I ordered "TWO" Samsung J 7 Earphones (2016) In Ear Wired Earphones with Mic.

On 1 August, I received my delivery and paid for it. When I opened it, "ONE" Samsung J 7 Earphone that was covered by J5 Galaxy Cover.
I informed my delivery man about it. I informed to snapdeal customer care. They told me about tracking the order. I didn't get any appropriate answer.

How did the new product packed in inappropriate model cover? They said that if I tampered it, they didn't accept this. How could I know without opening the cover.

I want another Earphone otherwise I want to get my money back or return this.

    I was not at home on the day when courier came for pickup then how come you cancel my return request .
    Courier boy told me Snapdeal cancelled my return request. I don't want to keep this product just take it back fraud Snapdeal .

      I have ordered for adidas casual ankel length, for snapdeal, i haven't got my order till date.

      Mean time, i got call from unknow person (Kundan, [protected]) who is calling from kolkata. He told that i am winner of company's mansoon lucky draw winner and i won tata safari or cash of rs 126000/- the charge of registration fees is rs 6500/- which i have to deposit in sbi account no (Mr sidharam kotli, [protected], ifcs codesbin0006755)

      I know its fake, but company should need to be careful beacaue, it is spoiling your godwill in the market.
      How people like this ara able to get our detais about order which is only available on your website?

        I have returned a product, for that i prepaid amount. Now, snapdeal is not giving my money back though i returned fake product, which is delivered in same condition. My friend is facing same problem. His money is also not refunded by snapdeal since 20 days. I think this snapdeal is a fraud company, should be shut down now. This deliver only fake products, take money from customers and don't give money back

              As per order no [protected] I ordered 2 watch but I recv only one watch, kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible otherwise give me my money back.
              I had ordered food for my dog almost worth of 10k rupees, without any attempt to deliver they said delivery attempt failed and asked me to give a landmark of address, where I gave the address of my own hospital and it itself is the landmark there as I live in a small town, should I cancel the order?

              I have ordered a tv in snapdeal .the name was written while ordering was full hd bigtron tv and now l got hd ready tv and l tried return but they are showing that l can't return the item there is no customer care executive for snapdeal .really difficult for replacement
              Its really frustrating I don't know How to talk to SnapDeal customer care. Even i am try calling to their customer care number but no option to talk to executive.

              Have problem with my order. Its been more than a week i have raised the return the product for below order. I have not received any call from your any of courier partner.

              And i got mail stating that i refused to returned the product but the thing is i didn't receive the call itself from anyone regarding this product.

              The service is very poor and not expected like this.

              I have ordered a timex watch from snapdeal and it's completely fake. I double checked with the timex showroom. As there is no way to contact snapdeal representative. I don't know what to do. Fraud website that sells fake products to their customers. Even you can't provide original product then don't list it. Not even replying to email and no customer care executive number..

              I haven't received my product yet..its showing that the product is delivered to me but i did not got the product...it is pre-paid..i paid the amount through net banking

              I ordered a dress which came late 4 days after the estimated date n I missed my function date.
              Tried to cancel but the site didn't allow me as it was already dispatched n had stuck in transit.
              As soon as I received it I cancelled the order the material was so cheap can't even imagine to wear that.
              1 day after cancellation the request was automatically closed without any information or even a message on my registered mobile number.
              I am trying to call and speak to the customer care but all is machine by executive to answer my call.
              This is pure fraud you guys were not like this before.

              I have ordered a electric rice cooker from snapdeal, damaged item was sent to me

              They asked me to send by courier which i did using my money and shared details

              After that they scheduled pickup, i sent many mails and didnt find any response

              Very poor and disappointing support, i strongly dont recommend to buy anything from snapdeal

                I recently purchased a Nike Pegasu shoe from snapdeal.com . The shoes arrived with no tags on the shoe, no model name or number, no MRP, no original box and the make is really cheap. Govt should take strict action on this website snapdeal.com.
                Sir if possible Please send the consignment in any colour other than black or blue...thanks

                  I ordered puma shoes from snapdeal. But when i received the product, it was totally fake first copy of puma shoes. And as return window closed they are not accepting the return. Snapdeal should be banned or atleast take care of there customers. I know snapdeal is not selling the product but they should be little flexible about the policy. They are demanding me the letter for fake shoes from puma to get return processed.

