How can this be possible? You chose to sell fake item and explicitly say you don't sell fake items.

I have ordered lenovo k8 note mobile from snapdeal on 17-jul-2018. From 10 days my mobile charger was not working so i went to nearest lenovo mobile service center they rejected to give service telling that the charger was not from lenovo company but that was the charger came in lenovo k8 note mobile box.
