Today I received a call from someone saying that he is from Snapdeal (+[protected]
The person said i won a car against my order from snapdeal.
He said either I can take the car or the money (12 lakhs). For claiming the reward, he asked me for my account number and also asked me to deposit 6000 in his account.
The shocking part is that the caller has all the details regarding the customers purchase including the account...

I got a call from this number, [protected] This person called me and said that I have won a Tata safari car in snapdeal lucky draw and to claim it I will need to submit 6500 rupees in the name of tata. What the hell is this? Why did a security breach occured? Means our data is not safe with you guys. I demand an enquiry of this number. This number is located in Jharkhand....

A roller stamp ordered on 9th July Rs.340/- also debited from my bank account but its status can't be known yet
Unfortunately I didn't note its order no.
Can it be tracked as well.
I got the product and clicked for purchasing the roller stamp while I searching for my Facebook account. Also I made a payment online and unfortunately I couldn't retain the order confirmation copy instantly.....

I ordered 2 set of show piece from snapdeal and made the payment via internet banking on 02/08/2018. I received no confirmation sms or mail. When i am calling customer care it gives an automated response that no order is linked to my mobile. I did not received my order till date.
I don't know if its a technical issue or what. Kindly return the product of refund the amount i paid to snap deal.

I have some quality issue with light so i decided to return it & opt for refund. The pickup guy came for pickup & he picked up three same led light which i ordered from amazon & that product quality was good but he has to take 1 flood light that is mentioned for pickup but he took 3 flood light from amazon...

i return this item though bluedart courier. But snapdeal guys are are closed it as "Status: Replacement request closed". Then where is my item?. I had contacted bluedart courier guys, they told that item has been reached to Hyderabad Snapdeal office. How to convey this information to snapdeal guys. those people...

My sister in law in kota received a call today morning that you have got a TATA Safari as lucky winner of snapdeal. and asked her to deposit 8500/- to claim 12.5 Lac directly in her account. when I saw similar complaints on this page i.e https://www.consumercomplaints.in I immediately informed her and posted this complaint for the benefit of the others. I do not need any remedy as she has not forwarded any amount.

I purchased micromax 32"inch full hd led tv with item code : dh135461 vide invoice no : sa7c44/15-16/11662 dt 1.02.2016 with warranty 1 + 2 years extended warranty. Recently i lodged a complaint with ref no:[protected] dt 19.7.2018. That there is no display and sound but the power is on. The micromax technician visited and reported. Now he says he has received message there is no warranty for the extended...

I recently ordered a Nikon battery charger from Snapdeal and they showed original charger's picture at the time of order but now when the order arrived that came out to be a fake one which is not even working. The product didn't have COD available so I paid in advance too.
It's nothing less than a fraud they did to me and it's really pathetic. It's been hugely disappointing experience for me so, either I want a replacement of the product...

I had ordered a casio g shock watch on snapdeal.com they said it's 100% geniune product.. But i have got a fake product... I'm really disappointed they can't fool consumers like us with fake products... Action has to be taken on them immediately... I have not received even the invoice number properly.. The quality of box is also not good... This is worse... I'm really furious on snapdeal for this.....

I received call this morning claiming they are calling from snapdeal and i have won lucky draw and a car!! To my surprise they also knew about my recent purchases from snapdeal wch ridiculed me!! How can snapdeal leak such private information of customers to such frauds!!! I want snapdeal to take an action else i will never buy from snapdeal again...

Recently we bought mufti black shoes at price 1900 rs. From snapdeal under order is no. [protected]. On 2nd august 2018. Size of the shoes was not appropriate so we place return request, we got a massage that soon our request will be processed. But on 6th august we got a massage that “return request closed”. We are trying our level best to exchange that product but no information we get from there side......

I ordered a casio edifice men chronograph watch from snapdeal. I was so much excited, and then the order came. It was just a watch within a box. There we no paperworks regarding the watch inside the box. No warrany card, no user manual, or no other casio official certificate. Just the watch and the box.
This is so irritating that a reputed online store like snapdeal is selling these kind of products. It is so shameful and sadful....

I had placed first order on snapdeal and its very horrible experience which i have.

Snapdeal team need more then 1 week for validate and quality check fro your seller fault. As your ivr not have option to get in touch with any executive on call hence escalated the issue on social media but no one bother to contact with customer.
