I have recieved an empty package. Ordered a dog red collar belt. Order Id is:[protected].

Received cut pieces of paper seems someone has already stealed the product before delivering. I want my refund but i am not getting any response for the same. A delivery boy had picked my order for which i had applied but he says order cant be accepted and thus no refund is been done. Please help.

    I have ordered an skullcandy ink'd wireless bluetooth headset on 17 july 2018 order no [protected] which costs rs.2678. After successful delivery of the product. I checked its sound quality after connecting with device. Its base and treble quality is so much bad that after half an hour. It caused headache. After two or three times usage i still faced the same issue. Before placing the order there is no such option to check the sound quality online. So i decided to return back the item as it harms my health.
    So after successful return of item.
    Today i received call from snapdeal quality team and he told me that the product is good. There is no issue in that.
    Now tell me that you would tell the customer that which product suits best for him or her.
    As he was just imposing a product on me. He told me that i need to visit the skullcandy service centre for this concern. I told him that in my area there is no skullcandy service centre its quite 30 km away from my home.
    And he still told me that you will have to take this product. I am again dispatching this product from my end.

    Now you guys tell me that this is the best service you provide to the customers.
    I ordered so many things from snapdeal rather than other ecommerce portal. As it provided me the best logistics service as well as easy return policy if there is any discrepancy or quality is not appropriate. But i was really disappointed.
    I had never experienced such horrible thing from your end.

    So please look into this matter.

    May i know what are some transactions on the behalf of which it did not pass internal checks and you won't be able to refund my money.
    I think you guys make fool of others by giving stupid excuses to the customers. Mistakenly, customer makes order from your platform and think that if it doesn't suits to him he can return his order within 7 days as Snapdeal provides to the customer. But he didn't know that policies are made for fooling the customer.
    Not only fooling the customers but also cheats them.

    It's more than 4 days but I didn't get my product since you contacted me.

          It's a fooling when i go to order something from snapdeal. I had ordered my ray ban shades from snapdeal and when i checked it the shades were first copy yes they were not original. I want my money back and i will file a complaint against you if not reverted to me on cell no. [protected] within 2 days. I would not recommend snapdeal to anyone as you guys don't care about customer satisfaction. Please take this above action very seriously. Highly disappointed from snapdeal.

So i returned it and requested for a refund. 5 days after returning the watch, in app it was showing that they have refunded successfully, now it's already three days, i haven't recieved my refund yet.               Subject : fraud from online shopping

              I odered "casio g-shock ga-110-g (G339)" whose listed price was of rs. 15, 555 and paid rs. 1, 474 as it was on discount. When i opened the package i found that the product was totally fake.
              It was total disappointment when i received the package. Even on the site it was purely mentioned by the seller that the product was totally genuine and original. Please take same action regarding this serious issue.

                  I would like to raise a complain regarding leaking out my database to a fraud company.
                  I have ordered some products two days back from your website. And today morning i have received a call and message saying that:- you are selected as a winner for ordering in snapdeal and need to pay an amount for claiming your prize. I wont have an issue if they have only my number with them. But they also have my residence address.

                  This is really a matter of concern that they are calling and it feels so real that they are calling from snapdeal.

                  Look into the matter seriously and reply me what actions have you taken. Or else i need to raise this issue in consumer forum because disclosing my address to external company who can easily cheat customer and can do anything with our database.

                    I have made a purchase of 3000ml or loreal professional shampoo from snapdeal they have sent me only 750ml (Ie 25%) of the ordered quantity but it was cod paid 579 rs (Invoice for rs 605 after discount coupon code it was 579), so i made full payment to the concerned person and took delivery and opened it and checked it and was shocked to see it was only 25% of what i have ordered for. I have sent an email to them on the same day night i received the product (14th july 2018). I have requested them to give me assurance by email that i they will resend the quantity ordered only then i will return the product they are saying i should return the product then they will check and if possible they will check with the supplier and then get back to me. My question to them was when i placed the order that time the product was available but on delivery they cheat us by sending only 750ml instead of 3000 ml. I want them to send me the quantity i have ordered for and what i have paid for... And also compensation for the time i have wasted by contacting them on [protected] which is utter time waste and does not get us connected to them... The emails i have sent them over the last one week for which they are not giving an appropriate reply and just asking me to return the product without assuring me that they will send the product what i have ordered for...