                    I had placed an order for a single seater and a 2 seater sofa.

                    The single seater was delivered on 26th July’18 and the status for the 2 seater reflected as will be delivered on 27th July’18. The 2 seater was not delivered and the status suggested deliver will be done between 27th – 30th July’18.

                    On 29th July’18 I received a message and an email stating my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated.

                    To begin with you should have checked with me if I want the order to be replaced or cancelled.

                    Fair enough you chose to cancel the order and initiated the refund. It’s rather obvious that I have no use of 1 single seater sofa, hence I raised a request to return the product. I received an email this morning stating return cannot be accepted.

                    I tried calling your customer care number multiple times since last evening in vain. There is no way to speak to someone.

                    This kind of service is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable.

                    I need you to make arrangements for the product to be returned and refund to be initiated.

                        I bought digi smart digi-32_smart 80 cm (32) full hd (Fhd) led television with 1+1 year extended warranty, after a few days speakers of tv were started distortion, i tried to reach on the phone number which comes when tv starts as customer care number but that was invalid, i wrote to snapdeal customer care they also gave contact detail from where no response received, now niether snapdeal nor there introduced manufacturer is helping with fixing the issue

                        I bought DIGI SMART DIGI-32_SMART 80 cm ( 32 ) Full HD (FHD) LED Television With 1+1 Year purchased on snapdeal.
                        Speakers of the TV is faulty, I tried to reach to manufacture thru the number given with TV as customer care but that is not correct, I tried to get it from Snapdeal but detail provided by them is not correct.

                        While sending e mail on snapdeal customer care but automatic response saying complain closed comes.

                        I tried to reach to them thru this platform but no response then one acknowledgement received

                        Need right contact detail who can resolve the issue

                          I have ordered 12 pcs soup bowls from snapdeal company. After 2 days i got my order with cod (Cash on delievery) but i got only 6 pcs in the packing. I have called on snapdeal complain no. ([protected], [protected]) but can't connect regardig my complain.in spite of these one another contact no. Connected on which snapdeal agent asking me all my atm & account details.
                          I have also sent many mails to the snapdeal but there is no solution of my problem neither product nor refund of amount.

Uske 3-4 baar or call aaya mujhe or har baar yahi bola gaya ki ham check karke batayenge. Uske baad call aane bhi band ho gaye. Sir me army me anantnag kashmir me posted hu, or company ki laparwahi ki wajah se aksar yaha delivery boy ham logo ke sath dhoka karte he.                                     I have ordered an skullcandy ink'd wireless bluetooth headset on 17 july 2018 order no [protected] which costs rs.2678. After successful delivery of the product. I checked its sound quality after connecting with device. Its base and treble quality is so much bad that after half an hour. It caused headache. After two or three times usage i still faced the same issue. Before placing the order there is no such option to check the sound quality online. So i decided to return back the item as it harms my health.
                                    So after successful return of item.
                                    Today i received call from snapdeal quality team and he told me that the product is good. There is no issue in that.
                                    Now tell me that you would tell the customer that which product suits best for him or her.
                                    As he was just imposing a product on me. He told me that i need to visit the skullcandy service centre for this concern. I told him that in my area there is no skullcandy service centre its quite 30 km away from my home.
                                    And he still told me that you will have to take this product. I am again dispatching this product from my end.

                                    Now you guys tell me that this is the best service you provide to the customers.
                                    I ordered so many things from snapdeal rather than other ecommerce portal. As it provided me the best logistics service as well as easy return policy if there is any discrepancy or quality is not appropriate. But i was really disappointed.
                                    I had never experienced such horrible thing from your end.

                                    I think you guys make fool of others by giving stupid excuses to the customers. Mistakenly, customer makes order from your platform and think that if it doesn't suits to him he can return his order within 7 days as Snapdeal provides to the customer. But he didn't know that policies are made for fooling the customer.
