I bought 6 bottle of davidoff cool water as i saw a very good price.
1. I checked the bottle and realised it was fake and counterfeit... I been using joop for more than 20 years.
2. Now i am asking for return and refund and they flatly refuse it in the name of policy.
3. Instead of being apologetic and considering suing the vendor who is selling fake perfumes on their site, they even refuse to collect the bottle i haven't...

Snapdeal is a cheating online company. People should be careful in paying the amount in advance. They do not have a customer representative number, where in customers can contact. We have to send a message through the mail and they will contact on their wimps and fancy. I had ordered the software and they send me duplicate numbers and the supplier is not ready to rectify. He says you go to the feedback and say that we r a good company and...

I had ordered for car bluetooth on 16th july and got delivered on 21 july 2018. When i received the delivery and opened, it was empty box with no product inside.

Complaint 2: i got a fake/fraudulent message and call from snap deal (Contact no : [protected] saying i am lucky winner to get tata indigo car and they want me to transfer inr 8500 to collect the car for registration purposes....

I bought digi smart digi-32_smart 80 cm (32) full hd (Fhd) led television with 1+1 year extended warranty, after a few days speakers of tv were started distortion, i tried to reach on the phone number which comes when tv starts as customer care number but that was invalid, i wrote to snapdeal customer care they also gave contact detail from where no response received, now niether snapdeal nor there introduced manufacturer is helping with...

I have paid for original adidas shoes. What snapdeal has sent me is 100%fake product. Product with fake sole and fake washout paints. Is given to me. You can see it's sole which is fake local shoe sole. Kindly replace take back this fake trash from my home.. If you can then send me original adidas shoes.. Or refund my amount because this experience has lead me to loose faith in snapdeal. Bad show.....
