I placed a order with snapdeal, snapdeal confirms my order and after 3 days it was cancelled by snapdeal simply by saying that "seller is unable to fulfill".
Disappointed by service as my order was cancelled and not fulfilled after successful placement of order.
It is just non fulfillment of contract at agreed terms and totally disagree with the terms given in indian contract act 1872 under breach of contract....

I ordered a lipstick from snapdeal on[protected]. The delivery date was beteen 19 august to 23 august.. But on 23rd august i got message and email that your order is delivered to your address... Infact npthing is delivered till yet after complaining so many times. If it ws delivered to me then ask snapdeal to show who received my order show me the signature.
