Two month ago i purchesed nokia 1600 mobile now the mobile is in warrenty... But my mobile is not working now.. Then i have visited to nokia service not taken this mobile saying without multimedia phone no warranty availve it will suggest then how to warranty showing in the snap deal site on. Plz help me... I don't know how to talk to customer care even i try using their customer care number. No option to talk to executive. Have problem with my order and i cannot contact through my registered mobile number [protected]. It's a prepaid order and i cannot track the order worth rs7000. I am being cheated. Need a call from snapdeal before i go to consumer court...

Sir i baught shoes from snapdeal. Shoes comes in little big size and low quality so i have refund it. I ordered puma shoes from snapdeal. But when i received the product, it was totally fake first copy of puma shoes. And as return window closed they are not accepting the return. Snapdeal should be banned or atleast take care of there customers. I know snapdeal is not selling the product but they should be little flexible about the policy. They are demanding me the letter for fake shoes from puma to get return processed....

I had placed an order for a single seater and a 2 seater sofa.

The single seater was delivered on 26th July’18 and the status for the 2 seater reflected as will be delivered on 27th July’18. The 2 seater was not delivered and the status suggested deliver will be done between 27th – 30th July’18.

I have purchased Reebok shoes from Snapdeal.com its order id : [protected].But these are look like local quality shoes without proper shape.
So I am trying to return them in snapdeal my orders page but it is displaying, Sorry this product cant be returned right now.I also trying through customer care but its its saying your product has been not delivered.

Its look like cheating customers with low quantity products....

I bought digi smart digi-32_smart 80 cm (32) full hd (Fhd) led television with 1+1 year extended warranty, after a few days speakers of tv were started distortion, i tried to reach on the phone number which comes when tv starts as customer care number but that was invalid, i wrote to snapdeal customer care they also gave contact detail from where no response received, now niether snapdeal nor there introduced manufacturer is helping with...

I have ordered 12 pcs soup bowls from snapdeal company. After 2 days i got my order with cod (Cash on delievery) but i got only 6 pcs in the packing. I have called on snapdeal complain no. Jiska payment cash on delivery ki suvidha na hone ke karan online payment debit card se kiya tha, uske baad mera order item kuch late huaa to mera delivery time extend kar diya gaya 30 june tak pahle ka time 26 june tha, phir 29 tarikh ko mene order track kiya or mujhe mail aaya ki, "your order item has been successfully delivered" mere pass...

I checked its sound quality after connecting with device. Its base and treble quality is so much bad that after half an hour. It caused headache. It's a fooling when i go to order something from snapdeal. I had ordered my ray ban shades from snapdeal and when i checked it the shades were first copy yes they were not original. I want my money back and i will file a complaint against you if not reverted to me on cell no. [protected] within 2 days. I would not recommend snapdeal to anyone as you guys don't care about customer satisfaction. Please take this above action very seriously....

Subject : fraud from online shopping

I odered "casio g-shock ga-110-g (G339)" whose listed price was of rs. 15, 555 and paid rs. 1, 474 as it was on discount. When i opened the package i found that the product was totally fake.
It was total disappointment when i received the package. Even on the site it was purely mentioned by the seller that the product was totally genuine and original....

I didn't receive my package, i didn't receive any call but order status is showing, it is delivered. Snapdeal service is pathetic, i ordered on 14 july till now i didn't get any package and status is showing delivered.
