This is with regard to my Order no [protected] It hass delivered on 21th Aug and I found that the product was damaged. I immediately raised a refund request but it has not been picked up yet. The status in the App shows that Pick up failed with no reason given. I got a message some time back highiting that Reminder: Hi Sahini Varunkumar, as informed by our courier, you do not wish to return your Nokia Black & Grey nokia...actually no person contacted me... There is no response to the mail sent to [protected]@snapdeal.com (Ref no[protected] and the customer care number only provides automated answers (No human interaction). The automated response says that the product has been picked up and it is on its way to the warehouse, whereas the product is still at my house. In the current cut throat competition Snapdeal is doing such a shady job and I am sure it will be soon at the verge of closure /shutdown. Never will I shop from Snapdeal.com Not sure if they have a team which looks at posts like this.
