My name is vikas shenvi, i have ordered adidas slides footware costing rs 624 and order id was [protected] on 31st of july and received the product on 15th of august at about 12.30pm.

In the beginning i had a little doubt about the product that how can adidas sell its products at such a low price.

And when i received the product it was looking good. So i din't thought of replacing it as i have never purchased adidas footware before. Then after delicately using it for lesser than 15days it # went off and went off completely

Afterwords i realised that snapdeal had completely fooled of me by selling me a duplicate/ low standard/china product which was a completely a cheap copy of adidas and which tared off within few days and a product which had zero value in the market.

I have also tried to return the product and get my refund but snapdeal refused to refund. As i am helpless now if i had known before i would have never purchased any product from snapdeal.

Please its a sincere request to you'll don't buy any product from snapdeal they are selling duplicate/fake products by fooling everyone buying from snapdeal will be a waste of time and money

I am also going to take this issue much longer for selling me this fake product in the name of adidas if they don't refund my money back.

    With reference to above subject i have returned nike shoes due to quality and fitness not good and also look like faulty and old product but as per snapdeal team its used by me but that product returned without using means snapdeal selling old used product? In fact that delivery received in my company and there is cctv camera and all video photos available from delivery received from courier to return opened checked tried and returned to snap deal and its big proof for showing that product not used by me, i can send you all video photos if you want to verify.

    Please take serious action against issue and solve early as possible

      I (Vinod maurya, from azamgarh, up and i am a regular customer of snap deal. Today i received a message in the name of snap deal and there mentioned that i have won a tata safari car and adviced me to contacat on customer care no which is mention in sms. No is [protected]. After cotact the customer care (Aditya kumar as told me) and he make a conference with some one whose name is nayan mani barua. And he told me that he is md of the snapdeal.. He told me that you won tata safari car for this you have to pay 7500/- seven thousand five hundred for making a card of winner card.
      I paid 7500/- in the account no [protected], bank's name is state bank of india. Ifsc code sbin0003665. After depositing the said amount he again asking me that deposite rs. 12000/- (Tweleve thousand only). But this time i did not deposite the amount. Now i asking you to plz look into this matter
      Because it spoil your brand name.

        Hats off to you Snapdeal for causing me so inconvenience.
        Pathetic courier service.
        I have placed an order on COD mode.
        Item had reached my destination but courier person has not tried to deliver it.when calling to customer care, they are saying they have cancelled it but if I can pay them they can deliver it in 2hours and asking me to share my debit card details with them so that courier person can pay from my side using my debit card details.

        I mean who share their personal card details.
        Then they ask me to Paytm the amount.

        And also I asked them to verify my address, then there was silence for so long and they tried to hack my Snapdeal account and sent me OTP on my registered mobile number so that they can hack it and go to my account details and then check my address.

        I cannot pay like providing my details to unknowns and untrustworthy people.

        On checking in Google, I noticed these all are fraudsters wanted to steal your personal details.

          I placed my frist and last order on snapdeal for boat 200 earphpne and it was supposed to be delivered by vulcan express courier... The order i'd of the product is [protected]

          The airway bill number of vulcan express courier is jvlsd[protected]
          Scheduled delivery was 27th aug 18. Today is 5th september. No contact nothing.
          Its pathetic service, i don't have all my day to follow with courier and you. You are wasting our time and us as well.

          Courier guy didn't called or reached to office but updated in system that, hi pravin we have tried to deliver your boat 200 extra bass earphone today but couldn't succeed... What the hell is this? Im in office till 7:30 in evening and i reach around 9:30 in morning.
          You guys don't have value of others time. Why there is no point of contact to know the status

            I have ordered fastrack watch model no fastrack 3121sm01 from snapdeal on 20 jun 2018 and i received my order on 28th june 2018. My suborder id :- [protected] suddenly on 3rd september watch stop working so i visited fastrack service centre but they told me that it’s an duplicate fastrack watch so we cannot receive this watch and we cannot help you to get the problem solved. I was like shocked never expected this from snapdeal. Now a day we buy products from online because we don’t have time to go to market or mall and waste time on selecting product and stand on line for billing. But you are making customers fool by selling duplicate products on the rate of original products you guys don’t have shame

              I have already submitted the item when the pick up rescheduled after the complaint was lodged and i have the receipt of return item also. But still after returning i got 3 calls from snapdeal and asked for returning the item.

              order was placed on 28th august and still the issue is not resolved.

