First of all they send a wrong product to me but then when i receive it i saw it wrong product & not my size. product name Just wow georgette dress order id is [protected]. they give me lame excuses that due i have cancel my order so they can't initiate my return. my money is hard earn money & they play with it .. they cheated the customers send wrong product wrong size & then they refused to rake it back . please help me & take some action...

Already contacted snapdeal CUSTOMER CARE, but they were not responsive to the problem. I was very much disappointed by the CUSTOMER CARE. now saying ur number is not registerd with us what is this ### since last 5 yrs i purchasing now this bloody fools saying this. all time fake products .. pls guys dont buy a single pen from this site... big fraud scam site .. sale tum se ache to wo street wale log hai 20 rupye ki chiz me b nhi cheat karte...

My product has not been delivered till now.. When I am calling to the helpline.. They have made the IVR in such a way where customer can not connect to customer care. I will send a notice to you guys regarding this.. I kw it's a very small amount but.. This is how you guys r making your customers fool. I am very disappointed with snapdeal....

Issue is that now after when everything has done, at the time of delivery i am getting message that this item cant be delivered, if there could be such issue then why they placed my order, why didn't they tell that this item cant be delivered at this address. Payment has been done and now they want me to take this order from another city....

I am writing you this email regarding fraudery done by snapdeal.

On 04/08/2018, i ordered goshop huaweihonor 8 lite on ear wireless headphone with mic attribute colour - silver, order no. [protected], suborder no. [protected], suborder no. [protected] which i received on 10 august 2018
After opening the courier, i found that the product i have received is not what i have ordered as...

1) i placed order on cod and received a duplicate puma and nike track pants (Forgerie).
2) now i placed refund order, and now for that refund i need to give ifsc code.
But there is a glitch placed by snapdeal, that after entering ifsc code irrespective of anything it says "enter valid ifsc code" (Irrespective of entering correctly)
3) now the pick up guys took my product so i have no product now and i already paid for...

I have received a call from snapdeal stating that I won 1st price Tata safari or Rs 12 lakh and I have to submit Rs 6500 as registration fee on the link they will send me after share my account details, Some sanjay sharma was on the call
