I have made a purchase of 3000ml or loreal professional shampoo from snapdeal they have sent me only 750ml (Ie 25%) of the ordered quantity but it was cod paid 579 rs (Invoice for rs 605 after discount coupon code it was 579), so i made full payment to the concerned person and took delivery and opened it and checked it and was shocked to see it was only 25% of what i have ordered for. I have purchased a brand new gopro hero 6 on snapdeal on 18th july and i got the product on 23rd july. From the inspection the box sticker was tampered and the product inside was a used product with a bulged damaged battery. So we requested return and refund on the same day but there is no response from the snapdeal till date, i have also sent a complaint mail but no response from them. They dont even have a customer service as our calls...

I received a fake/duplicate item. The smell of the shampoo which i received was awful. I regularly use loreal and i know the difference.

And i requested for a return and refund.

But the return request was closed mentioning that there was no complete address. While snapdeal can deliver the product to the same address with the same details, why can't snapdeal pick up a return from the same address?

I refunded my order to snapdeal they are saying that refund for your money will be credited to your bank account but in snapdeal there is no such thing provided for adding accont details what the hell is this?
Where i have to add my bank details for my refund?
And main thing is there is no custome care support.
How we can talk to them about our compalint.

On the app it's mentioned mrp-2999rs & after giving me ur huge discount on the product which i need to pay is 1327 above that additional charges for delivery @49rs after all on the label of the packet is just only mrp-580rs. I have ordered a product on snap deal on 10 july 2018. The delivery date is 23 july 2018 but on 18 july 2018 they automatically cancelled my order. And they also not refunding my money as i already payed the amount by using my debit card.

I ordered matrix product 1 shampoo 1 spa cream and 1 serum but their caps were open and one is broken and they are duplicate and these are full or essence.
I use matrix product but the smell of the matrix product is different. They are all duplicate and the serum is just like sticky gel.
