I have ordered a product on snap deal on 10 july 2018. The delivery date is 23 july 2018 but on 18 july 2018 they automatically cancelled my order. And they also not refunding my money as i already payed the amount by using my debit card.
Due to their worst service i am uninstalling snap deal app...

I have complained about it on the site but the one and only email i have received was "we are looking into the matter" which too wasweeks ago no update no response after that one email.       I received a message from snapdeal on 23.7.18 of winning tata safari on my shopping...
      Then i received a call n they confirm me about the same... Then they asked for 6400 as registration amount... I called on their customer number n they also confirmed me for the same prize but they asked for 13000 as registration fees... I submitted 13000 in one of their managers account 13000 on 24.7.18 at 12: 42... Then i received a msg around 3: 15 that i need to pay get of rs 28000 to receive my cash prize i again paid in thwir gst account after that i received a msg of paying[protected] as refundable security... Then i called their customer care number n denied to pay the next and asked rhem to refund my paid money but they r not answering... I want my refund back as per their policy...

            With reference to above order id, i have received the casio edifice watch without any casio product code/hologram, clearly shows that it is a fake product, i did not expect same from a good online store like snap deal, i already waited almost 1 week for delivery of this watch to wear in a family function, extremely disappointed same as i received copy of same without any warrenty.. I tried to return same but return request closed by snapdeal withiut any intimation to me.. Now no information from there side. I need refund of same..

                  I ordered matrix product 1 shampoo 1 spa cream and 1 serum but their caps were open and one is broken and they are duplicate and these are full or essence.
                  I use matrix product but the smell of the matrix product is different. They are all duplicate and the serum is just like sticky gel.

                    I bought 6 bottle of davidoff cool water as i saw a very good price.
                    1. I checked the bottle and realised it was fake and counterfeit... I been using joop for more than 20 years.
                    2. Now i am asking for return and refund and they flatly refuse it in the name of policy.
                    3. Instead of being apologetic and considering suing the vendor who is selling fake perfumes on their site, they even refuse to collect the bottle i haven't used or opened.
                    4 can snapdeal do what they want and not be held accountable.

                    Appreciate a prompt action in this regard as i see a lot of people being duped on snapdeal

                      Snapdeal is a cheating online company. People should be careful in paying the amount in advance. They do not have a customer representative number, where in customers can contact. We have to send a message through the mail and they will contact on their wimps and fancy. I had ordered the software and they send me duplicate numbers and the supplier is not ready to rectify. He says you go to the feedback and say that we r a good company and then we will send u the product key. Other order they have send me a mail only asking to send the order number and will give the product key and nothing has come to me yet. When i send the complaint through facebook something contacted me and said we will try to solve it but i cannot confirm it. My money is lost and i will ask others not to use snapdeal as they have no authority on their suppliers.

                              I bought digi smart digi-32_smart 80 cm (32) full hd (Fhd) led television with 1+1 year extended warranty, after a few days speakers of tv were started distortion, i tried to reach on the phone number which comes when tv starts as customer care number but that was invalid, i wrote to snapdeal customer care they also gave contact detail from where no response received, now niether snapdeal nor there introduced manufacturer is helping with fixing the issue

                                    My refund is registered with incomplete bank details. So i want to registered my refund, with complete details of my bank a/c. So kindly give me refund option again to register it with complete details. I want to refund becoz the product that snapdeal delivered to me is such an 3rd clss product...i ordered a casio g- shock watch...but didn't get the orginal product...i am an old customer of snapdeal..but with this product i lost my faith on u...i am really unhappy with your duplicate 3rd class product

                                      I ordered RayBan sunglasses but I got defective item and I returned product but they send me the same product again
                                      Said quality check is failed. How it is possible the item right glass is completely tempered AMD has a big scratch on lower side even a blind can see it. What is ur quality check criteria.?
                                      Plz return my money as soon as possible. It's a request. Otherwise I will be complellef to see u in consumer court

                                      I ordered RayBan sunglasses but I got defective item I returned it but they again send me the same product again .now I want my money back as soon as possible.the right glass is defective and surely it is duplicate. Sir plz consider my complaint as soon as possible and help met get my hardly earn money back

                                        I ordered a Hair Dryer from SNAPDEAL for my mom and send it to PINCODE 173220 (Parwanoo) paying an additional fees of Rs. 49 to Snapdeal on 17july18.
                                        Today receive a Message from Blue dart that they do not deliver in that area which was hilarious and outrageous later as I couldn't get through the Blue Dart number provided.
                                        This is not accepted as it was a gift to my 65 year old mother but now she has to go and collect it cause they didn't even bother to call for this inconvenience.

                                        My woe here is, that, why would Snapdeal show that yes they deliver to pinched 173220 but Blue Dart says they can't deliver.
                                        I m sitting in Mumbai and i'm so sad that my mother in Himachal Has to go and search and collect her gift who ch should have been the responsibility of Snapdeal.com.
                                        Moreover they send me a message, today, quoting, YOUR ORDER IS UNDELIVERED . DID you know every order refusal at the time of delivery affects your Customer score ." This is ###.
                                        My customer score is another thing Snapdeal's score is going down indeed.
                                        This was unacceptable as it was gift for my mother old mother who would have to now search for it.
                                        Dear Snapdeal you can't charge delivery charges and then not deliver it. I haven't received a single call from anyone but these stupid messages warning me about my scores.
                                        Screw your services cause you are liar and due to your inefficiency 'Snapdeal', my mother would be troubled.
