I made two purchases from snapdeal and both times, i got calls from unknown number saying that i have won a suv in their lucky draw. How can the caller have my order details with him on both occasions? Everytime i get the fradulent call warning message from snapdeal 3-4 hours after the fraudulent call.

Something is definitely fishy. Can we take action against snapdeal?...

They people are doing cheating with the customers... I ordered two same product i paid online but when i opened my parcel it was only one, i m trying to do complaint but no proper way to do. Seriously disgusting. No contact number to talk with those people and resolve d query, i have already mailed to them but here also no response, why they are doing cheating with us....

I booked a reebok shoe on 14th aug. And by paying additional amount of rs-175 for courier.

I received the product on 23rd aug.

After opening the pack i was surprised to notice that it is duplicate product and the label for reebok is wrongly placed.

I requested for return of the product and refund of the money immediately after receiving.

I have not received any refund till date against the cancelled order.

In the app, i can only see refund initiated status but nothing has been refunded in my bank account till date. Kindly take note and look into this issue.

I ordered two fitness wist bands on 20th july 2018.
I received them on 30th july 2018 in the worst condition possible. The packaging was broken, both the products were defective. I returned the items on 2nd august and i got a message that my refund has been initiated on 9th august.

I also got message from snapdeal related to lucky draw and all.
And they used your company name for such use and misleading your customers.
They even bypassed company security and its loophole for earning by befooling your customers because they even know my address name date product and much more.
Can you resolve the complaint asap my nearby relatives were also captivated by the trap of the money as we are middle class...
