As i am helpless now if i had known before i would have never purchased any product from snapdeal.

                                  Please its a sincere request to you'll don't buy any product from snapdeal they are selling duplicate/fake products by fooling everyone buying from snapdeal will be a waste of time and money

                                  I am also going to take this issue much longer for selling me this fake product in the name of adidas if they don't refund my money back.

                                    With reference to above subject i have returned nike shoes due to quality and fitness not good and also look like faulty and old product but as per snapdeal team its used by me but that product returned without using means snapdeal selling old used product? In fact that delivery received in my company and there is cctv camera and all video photos available from delivery received from courier to return opened checked tried and returned to snap deal and its big proof for showing that product not used by me, i can send you all video photos if you want to verify.

                                    Please take serious action against issue and solve early as possible

                                      I (Vinod maurya, from azamgarh, up and i am a regular customer of snap deal. Today i received a message in the name of snap deal and there mentioned that i have won a tata safari car and adviced me to contacat on customer care no which is mention in sms. No is [protected]. After cotact the customer care (Aditya kumar as told me) and he make a conference with some one whose name is nayan mani barua. And he told me that he is md of the snapdeal.. He told me that you won tata safari car for this you have to pay 7500/- seven thousand five hundred for making a card of winner card.
                                      I paid 7500/- in the account no [protected], bank's name is state bank of india. Ifsc code sbin0003665. After depositing the said amount he again asking me that deposite rs. 12000/- (Tweleve thousand only). But this time i did not deposite the amount. Now i asking you to plz look into this matter
                                      Because it spoil your brand name.

                                        Hats off to you Snapdeal for causing me so inconvenience.
                                        Pathetic courier service.
                                        I have placed an order on COD mode.
                                        Item had reached my destination but courier person has not tried to deliver it.when calling to customer care, they are saying they have cancelled it but if I can pay them they can deliver it in 2hours and asking me to share my debit card details with them so that courier person can pay from my side using my debit card details.

                                        I mean who share their personal card details.
                                        Then they ask me to Paytm the amount.

                                        And also I asked them to verify my address, then there was silence for so long and they tried to hack my Snapdeal account and sent me OTP on my registered mobile number so that they can hack it and go to my account details and then check my address.

                                        I cannot pay like providing my details to unknowns and untrustworthy people.

                                        On checking in Google, I noticed these all are fraudsters wanted to steal your personal details.