                      I have purchased a brand new gopro hero 6 on snapdeal on 18th july and i got the product on 23rd july. From the inspection the box sticker was tampered and the product inside was a used product with a bulged damaged battery. So we requested return and refund on the same day but there is no response from the snapdeal till date, i have also sent a complaint mail but no response from them. They dont even have a customer service as our calls are not reaching to any human being all the queries are attended by the automated answering system.

                        I received a fake/duplicate item. The smell of the shampoo which i received was awful. I regularly use loreal and i know the difference.

                        And i requested for a return and refund.

                        But the return request was closed mentioning that there was no complete address. While snapdeal can deliver the product to the same address with the same details, why can't snapdeal pick up a return from the same address?

                        I do regular online shopping in other sites. Never received fakes. Atleast why can't they take the return and refund the money?

                            On the app it's mentioned mrp-2999rs & after giving me ur huge discount on the product which i need to pay is 1327 above that additional charges for delivery @49rs after all on the label of the packet is just only mrp-580rs. Is this the way you deal with customers??? Do check the attached screenshots. The worst thing no way to contact the customer care on the number while calling only the system is active no customer care speed dial and no customer care executives option. Afer many mails no action has been taken till today nor any executives called me regarding this issue. I need a speedy response on this.

                              Purchased a roller stamp by viewing in my facebook-site and also rs.340/- paid for that but there is no status known to me

                              Order placed on 9/7/18
                              But so far there is no status known to me

                              Rs340/- also debited from my bank account
                              This type of fraud deal should not be expected from snapdeal
                              I can't view that status also
                              Whether it is failed to purchase the amount should have credited in my account
                              What happened i can't understand

                                I filed the return request for my order ID: from my registered number [protected] . Nobody came to pick up my order on the scheduled date and now they have closed the return request . There was no option of rescheduling also. I need to get my refund as soon as possible . Help !

                                The courier service has been lying that I want to keep the items but nobody contacted me . I am still unable to return the items No serious actions taken by Snapdeal . Highly disappointing. Extreme exploitation of the customers.

                                  I had orderd a combo of four asain multi colour casual shoes from snapdeal but only three is delivered either i want the money back or the fourth shoe. The order was placed on 18th july 2018 from gangtok sikkim 737101 it was delivered today that is on 25th july 2018. It is eo unusual because i hav been ordering products from this website since long time but this never happened. This time i don't know what happened but i want to report against it. I have paid the whole amount the payment was cash on delivery. I couldn't check it while receiving because i was in a bit hurry but when i did it at home i was given 1 item less than what i had ordered. It really disappointed me. I had full faith on this website that it would not make any mistake but it did and i cant stay quiet and i will not order any product from this website if they did this mistake nd will not repent it. I cant afford to have this kind of default in the future. And now i cannot fully trust on this. Neither this website nor other. I would be obliged if you would do the needfull thank you.

                                    Fraud snapdeal text me on 23 july about winning tata safari.. Took 41000 from me on account of registration fees n gst amount but now they stop picking up the call... Not transferring prize money as well as not refunding my money... Not answering the calls... If somehow they picked... They speaks very rudely... Use harsh words... Kindly help in refunding my amount... Otherwise i decided to file case against them

                                      We have received today phone call on above subject where in we were first sent sms "congratulations you are winners"WWW.snapdeal.com" company. Tv show snapdeal you win first price tata safari and anount price to registeration of service charges rs 6500/- only details contact me [protected]. First i received call from another number [protected] and he said his name is anil shrma later on received number for [protected] name kamlesh prajapati. They are fraud which we understand but when we called customer care number [protected] that customer care also told we won. They have details of my address what i have purchased. Is it not responsibility of snap deal to file a complaint if this is fraud we did not fall for it but other have. Just by company stating to stay away from it is not a solution. We have read various complaints what is action taken by snap deal.

                                      We have provided all the details now it is duty of snapdeal to catch the frauds. We want snapdeal to file a complaint and catch these people. Also send us copy of the fir at [protected]@yahoo.com
