An aroma diffuser was purchased online from Snapdeal on 14/8/18 Order id- [protected]. I received it on 22/8/18 and upon opening found that it was in burnt state unfit for use. A complaint was made in snapdeal and request was made to collect it back and process for refund. I received SMS on 25/8/18 with the name and mobile number of the person coming for pickup. When I made call the person informed that he did not receive any information, and from then I have made four pickup request, each time I am getting same message, but no one has come for pickup and the snapdeal is not at all doing anything for this issue, other than simply cheating the customer. I want action to be taken on snapdeal for such fraudulent issues.
On 28/8/18, the person came for pickup but mentioned that he has not received any information from snapdeal, hence refused to collect the same. I again made pickup request, and I received a reply on 29/8/18 that the pickup person has mentioned a note that the address is incomplete hence pickup could not be processed.
The same person has come to our house and informed that he did not any information, the next day snapdeal is telling that the pickup person could not locate the address as it is incomplete. They purposefully sell damaged item and cheat the customers.
If address is incomplete how I received the product and how the pickup person came and informed that he has not received pickup related information. Whether I receive my money back or not, I want the snapdeal to be punished for harassing the customers like this.

Updated by snoel On 30/8/18, after sending e-mail for se7 times, I received a call from the courier agent, that they will receive the product. However, they did not come to collect the same. On 30.8.18 night 7.00 pm I received an SMS and also e-mail that I have informed the courier person that I did not wish to send the product back and hence the pickup request is canceled.
They just make fool of the customers. I have wasted much of my precious time, and money in making efforts to arrange for pickup of the damaged product. But all ended up in vain.
