    I ordered shoe on snapdeal they delivered a wrong wrost product, the shoe size, quality and all are very bad, after then i returned the product and wait for new order or refund my money. But after 20 days they not deliver and nor refund my money. They cheated and snapdeal customer care policy is very worst service in comparison of all e-commerce website, they not answer you they not text you, n all. No return policy, no deliver policy, i think it's a very fraud website or cheated the customer.

      I have received one product but there was some defect in that watch, i have returned the product, its take around 5-6 days after that refund message come to confirmed. But when i check the bank details there is no any entry found. I have written a request mail, still no any response & no customer care number in working condition to talk with executive. today on 9th day, i am waiting for my refund. Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 11 Aug, 2018. I think this side is have some issues with refunds. Lots of other customers also talking about same issues.

        Respected sir/madam
        I am a frequent customer of snapdeal.. On march 2018 i return adidas sjoes due to quality defect and some other product.. Since then i was waitong my money but snapdeal didnot refund. Again in august 2018 i order adidas shoes but this time i order some product and received entirly different product. I am very embressed. There is no any customer care number working in snapdeal.. My request please make refund as soon as possible as its already 5 month i am getting disturb otger wise i have to take legal action.. Thank you

          My order id is [protected] whistle sound control led key finder locator and for the suborder id [protected], is placed on 19 jun 2018 and about to delivered in between 20-24 august.
          But on 08/24/2018 i received a message saying the product is delivered. But i didn't receive any product till now nor any courier parson called me. Even in the status of snapdeal site, it shows delivered when i didn't even receive the product. Please look into the matter and update me asap.

            Ear sir, I had ordered a morphe Jaclyn Hill eyeshadow palette 35 colors on 15 august 2018. And the delivery was on 25 August 2018.On this day I got a message that the product will be deliver on 25 August 2018 but I didn't receive the product. I got a mail from snapdeal support they said please confirm from your family. Immediately I had confirmed from my neighbours and family they said they have not receive any product and they said no one courier boy came. Boy number [protected] and name Ritu Dhwaj. I tried his number many times but his number was switched off. Till date his number is switched off. I didn't receive any call from the courier boy then how they could say that the product has delivered. Also I raised many complaint on customer care but I didn't get any response.                 I ordered a fastrack watch from snapdeal and before buying the same I had asked through a mail about the genuineness of the product and assured me that snapdeal sells genuine products but when confirmed the product with fastrack shop they told me that this product is the duplicate/replica/1st copy and not original one.
                Now I want a refund of the money but they are not replying me and contact no which they had provided is either switched off or doesn't exist.
                Don't what to do, waiting for the answer or else I WILL RAISE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SNAPDEAL IN CONSUMER COURT FOR SELLING DUPLICATE PRODUCT.

And i didn’t receive any call from your courier boy even when i receive the message of delivery and his name, number etc.. Instant i called him because after few seconds i received another message that the product has been delivered.. How is it possible.. I didn’t receive any call or product and immediately i called your courier boy but his number was switched off and
                      Also i raised many complaints on your customer care and mailed on your official email i’d. But i didn’t get any response. They are not helping me and also not replying me. One guy his name is akash he also committed that issue will be resolve with in a week but it hasn’t resolve yet so please i request you people please look into this matter.                       I had ordered two products one is charcoal face mask from snapdeal but when i receive this charcoal product it’s seem to be fake. Its not the same as shown in the picture. And the other product i had of jaclyn hill eyeshadow palette 35 colors, order id-[protected], which i haven’t received yet i also raised my complaint regarding this product earlier but accidentally it has been closed so i request you to please look in this matter. Again n again i receive a mail from snapdeal they said they are working on my complaint but they are not helping please help me

                      Hi, Today I got a call from your courier team and I already informed them that I didn’t receive any product and also informed them about their delivery boy Ritu Dhwaj and they said they will check and confirm me..why are you sending me this statement again n again that the product has been delivered.the attachment which you sent me POD this is totally fakeThis is not my signature and also not none of my family.this is totally fake.I also purchased 2 other products from Snapdeal and also got those products on time and I received myself.also I told you I didn’t receive any call from your courier boy on that day.

                      I had ordered two Nike slippers. But in a package received only one but in the invoice it is written the price of two products . Firstly, the slippers are duplicate ones and secondly there is no proper way of contacting them. This company is cheating customers.

                        I had ordered 2 of this leatherite car seat organiser but the quality was not that good so i thought of returning it. Both the products came in a single packaging with a single bill. The return was generated, and i returned both the products with one bill of rs. 808 (Rs.404 each)
                        But i only got a refund for one of the item that is just rs.404.
                        I have emailed you the issue already but there was no action taken.

                              This happened a few days after i purchased a product from snapdeal. Either the company is selling personal data or their is proliferation.

                                  This is to inform you that i have ordered a book on snapdeal. My order id is [protected]. The item came to our town on 28august but the courier boy have not delivered my item for next two days. Yesterday the courier boy phoned me and that time i was busy. So i couldn't attend the call. The courier boy had gone and when i called him back he said that tomorrow he will deliver the item. But when i called him that day i was told that the item was ready to be returned. I contacted your customer service but there is no executive only preloded voice can be heard. I even contacted over email and twitter. But there was no improvement. Take some initiatives at the soonest possible day so that i can get my item.

                                    I have ordered indulekha bhringa oil from snapdeal... Pack of 2... But after using it i lost majority of my hairs... I m in shock... Because this is not first time i m using this oil... It really worked in hair growth... But when i used snapdeal indulekha oil... The situation was reverse... Again i ordered the same oil from different shop and when compared the product with snap deal product i found the infringement of original brand... The product purchased from snapdeal is duplicate. I asked them for justification... They are just ignoring my mails... They are fraud.

                                        Snapdeal recently have not good customer support, they dont have direct customer care number so that i can resolve my issue, recently my brother
                                        Ordered my kid bike from my account, they mentioned they have returned
                                        Money in same debit card, but today when he went to bank, then bank completely denied to get any refund. I tried customer care but
                                        There is no option to talk there representative, they have automated system
                                        And help.
