Just bought nike shoes to check whether snapdeal still sells the duplicate fake brand shoes or not but i was right and got three duplicate shoes 1st one nike epic react booked no 8 size sent no 11 size that also duplicate returned and picked the next day without any slip but app showed me picked up again the second delivery was nike airmax 270 but it was also duplicate and requested for return within two days it got picked by ecom courier but gave me the nike epic react slip and now again today a courier from ecom called and asked for pickup of nike airmax 270 which was already done after telling him it was picked up he hung the phone and the app shows “failed to pickup” it means they still want the shoes after taking it back is it possible or you people want to make me mad please refund my amount of rs 2695/- and rs 3098/- as soon as possible i am attaching both the order details.

Today I received a fake call From Mr Rajesh Sharma as a Snapdeal customer care executive regarding my solution and was asking for my debit card number but was unable to fool me. Snapdeal is showing my pickup date is rescheduled to 15 August. So please look into the matter seriously about Jasper infotech who are selling all fake products and cheating simple people. Please stop it.

And their Ecom courier person is always calling for pickup.

THIS is just disgusting

    Through the order id mentioned in subject i had ordered "huda beauty lipsticks". The order included delivery charges as well however the courier guy doesn't ready to deliver the product at door step and he want us to come down to road and collect it. Disappointment started from there and it continued with the delivered product as well. The package was poor and the package inside was opened already and in bad condition. Its a used and very old unclean product. Immediately i have initiated return request with pics posted. Its 2 days still there is no pickup happened. Its hard to reach customer care support over phone as well. If you cannot or don't have confidence in delivering correct product can you please initiate refund request. I trusted and initiated replace instaed of refund. I think i took a bad decision.

    Finally return pickup was done today morning from courier. Post that i got a call from different courier vendor for pickup. I explained him already pickup done. I am receiving message as pickup failed and the status in apps is also same. What kind of coordination your team is making? No response to emails as well? Its a hell kind of experience by ordering a product in snapdeal. Can you respond to my mail or call me?

    Please cancel the order instead of making things complicated.

          They send me 3 wrong products so i raised the return request & they picked up 3 products yesterday & gave reverse pick up slip but today i got a sms that my pick up is failed so they steal my products & don't want to give me return. They courier boy phone is switched off & snapdeal did not replying my mail. What should i do now please help me. I have attached the image of reverse pick up slip below of 3 products.

            I had purchased a ray ban sun glasses polaroid, a power bank and a timex watch from snap deal. They offered huge discount on these products. But when i received these products i was shocked to see that they are all duplicate products. They are not original products, i am very much disappointed and i want justice. How can any business centre can dupe the common people. I want all the original products as promised in the web site. I even registered a complaint in snapdeal, but there was no response.

              I am writing you this email regarding fraudery done by snapdeal.

              On 04/08/2018, i ordered goshop huaweihonor 8 lite on ear wireless headphone with mic attribute colour - silver, order no. [protected], suborder no. [protected], suborder no. [protected] which i received on 10 august 2018
              After opening the courier, i found that the product i have received is not what i have ordered as i only received one piece but i had booked for two no. Of goshop huaweihonor 8 lite on ear wireless headphone. So, i immediately requested snapdeal for returning the product but they did not give any response and also told me that your order are correct delievered also delivery boy collect 1200/- rupees for that packed but before i could cheeked the courier packed he had left. Immediately i had send an email to snapdeal regarding this query but no any response received from snapdeal.com

              It was very disappointing as well as frustrating to me and not expected from snapdeal.

              I want to file a case against snapdeal as they are delivered incorrect product.
              . So, kindly do something about this issue.

                1) i placed order on cod and received a duplicate puma and nike track pants (Forgerie).
                2) now i placed refund order, and now for that refund i need to give ifsc code.
                But there is a glitch placed by snapdeal, that after entering ifsc code irrespective of anything it says "enter valid ifsc code" (Irrespective of entering correctly)
                3) now the pick up guys took my product so i have no product now and i already paid for it.
                4) there is no snapdeal agent available on their call service contact to resolve the issue, only automated machines replies which cannot solve the problem (Because it is not problem, it is the purposefully made that way so that snapdeal can steal my money).
                5) there are many more glitches and loops snapdeal uses to get itself on the positive side of stock market.. Snapdeal is a big fraudulent company like nirav modi and kingfisher vijay.

