As it was small I returned it and asked for a refund to my bank account, I did not receive any refund but it shows that amount is refunded to bank account on 27th June 2018

    It is very unfortunate that i am facing unethical behavior from Snapdeal. I have ordered 3 pair of shoes for me and my two kids. In all the 3 products supplied by snapdeal there were problems. Details are as under-

    1. Order ID - [protected]:
    Against the order UK-10 size, for my elder son, shoe is supplied by snapdeal is US-10, This size is one size lower than the ordered size and not usable. we have even requested that if return is not possible it must be replaced with the correct size of shoe UK-10 (US-11), so that even after poor quality concern it may be used and my hard earned money do not waste completely. But this request also denied by Snapdeal. Now this product is lying with us unused. VERY SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR. FEELING CHEATED.

    We also ordered 2 more pair of shoes with following order IDs having quality issues and wrong product delivery.

    2. Order ID[protected]:
    The color of shoes supplied by snapdeal was not the color ordered. Finish of the product was also very poor. snapdeal denied to replace or return money..
    3. Order ID - [protected]
    It is surprising that after poor quality concern and repeated requests no efforts have been done by snapdeal for return or replacement.

    My experience with snapdeal is VERY very bad. After repeated effort snapdeal is denying for any action for above problems. On calling to the help center no person is talking nor trying to resolve the problem. DUE TO THIS UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS I AM FEELING HARASSED. My hard earned money is wasted. VERY SHAMEFUL ON PART OF SNAPDEAL.

      Received message from bl-sanpdl and call from cellphone mr shivam [protected] jharkhand claming to be from snap deal company. They told me that i have won mahindra xuv four wheeler as 1st prize. Need to deposit rs 8500/- as registration charge and the vehicle will be delivered within 30 hrs. Also i was told there is an option of encashing the prize money if i did not wish to have the vehicle. They were asking for bank account details and date of birth in order to prepare the documents for the prize delivery. They told me the exact details of items i have ordered online from snapdeal including my address. This seems to be a fraud or a scam caller.

          Wrong product delivered twice and now when i am asking to return the product they stated that return policy is only for 7 days.

            I made two purchases from snapdeal and both times, i got calls from unknown number saying that i have won a suv in their lucky draw. How can the caller have my order details with him on both occasions? Everytime i get the fradulent call warning message from snapdeal 3-4 hours after the fraudulent call.

            Something is definitely fishy. Can we take action against snapdeal?

              An aroma diffuser was purchased online from Snapdeal on 14/8/18 Order id- [protected]. I received it on 22/8/18 and upon opening found that it was in burnt state unfit for use. A complaint was made in snapdeal and request was made to collect it back and process for refund. I received SMS on 25/8/18 with the name and mobile number of the person coming for pickup. When I made call the person informed that he did not receive any information, and from then I have made four pickup request, each time I am getting same message, but no one has come for pickup and the snapdeal is not at all doing anything for this issue, other than simply cheating the customer. I want action to be taken on snapdeal for such fraudulent issues.
              On 28/8/18, the person came for pickup but mentioned that he has not received any information from snapdeal, hence refused to collect the same. I again made pickup request, and I received a reply on 29/8/18 that the pickup person has mentioned a note that the address is incomplete hence pickup could not be processed.
              The same person has come to our house and informed that he did not any information, the next day snapdeal is telling that the pickup person could not locate the address as it is incomplete. They purposefully sell damaged item and cheat the customers.
              If address is incomplete how I received the product and how the pickup person came and informed that he has not received pickup related information. Whether I receive my money back or not, I want the snapdeal to be punished for harassing the customers like this.

              On 30/8/18, after sending e-mail for se7 times, I received a call from the courier agent, that they will receive the product. However, they did not come to collect the same. On 30.8.18 night 7.00 pm I received an SMS and also e-mail that I have informed the courier person that I did not wish to send the product back and hence the pickup request is canceled.
              They just make fool of the customers. I have wasted much of my precious time, and money in making efforts to arrange for pickup of the damaged product. But all ended up in vain.

I ordered two same product i paid online but when i opened my parcel it was only one, i m trying to do complaint but no proper way to do. Seriously disgusting.                         I booked a reebok shoe on 14th aug. And by paying additional amount of rs-175 for courier.

                        I received the product on 23rd aug.

                        After opening the pack i was surprised to notice that it is duplicate product and the label for reebok is wrongly placed.

                        I requested for return of the product and refund of the money immediately after receiving.

                        I received an update that it will be picked up for return with in next 24-48 hrs.
                        Everyday morning i will be receiving the same message but nobody turns up to collect.

                        Request you all not to buy a single product from this so called snapdeal.
                        I felt they are just cheating customers in the broad day light.
                        I will file a case in consumer court if they fail to return my money back.

                        I was lured by the price discount offered by Snapdeal.
                        Request you all to avoid such things from Snapdeal in future.

                        I am just wondering how this organization is still operating and why no such actions are initiated from anybody.
                        I request/will appeal Govt of India to penalize not only in terms of money even it should be in terms of civil code for action.
                        The responsible people should be jailed for such practice which is nothing but waste of time and money.

                              I ordered two fitness wist bands on 20th july 2018.
                              I received them on 30th july 2018 in the worst condition possible. The packaging was broken, both the products were defective. I returned the items on 2nd august and i got a message that my refund has been initiated on 9th august.
                              Today, it's 28th august and i haven't received my refund. After multiple tries to get in touch with them, their ineffective orm is of no use and their automated replies to emails are just nonsensical.
                              I wish to make an official complaint against snapdeal for this unprofessional and really worse customer services.
                              I am deeply saddened to see that after so many complaints, this website actually exists.

                                    And they used your company name for such use and misleading your customers.
                                    They even bypassed company security and its loophole for earning by befooling your customers because they even know my address name date product and much more.
                                    Can you resolve the complaint asap my nearby relatives were also captivated by the trap of the money as we are middle class people therefore its genuine for them to respond to such message and their money was taken away from their bank account please look over the matter and resolve queries of your customers and myself

                                    The refund status is showing that the refund has been processed but the same is not visible in my account which means that the refund amount is not credited to my account. They need to look into the matter asap.

                                      This is with regard to my Order no [protected] It hass delivered on 21th Aug and I found that the product was damaged. I immediately raised a refund request but it has not been picked up yet. The status in the App shows that Pick up failed with no reason given. I got a message some time back highiting that Reminder: Hi Sahini Varunkumar, as informed by our courier, you do not wish to return your Nokia Black & Grey nokia...actually no person contacted me... There is no response to the mail sent to [protected]@snapdeal.com (Ref no[protected] and the customer care number only provides automated answers (No human interaction). The automated response says that the product has been picked up and it is on its way to the warehouse, whereas the product is still at my house. In the current cut throat competition Snapdeal is doing such a shady job and I am sure it will be soon at the verge of closure /shutdown. Never will I shop from Snapdeal.com Not sure if they have a team which looks at posts like this.
