This is to inform you that i have ordered a book on snapdeal. My order id is [protected]. The item came to our town on 28august but the courier boy have not delivered my item for next two days. Yesterday the courier boy phoned me and that time i was busy. So i couldn't attend the call. The courier boy had gone and when i called him back he said that tomorrow he will deliver the item. But when i called him that day i was told that the item was ready to be returned. I contacted your customer service but there is no executive only preloded voice can be heard. I even contacted over email and twitter. But there was no improvement. Take some initiatives at the soonest possible day so that i can get my item.

    I have ordered indulekha bhringa oil from snapdeal... Pack of 2... But after using it i lost majority of my hairs... I m in shock... Because this is not first time i m using this oil... It really worked in hair growth... But when i used snapdeal indulekha oil... The situation was reverse... Again i ordered the same oil from different shop and when compared the product with snap deal product i found the infringement of original brand... The product purchased from snapdeal is duplicate. I asked them for justification... They are just ignoring my mails... They are fraud.

        Hi,

        Snapdeal recently have not good customer support, they dont have direct customer care number so that i can resolve my issue, recently my brother
        Ordered my kid bike from my account, they mentioned they have returned
        Money in same debit card, but today when he went to bank, then bank completely denied to get any refund. I tried customer care but
        There is no option to talk there representative, they have automated system
        And help.

        I cross-checked with the bank, i didn't receive yet return of suborder id: [protected] of rs 4095/- product name:
        Toysezone atv l'll hauler ride on car

        It was initiated on 23rd august

            Hi,
            I ordered a g-shock casio watch. A fake watch was delivered to me, so i placed a replacemnet request. This time again i recieved the fake product with different design even. I don't know why do they do this. I tried reaching the customer care but can never connect to them. Only automated voice support. I even mailed them but no response. I place a return request, but it hasn't been processed in last 7days. Please provide a number where i can talk to customer executive or provide any resolution. Because of all this snapdeal is loosing all this customer base in past days.

              Mr. Vikram a member of griveance team from snapdeal told me that i have ordered 70 items of several products and returned the same. Unfortunately it's my first order with snapdeal and will be the last one.

              I highly recommend to everyone not to use snapdeal at all.
              As they don't support at all for post sale services and make false arguments.

              He also told me that i have already infromed by snapdeal that my order will not be returned.

              I have ordered nike shoes and they sent me duplicate product.

              I just want my money back and don't want these shoes.

              I will not leave this at all until my money will be refunded.

                I got fake and second hand delhi made item. As i ordered 2 action cameras worth rupees 1500 4500 respectively... But they semt a 200 rs made camera delhi made camera... Fully fake item received from snapdeal... I registered return request on 27th of august 2018 but they haven't replied yet... I also emailed them.. They won't replied and i too called them since last 6 days... But here also they won't replied..

                  It's been 2 months after return and still no solution and refund from your company even you don't reply to emails.

                      I placed a order with snapdeal, snapdeal confirms my order and after 3 days it was cancelled by snapdeal simply by saying that "seller is unable to fulfill".
                      Disappointed by service as my order was cancelled and not fulfilled after successful placement of order.
                      It is just non fulfillment of contract at agreed terms and totally disagree with the terms given in indian contract act 1872 under breach of contract.

                            I have registered a return request on 21st august & today is 31st august but there is no response i get from you. Why do u people cheated on your costomer? Order contains two product both are damaged & wrong product you send & now you are not responding to my mail & my request. Because you dont have any excuse thats why you are avoiding. There is no return or cancel on my previous order so you have no excuse to save that is why you ignoring my mails.                               As order a saree on snapdeal o price 1248/- and was going to be delivered on 28th AUG, 2018 but the product arrived on 25th aug and when the packet was opened just cant explain the saree wont cost even 100/- Andafter recieving the product i m sending mails about the product they are saying that the product is on the way, so as suddenly said dat the product is delivered on 25th aug and wat and where is the problem is created, n send the pic of the product, snapdeal is now not responding me, and also on 28th aug again the product is delivered to me, but has refused to accept it.If online shopping websites are delivering this kind of products and not even responding when needed then i dnt think the percentage of customers will going to increase.uploading the pic of saree and the package envelope .serious dnt knw abt the package's details, how its happen?

                              May I know y the complaint is marked as resolved when it has not been so?Snapdeal r u thinking it's a kind of joke, is customer money growing in trees or any kind of game is going on here its almost 12-15 days u hv not given any single solution about what happened, n when it will complete one month you will say its almost one month we can't have any record of it etc etc.or u r waiting for completion of one month ?

                                  My order is [protected]. I haven't received my product till now but in the order update it is showing that the product has been delivered. I did not get any call from you from snapdeal agent for the order and customer care for regards to my complaint. I was totally disappointed with the service provided.
                                  Attached all the screen shots of messages delivered by snapdeal and invoice order status. Please check and do the needful.

                                    I was received a message in morning on 31 Aug 2018 from Snapdeal (MD-SNAPDL) and wrote in sms that I was lucky because i have won a tata safari in behalf of my recently order which was placed on Snapdeal and The charge of your registration service payment Rs 6500 in favour of my winning amount approx 12, 80, 000 which is the cost of the tata safari. he is also mention a helpline number [protected] but this is not snapdeal helpline number but logo of snapdeal also affixed on his number. Request investigate the matter on public interest at your end please.

                                      I am getting SMS & Email from Snapdeal on a continuous basis. Request you to stop the same immediately.Mobile No is [[protected]] and mail id is jagdish [protected]@gmail.com . I will wait next 3 to 4 working days after I will send on legal notice.
