I ordered treadmill of 18k and they delivered the defective item. The treadmill is not working. Then i raised replacement for the product thinking it was mistake. While raising the request the status says the pick-up will be done next 2 days and then the replacement item will be sent... After a week i am getting a mail which says we can not initiate replacement and send us the item on the required address. I have ordered 18k item from their site and they are not even arranging a pickup rather asking the customer to ship the item of more than 30 kg back to them. I have raise concern. No reply on that. They are not replying not arranging pick up.. My 18000 is stuck.

    I have cancelled an order of emporio armani ar5889 black sport watch prior to shipment on 12/08/2018 . It is written that within 7 days refund will be credit to the bank acc. but there is no sign of any refund. Moreover there is no option to approach them.There are only limited options available at the site to complain for . Also no informations are available when go for tracking refunds.

            Dear sir,

            I purchased micromax 32"inch full hd led tv with item code : dh135461 vide invoice no : sa7c44/15-16/11662 dt 1.02.2016 with warranty 1 + 2 years extended warranty. Recently i lodged a complaint with ref no:[protected] dt 19.7.2018. That there is no display and sound but the power is on. The micromax technician visited and reported. Now he says he has received message there is no warranty for the extended period. During the purchase we had received the warranty card without any seal and mention of warranty period.

            I request you look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately.

              I am facing a big concern with snapdeal.
              I placed this order on 5th august and canceled on 8th august as i was getting a better price on another website. Please note that the product was not delivered by then. Snapdeal executive confirmed that they accept the cancellation request and will process refund.

              In spite of this confirmation, i got the product delivered with my apartment security and the status still showed refund in request but now suddenly the refund request is closed quoting the pick up attempt was denied by the customer.

              This is a sheer lie as i am expecting someone to pick up this product from more than 10 days. The delivery executive has upated status without even checking with me.

              Please help picking up the product and help me with refund.

                I have cancelled my order still it gets delivered and i returned it on the sellers address by myself only and i have receipt for the same but snapdeal app is saying that my return request is closed... That product is in sellers godown by 16 aug and my return request is cancelled by 18 aug. The product is successfully deliverd to the seller and l didn't get my money back (2884 rupees)

                  I have ordered lenovo k8 note mobile from snapdeal on 17-jul-2018. From 10 days my mobile charger was not working so i went to nearest lenovo mobile service center they rejected to give service telling that the charger was not from lenovo company but that was the charger came in lenovo k8 note mobile box. Snapdeal has to take this issue seriously as a sealed box contains an authorized charger.

                      Hello snapdeal,

                      I have ordered (Order id: [protected]) a xiaomi redmi note3 4050 mah battery from www.snapdeal.com on 20july 2018. The estimate delivery date was 27july 2018.
                      After few days the delivery date changed to 29july 2018 and then 31july 2018. I was angry on such poor delivery service. Finally the product was delivered on 31july 2018.

                      The battery sent by snapdeal company was not working at all. It was a dead battery.

                      I have raised the return request. I seen that product pick up was failed 3 times and i didn't get any call from courier service. After few days the return request was closed by snapdeal. Snapdeal customer support also not responding for my emails.

                      Please help me on that and suggest what should i do now.

                              Issue: the product is totally fake. I had been using this product for years. The product sent by snapdeal is neither in original packaging, nor having the same fragrance.
                              I booked a return pickup, and that was supposed to be done by 15th august, and it was reflecting on my snapdeal account. The product is not yet picked and neither the refund is initiated.
                              I called their customer care ivr, and it informed that the product is 'returned'. But details shown on account and information given through ivr seemed to be out of sync.
                              I have the call recording, in case it is required, and also the screenshot of the return request.
                              Snapdeal promises 'authentic products' on their site but selling fake products. Customers should be alerted about such activities of snapdeal.

                              With hopes for an early recovery of my money.

                              I do not see that snapdeal is taking any steps on this. the same message is sent as response. I had posted my issue on 18th August. The response posted by Snapdeal on 21st August, is the same response they haves posted back on 25th. It seems they are no more bothered about their Brand image neither their customers.

                              What is the process, can you let me know ? Actually since 11th August, i am trying to get this done. Why cannot you simply get a reverse pickup done, and check its authenticity yourself. I guess this is not working.
                              After this order I had ordered a fossil watch. That too proved to be fake. Its clearly shows that its intentional. And you are supporting this illegal activity.
                              Send me the final time within which you want to solve this.

                              I got a call from [protected], introduced himself to be from Snapdeal regarding the consumer complaint I made. He gave his name and ID. He asked me about my card number, and most interestingly, asked also for the CVV ! ! I have recorded the call. It seems information is being going to wrong hands. Please let me know if the call recording is required.

                                Refund of money

                                I have placed an order in snapdeal on : 25.07.2018 with order id: [protected].. I paid the amount rs 4096/- through sbi net banking. The same was delivered to me on 31.07.2018. The same day itself i have cancelled the order and requested for refund. On 02.08.2018 the concerned person from snapdeal collected the item from my side and he said that within two days the amount will be credited in my account. After that i got a mail from snapdeal that the the amount will be credited in my account within 10 days. I mailed two times to snap deal the refund amount was no credited in my account. After that another mail received from snap deal that the the amount rs. 4096/- had already transferred to my bank account on 07.08.2018 and the same will reflect in my account with in 7 to 10 working days. Today 17.08.2018, means 10 days over but the amount was not yet credited in my account.

                                This is the third time i am writing the mail to you against the deal. Iam expecting a positive reply/solution from your side otherwise i will be forced to take next step.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have ordered Mi A1 mobile and the order number received at AUG 8th (Order Number [protected] ), when I open there were no tampering sticker and I got doubt and immediately switch on the mobile and I got shocked by seeing the below.

                                  1) Selfie photo of somebody in the mobile couple of month before
                                  2) dialed numbers are already present
                                  3) Screenshot taken at mobile which was old
                                  4) Update of Software at July month but I purchased mobile on August month.

                                  I have raised return request and trying to chase them though phone but there is no option to speak with customer care.

                                  Its been 10 days no response from Snapdeal, its a cheating business they do as E-commerce .
                                  Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Today morning i received a message and a call from snapdeal that congratulation you are the winner of SNAPDEAL online shopping company winner the prize ( TATA SAFARI) which cost is Rs :12, 60000 .The charge of you Registration service charge Rs: 8500, rupes only.This is valid Today know more for details contact at Helpline no : [protected].                                         My refund initiated on 29.08.18.
                                        Today 13 working days has passed. But i still didnt get money in my acount.
                                        Please resolve my query. And explain me why i m not getting my refund yet.3 weeks has passed. But snapdeal has failed to resolve my problem. Worst shopping experience of all time for me yet.
