Delivery person came for delivery
Waited for the product to be delivered but the delivery boy did not give me the product he said company has not provided otp and the order was already closed and he and I waited for 30 minutes then he left without delivering the product

    But there is no response afterwards.

        Snapdeal just harasses it's customers. I have ordered a blue bag, received a sheer bad quality bag with ash colour. I complained for the bad quality. They came for return the first time, rejected it because it was a different colour. Complained again mentioning about the quality, the guy came and said, he can't receive the parcel due to it's colour difference.

        Snapdeal, please place educated people in your complain services, and recruit people who are not colourblind. Worst experience with SNAPDEAL, and requesting everyone to refrain from using SNAPDEAL.

          I ordered HMTI 1024 Black metal analog men's watch worth Rs. 449 (suborder id:- [protected]) on 14th November 2021 and when I got delivered the product I was not satisfied with the product and asked for the refund which they agreed to and the shadowfax company member picked up the product on 27 November 2021 and since then its been 15days I didn't get my refund I've been continuously asking for the refund but their executives kept on telling me the same thing that they will update me in 24-48 hours but they would never. I only would ask them for the update on my refund and they again would tell me to wait for 24-48 hours. When I tracked the order on snapdeal app it is showing that the product is cancelled but in the below it is clearly showing that I paid the money of Rs. 449 via cash on delivery. I have also given them the debit card details and it was all correct as in the past too I've got my refund from snapdeal and ordered many products but now they are doing like this. Please do something about it.

            I just entered to make money online. There I met snapdeal business and I trusted it by name and I get into the work. The name Rani and she told that she is the customer assistant of snapdeal. She gave me tasks that falls on level 1, 2, 3, 4 . I came to leave 4 . She said compelete 5 task then you can withdraw it. I completed that. But after She said there is another task with huge amount that falls on lakhs . I asked for my money back but she declined it after completing this only you can get She told. It's totally fake one . I will give you proof

                There is a complaint already for this and SnapDeal guy called me yesterday and i told very clearly that it is a replacement not refund. In the site also yesterday it was showing as Replacement.

                But still i received a message today that Refund is initiated.

                What is the point of following up on the issue if refund is initiated when the complaint is all about replacement ??

                Please make sure that Replacement happens for this order.

                    I got damaged items. I raised return request for replacement. But no one is coming for pick up the damaged items. I contacted several times from past 29 days to your customer service. Every time they are telling within next 2-3days your item will pick up. But no use.

                        In Google I get a what's up number after we start the chat a lady send me a message that she a Snapdeal costumer care executive and she offered me part time job to premote Marchant on Snapdealwin.com after that I started completing the task in vip 3 they started freeze my money on there website in vip3 I completed 4 task and lost 39000 and my 5 th task was for 32000 rupees but there I realised that I lost my money in a scam
                        I requested them to give back my money but de didn't reply
                        I called police but they said in that types of cases they can't able to fine the criminals

                                  They keep promoting you as VIP1, VIP2, VIP3...At first they had me to do two tasks for VIP2 and even provided commission which was available for me to withdaw..then they promoted me to VIP3 where after completing first two tasks they freeze your money and compel you to deposit more. They have freezed 38650rs. and asking me to continue doing tasks and compelling me to deposit a lump of 23940rs. more to unfreeze my amount.
                                  I humbly request Government Of India and please block there website and do possible action against this. I had seen many complaints for the same reason but haven't seen any resolution by the Forum, So please do something, stop do fraudsters to do more fraud with Indians.

                                      Today[protected], I have been searching for a job in google. I came across this part time job option in snapdealwin.com where they said can earn more money through commission from the merchants in helping their products to sell. They guided me through whatsapp the no. is ([protected])(Name of the person who guided me was Bella she said she was from California). Initially they credited 100rs and with 10% commission added to that totally 110 was credited. Then they asked me add my bank details to withdraw the money which I did and it was credited to my account. That was level1. Then they asked me to start the level 2 in the I had 2 orders to purchase and claim the commission so i did as per their instructions in which I paid rs298 and rs398 and I could withdraw the amount with 15% commission in this level2. Then they asked me complete level 3 in this stage it was 3 orders. In the level 3 first order was rs690, second was rs3, 090 and third order was rs11, 940. In level first order I managed to make the payment, in the second I didn't had the money so borrowed and made the payment and after making the second payment I wanted to stop and asked for settle the amount but they said the amount is frozen and only can unfreeze if I pay the third order, I requested them to stop and asked to refund my amount but they insisted to make the third payment that was rs11, 940 though I was scared again I borrowed and made the payment and clearly said this will be my last. Now they started the real drama initially said t hat we will try to make you to withdraw the money but came with that I privately opted for fourth order in which I had to pay 23, 940 I was in shock and was very scared. I requested them to stop and make my payment so many times but they only insisted me to make the payment to unfreeze the amount and can withdraw my money. This is time I did not made the payment and told them will go to police then also they wanted me to finish the final stage and claim my money. Now, I sincerely, request to help me reclaim my money.

                                      I was searching for an online job and then came to visit the Snapdeal were they contacted me on wattsapp and given me task and ... initially they told me that after completing 3 orders will will be able to withdraw your money + commission but after 3 order my balance was frozen and again they told me to recharge your account with 14555 and I did the same then they again asking to recharge with 29556 and my account balance is frozen now ...plzz help me withdraw my money back.I have invested 19346 ..now I am in depression not able to take my meal I am a student.plzz refund my recharged amount

                                        I had ordered for Egg Steamer, whereas I have received speed blender of very less cost. On contacting the customer care they informed me to send the received product to their warehouse. I was hospitalized for the past 1 week and how can they expect me to run after the courier for the mistake I gave not done.Delivering a wrong product instead of the one I ordered, and expect me to spend for courier charges and to run for courier service which is not possible based on my health condition.I expect to collect the wrong product and deliver with the egg steamer at the earliest.
