I ordered Nike Air Jordan1 Retro High 'Chicago' on 21st of August but I canceled the order on 22nd of August because I want to buy it later and I did a payment from my SBI debit card, it's been almost 5days and I haven't received my cash back, snapdeal hasn't refunded till now. I request snapdeal online store to kindly look into this matter.Thank you!

    I also got message from snapdeal related to lucky draw and all.
    And they used your company name for such use and misleading your customers.
    They even bypassed company security and its loophole for earning by befooling your customers because they even know my address name date product and much more.
    Can you resolve the complaint asap my nearby relatives were also captivated by the trap of the money as we are middle class people therefore its genuine for them to respond to such message and their money was taken away from their bank account please look over the matter and resolve queries of your customers and myself

    The refund status is showing that the refund has been processed but the same is not visible in my account which means that the refund amount is not credited to my account. They need to look into the matter asap.

      This is with regard to my Order no [protected] It hass delivered on 21th Aug and I found that the product was damaged. I immediately raised a refund request but it has not been picked up yet. The status in the App shows that Pick up failed with no reason given. I got a message some time back highiting that Reminder: Hi Sahini Varunkumar, as informed by our courier, you do not wish to return your Nokia Black & Grey nokia...actually no person contacted me... There is no response to the mail sent to [protected]@snapdeal.com (Ref no[protected] and the customer care number only provides automated answers (No human interaction). The automated response says that the product has been picked up and it is on its way to the warehouse, whereas the product is still at my house. In the current cut throat competition Snapdeal is doing such a shady job and I am sure it will be soon at the verge of closure /shutdown. Never will I shop from Snapdeal.com Not sure if they have a team which looks at posts like this.

          This is with regard to my order no - [protected]. It 2as delivered on 20th aug and i found that the product was damaged. I immediately raised a refund request but it has not been picked up yet. The status in the app shows that pick up failed with no reason given.             On 22 aug, 2018 i placed an order with order id:[protected].
            Amount of rs. 736 was debited from my bank account under transaction number cn[protected] but the order was not completed. I got a message saying,
            "your last transaction was not successful. Kindly repay to place your order."

            I have already lodged 3 complaints with the snapdeal customer care email but have received not received my refund. The last complaint reference number is 49319468.
            I do not want to place the order anymore. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

              I have baught a one plus 3 mobile phone from snapdeal but i got a defective product which is getting off repeatedly in some minutes. I have raise a refund request but after 3 days i have rceived an email which has said that their service engineer is unable to contact me while i have not got any such type of call, and they closed my return request i am unable to contact him by call. I have made payment by credit card.
              Pls solve my issue and help to refund my payment.

                    Had ordered nike airmax shoes from snapdeal which was delivered today. The delivery guy handed me that parcel and i paid him. While he was counting the money, i opened the order in front of him. And what was in the box? Rotten shoes with dirt all over them, not even nike, like a pair of shoes picked up from garbage and the pair had both different shoes. I took my money back and told the guy to take the order back with him as i would never pay for such crap. Please revert back to me immediately or you will find this in the newspaper next morning.

                      I don't understand that why you peole do not response to customers return requests. My order id is [protected]. The product contains two items & i register return request for both items on 21th august but today is 25th august they don't send any confirmation or schedule a pick up. I don't know why this is happening to snapdeal always.. They written hassle free easy return but we are suffering too much for return a product. Other website like amazon flipkart they provide smooth & easy return to satisfy their customer. Look this is my hard earn money so if you are thinking that you send a wrong product damaged product & then i have to take action against you socially & legally.

                                We are one of sellers of snapdeal. We received an order on 18 august 2018 and the handover date mentioned was 21 august. Parcel was packed and kept ready to handover but courier boy didn’t turnup that day... They have a rule to wait for their pick up courier till 6:00 pm and raise dispute for non delivery before 12.00 mid night, i tried to raise dispute through raise dispute button on their app but it always showed a pre written msg. And pickup did not get raised.

                                Then on 22 nd courier boy turned up and i uploaded the manifest. Few mins later i received the msg that order got cancalled due to not handing over the parcel on time.

                                These is despite parcel was kept ready since day of order. Every document was kept ready. Even have tried raised the dispute through the option on snapdeal app though it didn’t happened as mentioned in above paragraph.

                                The courier can come at any time without intimation and can skip to come without intimation, but poor seller has to wait for courier and if he does not turn up raise a dispute on daily basis. And even after raising dispute. He is to be blamed for all the wrong he didn’t do.

                                The great snap deal officers do not know how to improve on this and straight levy penalty of two types one cancel order and inform customer that seller did not deliver so customer has bad image for seller. They also penalize the seller of 250 percent of marketing fees for no fault on his part.

                                These is very poor understanding by snapdeal and a cheat way to hide their fault and making seller pay for snapdeal and courier partners mistake.

Today Sept. 4, they cancell my order without refund.. Didn't deliver neither attempted to deliver. When enquired only informing its on the way.                                   I have ordered a multicolour rakhi gift hamper for my brother at muhammadabad. I have mentioned full address. When i am tracking my order its showing that they attempted three times to deliver the gift/customer not contacted/wrong address. But courier boy contacted my brother on 21st august 2018 and was asking the order number, then i have talked to courier boy & gave him the details. Then courier boy assured that your product will be delivered tomorrow. Finally on 23rd of august he said we have not received such kind of product. I have tried to contact customer care, mailed three times & also tried to change the address but all was unsuccessful.. As per site status they product will be returned to seller.                                     I had ordered 1 pair of shoes from snapdeal on 7th august 2018 but the courier has not delivered my product yet.

                                    I have lodged this complaint many times earlier but there is nobody responding either from snapdeal or your courier.

                                    I am fed up with experience that i had with snapdeal.


                                    Each time u email they give new date for delivery.
                                    Even your delhivery courier is lying.
                                    Delhivery courier has never called me and they are giving fake remarks on daily basis.

                                    Snapdeal please stop fooling around with
                                    And resolve my issue.

                                      I bought digi smart digi-32 smart 80 cm (32) full hd (Fhd) led television with 1+1 year extended warranty on snapdeal 4 months back. Now tv speakers are distorting and some numbers appearing on screen.
                                      Customer support number or email id available on tv are not working, snapdeal also provided wrong contact detail.
                                      I posted my complain on this portal too but snapdeal is not providing correct contact details.

                                        This is wiith reference online purchase of bedsheets (unique Choice brand) worth 1112 /- On 12th August I had purchased two bedsheets through Facebook advertisement of snapdeal. Attached is the proof of transaction done. The app informed that I will get all the details on my email ID. However it has been 10 days and I have not received any intimation about the order nor the parcel. I tried calling snapdeal customer care, but they are asking for registered phone number and when i enter my phone numbers, they are not able to find any order against the same

                                        Where has my money gone and where is the parcel.
