I recently ordered a Nikon battery charger from Snapdeal and they showed original charger's picture at the time of order but now when the order arrived that came out to be a fake one which is not even working. The product didn't have COD available so I paid in advance too.
It's nothing less than a fraud they did to me and it's really pathetic. It's been hugely disappointing experience for me so, either I want a replacement of the product with an original one or I want my money back.

    I had ordered a casio g shock watch on snapdeal.com they said it's 100% geniune product.. But i have got a fake product... I'm really disappointed they can't fool consumers like us with fake products... Action has to be taken on them immediately... I have not received even the invoice number properly.. The quality of box is also not good... This is worse... I'm really furious on snapdeal for this..

        I received call this morning claiming they are calling from snapdeal and i have won lucky draw and a car!! To my surprise they also knew about my recent purchases from snapdeal wch ridiculed me!! How can snapdeal leak such private information of customers to such frauds!!! I want snapdeal to take an action else i will never buy from snapdeal again

            I ordered a casio edifice men chronograph watch from snapdeal. I was so much excited, and then the order came. It was just a watch within a box. There we no paperworks regarding the watch inside the box. No warrany card, no user manual, or no other casio official certificate. Just the watch and the box.
            This is so irritating that a reputed online store like snapdeal is selling these kind of products. It is so shameful and sadful. Are you guys mocking the customers?

                    I purchased a set of brass jug & 6 nos. Brass glass on 30th july and delivery date was 11th august, 2018. Suddenly 4th august, 2018, 2.43 p. M delivery man call me. Unfortunately i can not receive the phone call due to unavoidable circumstances. After few minutes i call back the number but i have no responses. After that i received message the item is delivered. But nobody does not received the item, besides i wrote the delivery address " except saturday, sunday & other holidays because the address is office address. My order id is [protected].

                      You guys making fool to the customers by not making delivery of his product which he ordered online. I amde a several complaints regarding order no [protected].
                      If your company is too poor that he can't refund customer money back but atleast deliver the order on time so that he can use it in other way.
                      I made a order on 17-july-2018 and till now no hearing done from your end.
                      As your customer telephone service is too bad that our call is not being transferred to the snapdeal executive as you already knew the reality of your poor company.
                      And if i try to contact you via mail still no hearing done from your end.
                      But you guys are very good in giving the false commitment to the customers that we will contact you in 24-48 working hours
                      And now its more than 4-5 days.
                      I want my resolution on priority basis.

                        I have purchased a product (Deemark leg massager) from snapdeal. The product was having returnable if the product is not good. As the product quality is not good and when we keep our legs inside it is getting scratched i have raised an return for the product. Now i am getting emails from snapdeal that they cannot return the product. I tried reaching snapdeal but no use as their customer care executives were not reachable.                         We reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks.
                        What are those checks?? I want this product to be returned else i will proceed legally.
                        As it was an machine i saw that the return of the item and purchased it. As per your site the item was returnable. As the product is not working properly i am returning it. I want this return to be initiated as soon as possible else let me know the clear reasons for the same to proceed legally.

                          I got a massage from snapdeal IM-Snpdll that I am lucky winner of tata safari car worth rupees 1280000 as 2nd winner selection as per your shopping from snapdeal.and send me account number to transfer 6600 INR for claim your prize.after that they send another sbi account number to transfer 21600 as get amount after that they send other sbi account number to transfer 35500 RS as gst to claim amount . After that again they call me to submit 5000 RS for staff charges...within 3 days they transfer amount in different bank amount total 63200 now he don't pickup my call or not give any response.he fraud me as snapdeal company name .please provide resolution for this issue.

                            I ordered for a refurbished xiaomi mi5 black 32 gb on 29th of july, 2018 (Order id: [protected] dated. 29th july) and the item was scheduled to be delivered by 11th of august. However, snapdeal courier delivered the packet today (5th august) at 7:40 pm. After opening the packet i found it did not contain any mobile set but contained a rin soap bar 40 gm, a white ear phone and an adapter.

                            This is fraud and cheating. I tried to contact snapdeal but could get through the line. I am at a loss because i have already paid 12999/- using my credit card.

                            I would request snapdeal management to refund my money immediately and terminate contract with the concerned seller and courier service company and file a case against them.

                                    I order one thing one snapdeal and pay 2007₹ and after few days i cancel my order and they says me that they refund my amount bt today it has been 10 days since i didn’t get any refund and they says me that they did refund... My order id is [protected] and i ask them that when i’ll get my refund then they says that we given u refund bt till today i didn’t receive my refund

                                      As i mentioned in the subject, payment was deducted but the order is not confirmed (Showing payment unsuccessful) from your side. Please find the attached image showing my bank confirmation.

                                      On your helpline number, we are not able to talk to customer executive. Just automated call is going on.

                                      I have also tried to enter query from your website but that was also not successful. I have entered comments but still it is showing comment box as red. Kindly check this error also.

                                        Sir maine ek product order kiya tha jiska naam "barishh 7.25 - ratti gemstone" tha aur order id no. [protected] & sub order id no. [protected] hai. Ye maine 12 july 2018 ko order kiya tha jiska invoice no. S6af1e/18/373 ye hai...
                                        Is product ki delivery mere pas 14july 2018 ko ho gyi thi.
                                        Par 21july 2018 ko jb me ye product apne jeweller ke pas apni ring bnwane ke liye le gya to unhone ye product check kiya aur mujhe btaya ki ye to galat gemstone hai... Aur iska koi use nhi hai... Jo mujhe barishh 7.25 ratti chahiye thi wo snapdeal ki taraf se mere pas 9.83 ratti ki aayi... Jo ki mere kisi kaam ki nhi aur iska ulta asar hoga agar me ring bnwane leta hoo...
                                        Mere jeweller ne saaf btaya ki ye gemstone snapdeal walo ne galat bheja hai...
                                        Humne isko 1-2 jagah aur bhi dikhaya par unhone bhi yahi btaya ki ye 9.83 ratti ke lagbag hai aur ye 7.25 ratti nhi hai...
                                        Phir maine snapdeal par mail kiya aur unse kha ki ye product galat aaya hai... Par unka koi reply nhi aaya...
                                        Maine phir se unko 25july 2018 ko dobara mail kiya aur unki mere pas call aayi aur kha ki ye product hum return nhi kr skte... Maine ye bhi pucha ki iska reason kya hai... Change kyu nhi kr rhe jb ye product galat aaya hai to... Par unhone kuch jawab nhi diya aur kha ki hum isme help nhi kr skte aur phone cut kr diya...
                                        Me apko bill aur gemstone ki photo attach kr rha hoo... Kripiya krke meri madad kriye..
