I am very disappointed with the service of snapdeal.
I was ordered a product nike air max 2017 shoe to gift my father but unfortunately the delivered product is totally different from the catalog pic and duplicate its really embarrassing.
I am attaching the delivered product pic and catalog pic showing by snapdeal.

    Hi,
    I ordered a g-shock casio watch. A fake watch was delivered to me, so i placed a replacemnet request. This time again i recieved the fake product with different design even. I don't know why do they do this. I tried reaching the customer care but can never connect to them. Only automated voice support. I even mailed them but no response. I place a return request, but it hasn't been processed in last 7days. Please provide a number where i can talk to customer executive or provide any resolution. Because of all this snapdeal is loosing all this customer base in past days.

      Mr. Vikram a member of griveance team from snapdeal told me that i have ordered 70 items of several products and returned the same. Unfortunately it's my first order with snapdeal and will be the last one.

      I highly recommend to everyone not to use snapdeal at all.
      As they don't support at all for post sale services and make false arguments.

      He also told me that i have already infromed by snapdeal that my order will not be returned.

      I have ordered nike shoes and they sent me duplicate product.

      I just want my money back and don't want these shoes.

      Worst experience in the life.

      I will not leave this at all until my money will be refunded.

        I got fake and second hand delhi made item. As i ordered 2 action cameras worth rupees 1500 4500 respectively... But they semt a 200 rs made camera delhi made camera... Fully fake item received from snapdeal... I registered return request on 27th of august 2018 but they haven't replied yet... I also emailed them.. They won't replied and i too called them since last 6 days... But here also they won't replied..

              I placed a order with snapdeal, snapdeal confirms my order and after 3 days it was cancelled by snapdeal simply by saying that "seller is unable to fulfill".
              Disappointed by service as my order was cancelled and not fulfilled after successful placement of order.
              It is just non fulfillment of contract at agreed terms and totally disagree with the terms given in indian contract act 1872 under breach of contract.

But on 23rd august i got message and email that your order is delivered to your address... Infact npthing is delivered till yet after complaining so many times. If it ws delivered to me then ask snapdeal to show who received my order show me the signature.

                      As order a saree on snapdeal o price 1248/- and was going to be delivered on 28th AUG, 2018 but the product arrived on 25th aug and when the packet was opened just cant explain the saree wont cost even 100/- Andafter recieving the product i m sending mails about the product they are saying that the product is on the way, so as suddenly said dat the product is delivered on 25th aug and wat and where is the problem is created, n send the pic of the product, snapdeal is now not responding me, and also on 28th aug again the product is delivered to me, but has refused to accept it.If online shopping websites are delivering this kind of products and not even responding when needed then i dnt think the percentage of customers will going to increase.uploading the pic of saree and the package envelope .serious dnt knw abt the package's details, how its happen?

                      May I know y the complaint is marked as resolved when it has not been so?Snapdeal r u thinking it's a kind of joke, is customer money growing in trees or any kind of game is going on here its almost 12-15 days u hv not given any single solution about what happened, n when it will complete one month you will say its almost one month we can't have any record of it etc etc.or u r waiting for completion of one month ?

                            I was received a message in morning on 31 Aug 2018 from Snapdeal (MD-SNAPDL) and wrote in sms that I was lucky because i have won a tata safari in behalf of my recently order which was placed on Snapdeal and The charge of your registration service payment Rs 6500 in favour of my winning amount approx 12, 80, 000 which is the cost of the tata safari. he is also mention a helpline number [protected] but this is not snapdeal helpline number but logo of snapdeal also affixed on his number. Request investigate the matter on public interest at your end please.

                                  I ordered shoe on Snapdeal they delivered a wrong wrost product, the shoe size, quality and all are very bad, after then I returned the product and wait for new order or refund my money .but after 20 days they not deliver and nor refund my money.they cheated and Snapdeal customer care policy is very worst service in comparison of all e-commerce website, they not answer you they not text you, n all .no return policy, no deliver policy, i think it's a very fraud website or cheated the customer.

                                  I ordered shoe on Snapdeal they delivered a wrong wrost product, the shoe size, quality and all are very bad, after then I returned the product and wait for new order or refund my money .but after 20 days they not deliver and nor refund my money.they cheated and Snapdeal customer care policy is very worst service in comparison of all e-commerce website, they not answer you they not text you, n all .no return policy, no deliver policy, i think it's a very fraud website or cheated the customer.

                                    I have purchased the Livpure-Water Purifier from Snapdeal and ask from replacement which is in that Periode but they internally change and ask me to contact service support from vendor. we have already call them as water was leaking and person was there to repair but there is again same issue from other side of water purifier. if new product has issue in just one week and snapdeal is not taking resposibility to replace, then i must say this is one of the worst online shop compare to other. Snapdeal has all this to fool the customer and sell second hand product. Still i will keep followup until issue dont get resolve as i have not buy this product free.

Infact I dont need these promotions and I informed them already through a mail. Still Im receiving such promotional messages from Snapdeal and I feel such an awkward experience with Snapdeal.

                                      I haven't received the refund of my courier charges. Which they had told me.
                                      It's been 15 days now and there is no response from them. And there is no way you could speak to them.
                                      I am providing the order I'd - [protected].
                                      I have uploaded a scanned copy of the courier receipt, and still they haven't refunded my money.
                                      Here again I will upload the scanned copy of the courier receipt.

                                        An aroma diffuser was purchased online from Snapdeal on 14/8/18 Order id- [protected]. I received it on 22/8/18 and upon opening found that it was in burnt state unfit for use. A complaint was made in snapdeal and request was made to collect it back and process for refund. I received SMS on 25/8/18 with the name and mobile number of the person coming for pickup. When I made call the person informed that he did not receive any information, and from then I have made four pickup request, each time I am getting same message, but no one has come for pickup and the snapdeal is not at all doing anything for this issue, other than simply cheating the customer. I want action to be taken on snapdeal for such fraudulent issues.
                                        On 28/8/18, the person came for pickup but mentioned that he has not received any information from snapdeal, hence refused to collect the same. I again made pickup request, and I received a reply on 29/8/18 that the pickup person has mentioned a note that the address is incomplete hence pickup could not be processed.
                                        The same person has come to our house and informed that he did not any information, the next day snapdeal is telling that the pickup person could not locate the address as it is incomplete. They purposefully sell damaged item and cheat the customers.
                                        If address is incomplete how I received the product and how the pickup person came and informed that he has not received pickup related information. Whether I receive my money back or not, I want the snapdeal to be punished for harassing the customers like this.
                                        Finally, on 30/8/18, I received phone call from some courier that they will come for pickup on that day. But they did not turn up and when I tried to call the number, it was found to be a self answering machine. I received a message from snapdeal that the courier person has informed that I did not wish to send the product back, hence they are canceling the pickup request. The sanpdeal is continuously staying stiffnecked.

                                        Finally, upon repeated e-mails and posting complaints in consumer forum, I received the refund. However, the Snapdeal lacks a customer service call center, which creates a lot of problems for the customer in case of receiving a damaged product.
