Same call i received for winning the tata indigo car as 2nd prize in lucky draw and i have to pay 15000 rs registration fees for availing the prize and continue i am receiving fake calls from snapdeal... Plz resolve my problem how they get all information about me if it is fake.. Why don't you safe our personal details... Even they send me employer id's and from snapdeal website i got phone no. For filing complaint even those no. Are also fake. Due this activity seriously snapdeal lost its trustworthiness plz take care of this and contact me as soon as possible

    I have ordered nike shoes wide order id [protected]. The shipment reached but it had a ladies kurta inside instead of shoes. I got video recording done with the delivery boy itself, as he refused to return the same.
    I immediately logged request to return and return pickup person did not accept the kurta as it was delivered. He gave in writing that he is not picking up the worng product supplied.
    Now i wrote to "[protected]@snapdeal.com" and they did not respond even after 5 working days. I sent another follow-up mail too but no response yet from snapdeal.
    Feeling like cheated by such a branded company.

      I have ordered a watch of order Id [protected] and got the defective product.So I placed the replace option but no one came to pick up the product.And later on when I checked the help option it was mentioned that I will receive a mail in which the warehouse details are provided to send back the product.But I didn't receive any mail.

        I have ordered a product in snapdeal website and i also made online payment but they did not delivered the product for me. If i check in snapdeal website it is showing that they have delivered it but none of them concted me and i don't know for whom they have delivered.
        I have a soft copy of invoice but till now i have not got any feedback from snapdeal after sending them mail also.

          My name ashutosh Parmar i am also having the same issue with snapdeal.
          i have been emailing them since16 th august each time they they will deliver it next day.
          even the expected delivery date is now exhausted.

          each you go for checking status of delivery it shows that the delivery was attempted but i have received no phone calls or any notification from the courier or snapdeal.

          let me give some remarks given by delhivery courier-

          17th august-consignee not available-(i have always been in the factory).
          on the same day thier maximum attempt reached and nobody called from delhivery.

          PLease check the attached screen shots..

            I ordered two casio edifice watches they came out to be fakes w/o any warranty card and now when i am trying to return them they are making a fool out of me. It's been more than 15days and everyday they say it will be picked up in 2-3days and still nothing has been done.

            It is getting very difficult for me to carry my watches daily to office so that they can pick it up but they just lie to me that it will be picked today or in next 2-3 days.

            This is causing very problematic for me as my money is stuck with them. Please refund the money. I am waiting till today evening, as promised by you again, for the pickup. It is mental harassment now.

            I am tired of complaining daily and taking the products to office. I am wasting my time.

            They are cheats i should have never believed in them. I want my refund.

              Ingi order a phone battery from snapdeal which got deliverd the box was empty. When i complaint this to snapdeal. They said me to send the photograph of the inner and outer box and fill a form which they sent me in the email. I did it and after 2 days i got a reply saying while processing your request, we reviewed ypit account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We are sorry that we we will be unable to complete your return request.

              What will they take in return an empty box??? I dont know y they did this to me my money got wasted. I tried to contact to customer care again but they r saying no order purchase. There is no direct no linked to them all i have to talk and do what the computer generated lady tells.

                I have placed an order on 11th of august for f&d ew202 wireless headphones and it was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days but got delayed for some reason and i have received mail from snapdeal informing about it. New expected delivery date is today which is 22 august according to mail i received from snapdeal.com. After tracking the order, its showing that the courier is at bhiwandi, mumbai hub since 17 august. It hardly takes 6-8 hours to reach to my location from mumbai. But the courier is still in the bhiwandi hub on the expected delivery date which is today. I have mailed the courier company (Ecom express) regarding the delayed delivery and they replied only with the current location of courier without resolving the issue.
                It should not take this much time to deliver the small sized product. Very disappointed in service.

                now the delayed date has been changed again to 23-25 august and its 25 august today..after tracking the package now its showing that package is now in delhi again from where it was originally shipped..am i going to get the delivery or not?? i want compensation for late delivery..courier company not responding neither snapdeal...never going to shop from snapdeal again

                  Got sms and was asked to call the number listed above.