                    Today I received a call from someone saying that he is from Snapdeal (+[protected]
                    The person said i won a car against my order from snapdeal.
                    He said either I can take the car or the money (12 lakhs). For claiming the reward, he asked me for my account number and also asked me to deposit 6000 in his account.
                    The shocking part is that the caller has all the details regarding the customers purchase including the account details put in during an online transaction.

                    Snapdeal isn't even working towards solving this issue. I've read thousands of complaints regarding the same. Snapdeal cannot protect its customers privacy. They aren't concerned about (losing) their customers.

                    To every complaint that is posted to Snapdeal they reply with "Snapdeal never asks for payment at any stage neither we promote such promotional activities and request you to stay away from such call." And that's it. They think their part of the job is done. I doubt employee(s) from Snapdeal are involved in providing all information to the fraudsters.

What the hell is this? Why did a security breach occured? Means our data is not safe with you guys. I demand an enquiry of this number. This number is located in Jharkhand.

                        Unfortunately I didn't note its order no.
                        Can it be tracked as well.

                          I ordered 2 set of show piece from snapdeal and made the payment via internet banking on 02/08/2018. I received no confirmation sms or mail. When i am calling customer care it gives an automated response that no order is linked to my mobile. I did not received my order till date.
                          I don't know if its a technical issue or what. Kindly return the product of refund the amount i paid to snap deal.

                                I have bought flood light from snapdeal whose order id is : [protected]. My snapdeal reference no : 48785273, 48787470. I have some quality issue with light so i decided to return it & opt for refund. The pickup guy came for pickup & he picked up three same led light which i ordered from amazon & that product quality was good but he has to take 1 flood light that is mentioned for pickup but he took 3 flood light from amazon & left the flood light from snapdeal. The delivery guy has to check item serial no, order id etc before pickup of order. I ordered this item for relative. When pickup guy came they were outstation & picked this item from their shop staff. I ordered this item for their personal use. I contacted snap deal support & told them about my concern but they are giving false update we are trying to contact you but can't connect with you but the number they are mentioning in which they are trying to call out of 3 they are successfully able to connect in 2 number. I told them to call me after 5 min as i was driving but i have received no call. I have contacted customer support regarding to pickup flood light from snapdeal & return my 3 flood light from amazon but they are saying we have processed the refund of 1 flood light. I want to highlight one thing about snapdeal as my order picked & i got my refund not immediately after pickup only when item is received to snapdeal & passed quality check. Now in quality check they cheated & done fraud as every electronic item has unique identification number such as serial no but they simply see that they are getting 3 flood light so they passed quality check. Kindly take strict action against snapdeal for cheating customers. I want my 3 flood light from amazon to be back to me & pickup your snapdeal correct flood light.                                 Complaint not resolved as i have not got my 3 flood light from amazon which has been sent to snapdeal & also snapdeal not compensated the amount. they have to responsible for quality check as this item also have unique no or identification they cheated & passed the quality check . i want light back or compensation amount of flood light which is now with snapdeal.

                                I want to add details I have been called by fraudsters also who has been saying them they are calling from refund department I have shared the no to support via email but till now I have not received update from snapdeal support provided timeline given by snapdeal passed.for evidence I have mail proof.

                                  I have brought a LED TV and its a damage item and i have opted replacement.
                                  i return this item though bluedart courier. But snapdeal guys are are closed it as "Status: Replacement request closed". Then where is my item?. I had contacted bluedart courier guys, they told that item has been reached to Hyderabad Snapdeal office. How to convey this information to snapdeal guys. those people are not responding for mails, no customer care number are working.

                                      My sister in law in kota received a call today morning that you have got a TATA Safari as lucky winner of snapdeal. and asked her to deposit 8500/- to claim 12.5 Lac directly in her account. when I saw similar complaints on this page i.e https://www.consumercomplaints.in I immediately informed her and posted this complaint for the benefit of the others. I do not need any remedy as she has not forwarded any amount.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I purchased micromax 32"inch full hd led tv with item code : dh135461 vide invoice no : sa7c44/15-16/11662 dt 1.02.2016 with warranty 1 + 2 years extended warranty. Recently i lodged a complaint with ref no:[protected] dt 19.7.2018. That there is no display and sound but the power is on. The micromax technician visited and reported. Now he says he has received message there is no warranty for the extended period. I had mailed to the helpcentre and i received message as delivery incomplete.

                                        I request you look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately.
