Updated by Sushant Ganguly I do not see that snapdeal is taking any steps on this. the same message is sent as response. I had posted my issue on 18th August. The response posted by Snapdeal on 21st August, is the same response they haves posted back on 25th. It seems they are no more bothered about their Brand image neither their customers.

Updated by Sushant Ganguly What is the process, can you let me know ? Actually since 11th August, i am trying to get this done. Why cannot you simply get a reverse pickup done, and check its authenticity yourself. I guess this is not working.
After this order I had ordered a fossil watch. That too proved to be fake. Its clearly shows that its intentional. And you are supporting this illegal activity.
Send me the final time within which you want to solve this.
@consumer complaints, are you really looking towards helping us, poor customers ??
