    I had ordered a fastrack watch from snapdeal. But i recive a duplicate watch. I want to replace my item but they are not giving me any response. Please help to resolve my issue. They are selling duplicte product. I want to replace my duplicate watch for the original watch but snapdeal is not replacing my order they are returning it. But i want to replace it not to return it.       I bought casio edifices watches from snap deal first watch i have cancelled but still not get refund. Second thing i have ordered again one casio watch from snapdeal i received product but it was duplicate so i returned it. Courier boy received from me on next day. Snapdeal status saying that i did not returned it while i have returned it n courier boy taken from my home
      So my money is stuck from 2 watches its around 10, 000 rupees please help

                  My product has not been delivered till now.. When I am calling to the helpline.. They have made the IVR in such a way where customer can not connect to customer care. I will send a notice to you guys regarding this.. I kw it's a very small amount but.. This is how you guys r making your customers fool. I am very disappointed with snapdeal.

                    I have ordered a nokia 3310 from snapdeal and received a duplicate product. I instantly requested to request the product as soon as sensed the duplicate product.

                    I tried to call the customer service but they don't have any calling support where you can talk to a representative they just have an automated voice which is of no use.

                    I mailed them several times and they give a reply that they have acknowledged the ticket.

                    Now its been several weeks since i am with that crap and i don't know what to do with that.

                    Problems related to the product is:

                    1. It was not sealed from the inside.
                    2. Imei no. Of the box is not matching with the mobile imei no.
                    3. The box is of red colored mobile but inside there is grey color mobile (I ordered grey color).
                    4. Key no. 5 is not working in the mobile.
                    5. Bill contains the imei no. Of the box but not of the mobile. Hence, i am not eligible for the warranty too.

                      I have purchased a nike shoe (Model air max 2017 multicolour) on snapdeals online website. The shoe was delivered to me in a standard packaging box. On opening the packaging and inspecting the product i believed the product to be of an inferior quality. I took the product to the nike showroom in colaba and they confirmed that this product is fake/duplicate. I have sent repeated mails to snapdeal requesting that they exchange this duplicate product with an original one. Through their reply they are demanding that i accept a refund in place of an exchange. I have paid for an original nike shoe and i refuse a refund. I want an original product for which i have paid for.

                            By mistake i placed an order by giving a wrong phone number for the delivery. How can i change my contact number for the item that is to be delivered.
                            I already contacted snapdeal customer care, but they were not responsive to the problem. I was very much disappointed by the customer care. They couldn't even understand english and urging me to speak in hindi. Anyway i would like to have this problem resolved and i am hoping a response at least from u guys.

                              sir, my product is neither returned nor refunded by the Snap deal, from my Snapdeal ID I brought the product at my friend & colleague 's address & I trust him, since from 16 years he didn't cheated me, I have been cheated by Snapdeal or the place from where the product is dispatched, I am paying in installments & first installment is being paid by me, though I paid through credit card, so kindly help me by making them refund or replace my product as quickly as possible because I am going through stress & I am tiered of all this help me out.

                                I have ordered a gionee a1 plus 64 gb. On 22/07/2018. Order no. ([protected]). And i received the package on 01/08/2018. But the package contains an empty box of oppo. That is totally a waste of my money. So, fix this problem as soon as possible.

                                    Just bought nike shoes to check whether snapdeal still sells the duplicate fake brand shoes or not but i was right and got three duplicate shoes 1st one nike epic react booked no 8 size sent no 11 size that also duplicate returned and picked the next day without any slip but app showed me picked up again the second delivery was nike airmax 270 but it was also duplicate and requested for return within two days it got picked by ecom courier but gave me the nike epic react slip and now again today a courier from ecom called and asked for pickup of nike airmax 270 which was already done after telling him it was picked up he hung the phone and the app shows “failed to pickup” it means they still want the shoes after taking it back is it possible or you people want to make me mad please refund my amount of rs 2695/- and rs 3098/- as soon as possible i am attaching both the order details.

                                    Today I received a fake call From Mr Rajesh Sharma as a Snapdeal customer care executive regarding my solution and was asking for my debit card number but was unable to fool me. Snapdeal is showing my pickup date is rescheduled to 15 August. So please look into the matter seriously about Jasper infotech who are selling all fake products and cheating simple people. Please stop it.

                                      Through the order id mentioned in subject i had ordered "huda beauty lipsticks". The order included delivery charges as well however the courier guy doesn't ready to deliver the product at door step and he want us to come down to road and collect it. Disappointment started from there and it continued with the delivered product as well. The package was poor and the package inside was opened already and in bad condition. Its a used and very old unclean product. Immediately i have initiated return request with pics posted. Its 2 days still there is no pickup happened. Its hard to reach customer care support over phone as well. If you cannot or don't have confidence in delivering correct product can you please initiate refund request. I trusted and initiated replace instaed of refund. I think i took a bad decision.

                                      Finally return pickup was done today morning from courier. Post that i got a call from different courier vendor for pickup. I explained him already pickup done. I am receiving message as pickup failed and the status in apps is also same. What kind of coordination your team is making? No response to emails as well? Its a hell kind of experience by ordering a product in snapdeal. Can you respond to my mail or call me?

                                      Please cancel the order instead of making things complicated.