              Please help and initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

                Snapdeal has delivered wrong product at first place. I have asked for return and but no one came to pick the product. One person called that he will pick but he did not turn up. His number is[protected]. I am getting message from snapdeal that he came but did not come. Every one is laying.
                Very bad experience i will never come to snapdeal again.
                Please resolve my issue otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

                Your all delivery chain people are cheaters and liars.

                      Sir i am unable to talk to snapdeal customer service about my problem so please look forward to my problem. Actually i have ordered a watch from snapdeal which is of rs1413 i received the product on 3rd september 2018 and while i opened the coriur i found the warenty card price card and the manual books are missing and the watch also is a defective one its not working. When i raised for return and also i gave a mail to snapdeal.com they said we can't pickup ur product etc. So i am not able to talk to the customer care please sir resolve my problem i am giving some screenshot of my product and also the reply which i received.

                      Today I received a call from snapdeal and they said your coriur can't be picked up. Due to our policy. Then what is my fault. The product is defective so I raised a return request but they are saying sry sir we can't help you and all am so much worried about this please help me I am giving the screenshot to you on which number I received the call.

                      Thanku so much Sir now a coriur boy came for pick up of this product. I can't understand why they are doing like this first of all they said it can't be picked up bt now after giving complaint at the consumer court they took the coriur from me now waiting for the refund of money. I am giving the AWB number of my pickup which the coriur boy gave me from his phone.

                          I complaint about the issue To customer care.
                          And after quality check, they cancelled my refund too. Seriously i want my refund back cause the curtains quality is also not so good as it seems in the pictures.

                            Hi I am Sai chander. I received a call from [protected] (Name Bharath, speaking in Telugu) stating I won a scooty worth rs 75000. He said he will post the bank check with 75000 as amount, to my address (which was my delivery address at the time of order). He is asking to pay 3500 rupees to postman at the time of receiving post. Later he told me to deposit that amount in my SBI bank account(I did not transact from SBI while placing order). My order details were leaked by Snapdeal. He is saying the items which i have ordered from Snapdeal. Please take necessary action against Snapdeal so that fraud calls can be minimized.

                              I have been getting promotional emails from snapdeal. Although I clearly remember that I had not subscribed to getting the newsletter or promotional mails. Even after repeated mails their customer care insits that I click the link provided in the mail to unsubscribe. I have tried doing that already it does not work. As soon as you click on the link it shows error 404. How unprofessional can you people be ? How much time does it take for you to simply g o and delete the person from your mailing list ? please remove me from it I am not interested in your offers. My name is : [removed]

                                I have ordered avalik black Bluetooth device on 24/07/2018 and I got a fish doll. I replaced the item on 2nd August. They send me new delivery date for replacement item on 21.08.2018 and they changed the delivery date three times and the 3rd time they changed to 1.08.2018. But they not yet delivered today(5.09.2018) and today they messaged me that I have to link bank account for refund. They cancelled the order without any notification and not refunded. Very poor service from snapdeal.

                                  I ordered a Epson multi ink pack of 4 and a Dubaria refillable 73 N compatible ink catridges.I recieved a wonderful Epsan instead of Epson.Both the products where cheap and my money of 800 has been wasted on this two useless ###.I was planning to buy a shoes on snapdeal, but after this fraudulent, am afraid that i would be cheated again.Worst service and There is no option for even replace it.By any chance, I will be happpy to return the product and get my money back.

The online picture of the product is the same as the original product and displayed a discount of about 40 percent. But upon inspection, the packaging is actually not the same as the original and the serum has been mixed with some aromatic oil. I received the product last week but used it today and i am 100 percent sure its a duplicate one. Please do the needful as i have paid quite an amount for this serum. Additionally, receiving such product in my first deal with snapdeal has shaken my trust. I believe some step will be taken to provide me with the original product and restore my faith. Also, the product has so tampered with that the bottle is greasy outside also.

                                      Purchased watch from snapdeal it's shows expected to dispatch by today but suddenly it's shows order being cancelled which is not cancelled from my end... Tried to call multiple time but least bother about client services

                                      Unnecessary wasting both time as repeatedly saying from my end i didn't cancelled the order.. It's your system problem.

                                        I have received a sms that I won a car and rs. 1240000 inr. When I called the helpline number which was on that sms the person told me to send bank details and submit 7500 to claim the winning amount.Please tell me the authenticity of his sms.
