Ear sir, I had ordered a morphe Jaclyn Hill eyeshadow palette 35 colors on 15 august 2018. And the delivery was on 25 August 2018.On this day I got a message that the product will be deliver on 25 August 2018 but I didn't receive the product. I got a mail from snapdeal support they said please confirm from your family. Immediately I had confirmed from my neighbours and family they said they have not receive any product and they said no one...

I buy this two product from Snapdeal it's quality and and it's not suits for me that's why I just go for refund process while of the flood in kerala there is no one contacted me and the product is not even refunded there is no assistance from Snapdeal also need a good reply other wise will have to complaint it officially...

I ordered a fastrack watch from snapdeal and before buying the same I had asked through a mail about the genuineness of the product and assured me that snapdeal sells genuine products but when confirmed the product with fastrack shop they told me that this product is the duplicate/replica/1st copy and not original one.

I had ordered 2 of this leatherite car seat organiser but the quality was not that good so i thought of returning it. Both the products came in a single packaging with a single bill. The return was generated, and i returned both the products with one bill of rs. 808 (Rs.404 each)
But i only got a refund for one of the item that is just rs.404.

I ordered a g-shock casio watch. A fake watch was delivered to me, so i placed a replacemnet request. This time again i recieved the fake product with different design even. I don't know why do they do this. I tried reaching the customer care but can never connect to them. Only automated voice support. I even mailed them but no response. I place a return request, but it hasn't been processed in last 7days. Please provide a number...

Mr. Vikram a member of griveance team from snapdeal told me that i have ordered 70 items of several products and returned the same. Unfortunately it's my first order with snapdeal and will be the last one.

I highly recommend to everyone not to use snapdeal at all.
As they don't support at all for post sale services and make false arguments.