                  Now that we have the number, can the right agency take action.

                  Such fraudulent sms cheats elderly people and people who keep sharing their personal derails to anyone who asks for it. Please be care when asked to share personal derails.

                    How can this be possible? You chose to sell fake item and explicitly say you don't sell fake items.

                    What if the customer did not find out, you will pass the fake product a genuine. This has to stop, and need to be addressed.

                      I ordered a baby rocker on 31st July 2018 worth 2964 in Snapdeal site from my mother's account Jayanthi R(jayanthi.[protected]@gmail.com) since it's a gift from her. The product is being held in Vellore branch of FedEx and no update of estimated delivery from courier service in their site. I contacted Snapdeal and they assured to deliver it within 24 hours. When contacted FedEx they assured the same too. But I didn't get the product at all. Checked the online shopping site's application and found they didn't update it where it was expected to be delivered on 18th August but today is 21st August. Have attached the screenshots of both the shopping site and courier tracking site. Need solution regarding same. Either I need the refund or the product the earliest. It's been 22 days exactly since I ordered it.

                        I ordered a product- Nokia 3310 Blue on 21 July 2018 and I paid through my debit card. The transition of the payment of Rs. 2512 was done and I got the message from the authorized bank that it was successfully processed.
                        The delivery address was wrong(it is was old address) and I checked multiple times so that I could change it, but there were no options, so I decided to cancel my order and it was written that I will be getting my refund back. When I canceled it, it was written that I will be getting my refund in 7-10 business days. So I waited some days so that they respond, it was written on my orders that the refund has been successfully initiated but I didn't get my refund till now (1 month now).
                        I had also written a complaint on [protected]@snapdeal.com but they said that they have processed it and contact the customer care of the bank. I contacted to them also, but I got no refund. This is against the laws of public interests. Snapdeal didn't contact me with my phone number and but when I contacted to their customer care number, there was no option to talk with the customer care executive.
                        I also replied to that email on that day only, but they didn't respond. Screenshots are included.

                          I did book my item on 05 august and the delivery date was between 15 -17 th of august and till date i have not received my parcel. I am fed-up informing of non delivery of the same. Pl do the need at the earliest. I got a message that the item has reached vellore courier facility on 13 the august itself. But the item is not delivered. My place arni is just 55 min away from vellore. Why cant they deliver the item so far to the delivery given by them. Hope atleast they can try to deliver my parcel today for godsake. If not done so they will have to face further consequences, i am fed - up of complaining for days together till now. Hope they understand my problem and do the need at the earliest.

I found that the product (Samsung galaxy j5-2600 mah mobile battery) not work (Charging) properly. I want return the same product. As per snapdeal 7 days easy return policy. But i found that my order details is laps. I am very surprised seen this activity. Because the snapdeal is largest indian online shopping site. I trust always it. But i never not buy any product this site. I want refund my amount inr-594/-

                                I got a call through a no - [protected] from jarkhand. They said i have won 1st prize in a lucky draw and the prize is 12 lacs or a car with same worth and i will be getting a confirmation message as well. He had all my order details including my address details. How is something so confidential getting passed on to fraudsters. This is my last order from snapdeal. If this continues then snapdeal is going to loose a lot of customers pretty soon.

                                  I ordered treadmill of 18k and they delivered the defective item. The treadmill is not working. Then i raised replacement for the product thinking it was mistake. While raising the request the status says the pick-up will be done next 2 days and then the replacement item will be sent... After a week i am getting a mail which says we can not initiate replacement and send us the item on the required address. I have ordered 18k item from their site and they are not even arranging a pickup rather asking the customer to ship the item of more than 30 kg back to them. I have raise concern. No reply on that. They are not replying not arranging pick up.. My 18000 is stuck.

                                    I have cancelled an order of emporio armani ar5889 black sport watch prior to shipment on 12/08/2018 . It is written that within 7 days refund will be credit to the bank acc. but there is no sign of any refund. Moreover there is no option to approach them.There are only limited options available at the site to complain for . Also no informations are available when go for tracking refunds.
