I have ordered Water overflow alert alarm on Snapdeal on 7 December .And today is 16 December and I didn't get my alarm .And I have called two times for help and given my product and location details again but still I didn't get my product.
Please contact your delivery person, he is ignoring my product. And I am going to uninstall this app worst service and app ever .

    I ordered 4 kurtis on 7th of December and the order was delivered to me on 13th, i opened the packages and found that inside of the packages was just a piece of old cloth instead of the kurti. Rest of the 3 kurtis are same as i ordered but one of them is a hoax.

      I had made a prepaid order for BGR-34 AIMIL 6 packages on 12 Nov.2021 vide order ID [protected] and Sub-order [protected] which was delivered on 20th, Nov, 2021 with short supply. Instead of 6 packages I was delivered only two packs of the same.immediately after delivery I contacted Snapdeal and intimated regarding the short supply.Chatting on what's app was also irrelevant and confusing. I contacted Snapdeal so many times but no results oriented response was given by the representatives. Finally Telephonically I am being asked to return the product to the picker.Return is irrelevant solution to this problem.I vertually need BG 34 AIMIL package.So send remaining 4 BGR-34 AIMIL package to me at the earliest possible.

                  I have ordered two products by snapdeal website, one is of Rs. 269/- and another is of Rs. 309/-, both of Rs. 578/- only. When I received the product and paid Rs. 578/- for both products.
                  But there was only one product of Rs. 269. When I try to contact with customer care, I is not reachable. After that one customer case executive called me back and promised to resolve this and they asked for my bank account details through snapdeal website for return my money back but it has been more than one week but I did not get my money back. They have also registered my complaint vide reference no. 77298999 on 08.12.2021 and reference no. 77353871. Please help me.

                      I brought a jumpsuit dress. From cottinfab company. It did not fit my size so I returned and aksed for refund. The guy who came for return came very next day and picked up parcel. The app did not provide any details of the pickup boy nor did the boy give any reciept for the same. I recieved message saying my product failed in quality check and team will get back to me in 48 hrs. It has been 2 months. I still haven't received my refund. They are asking me for pick up boy number name address and so. How will I know all these. I only know he if from shadowfax. Very worst customer service no proper response. I have been struggling to get my money back for the pas 2 months but no luck. The customer care people are rude and hasty and don't understand what I try to say. They keep rescheduling the pickup even after I have intimated them multiple times that I have already returned the parcel. I even told them to check with thir delivery partner. I raised an email compant too but no-one is bothered. Still I am waiting for my money. I call everyday and they say wait for 2 days everytime. Very very worst experience. Please don't go with snapdeal.

                      Got refunded as an exception case or so and that is what was mentioned by the escalation team representative. Within a week from the complaint going from this forum. But I don't think they worked with courier partner to figure out where the parcel got missed. Still no where abouts of the parcel i returned.

                        I ordered a product from snapdeal but as I didn't like it I returned it and now on snapdeal website it says I cancelled my order.

                        It's almost like 1 month since I returned the order but still didn't get Refund.

                        I also provided last four digit of invoice number at the time of providing refund details.

                        And I can't even able to contact them on any way neither by Mobile nor by Whatsapp.

                          Dated 12.12.2021 I had received one of two product of joggers both are DEVHIM branded. One is navy and other one is black. But their design are different which i ordered. But what i received that two are same designed, where as black joggers would be different. When i want to replace that only one then show that XL size which i ordered was not available. Replacement will be within 7 days, after 19th December, 2021 what would i do with this product?? Please help me because your customer care helpline and whatsapp help desk both are not reliable for getting resolution.

                                I have ordered Curren CR-8287-Black-Brown Leather Chronograph Men's Watch against order ID [protected] on 19 Nov 2021 and and the parcel was delivered on 01 Dec 2021 collected Rs. 1649/- when I opened the parcel I could see that there is no watch inside only the Box and a Manual was packed and shipped I have raised a complaint on 01 Dec 2021 and got a reply mail asking for the Photographs which I mailed on 2 Dec 2021, on the same day I got a mail that they have escalated the issue and will resolve within 7 days but till date I haven't received any response, whenever I am calling the executives they are not giving the proper status of my complaint therefore I sincerely request not to buy any product from Snapdeal as they are frauds and cheaters.

                                  Hello,

                                  This is regarding suborder ID [protected] and Complaint number 76947408. I have requested Return for Juniper Pink Rayon Jacket Style Kurti on 26th Nov 2021 due to size issue, the return request has been accepted and asked me to send by myself via courier. Received the return form from Snapdeal. The Form contained pre filled Send Address.

                                  I sent the package on 27th November 2021 via Professional courier (Tracking ID MAA[protected]. Also sent the courier bill in email to snapdeal.

                                  The courier item is returned back to my address. The reason for the return is No Service for the address mentioned in the return form. I communicated the same to Snapdeal customer care through WhatsApp as well as Call, but I didn't receive any solution for my request yet.

                                  First of all I am very unhappy with pickup service not arranged for return and after that even when I sent through courier, it's not received from snapdeal end. Till now I didn't get any proper response. I CAN'T SEND THE ORDER BACK as the address is unserviceable, I am requesting snapdeal has to arrange pickup the item from my address and refund my money. I am getting all the orders and return pickups from other online platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. The reason from snapdeal to not pickup the item from my address is not at all acceptable.

                                    Snapdeal is not deleting my account!

                                    I've been trying to get my Snapdeal Account deleted from the past 2 weeks. Every time I send them an email requesting deletion of my account, they send me an automated reply saying they will action it within 24 to 48 hours. I have asked them to delete my Snapdeal account more than 5 times now and still it hasn't been deleted!...

                                      Parts broken and wire damaged. Tried to request replacement or return on website but it errored out
