I ordered a Hair Dryer from SNAPDEAL for my mom and send it to PINCODE 173220 (Parwanoo) paying an additional fees of Rs. 49 to Snapdeal on 17july18.
Today receive a Message from Blue dart that they do not deliver in that area which was hilarious and outrageous later as I couldn't get through the Blue Dart number provided.
This is not accepted as it was a gift to my 65 year old mother but now she has to go and collect it cause they didn't even bother to call for this inconvenience.
My woe here is, that, why would Snapdeal show that yes they deliver to pinched 173220 but Blue Dart says they can't deliver.
I m sitting in Mumbai and i'm so sad that my mother in Himachal Has to go and search and collect her gift who ch should have been the responsibility of Snapdeal.com.
Moreover they send me a message, today, quoting, YOUR ORDER IS UNDELIVERED . DID you know every order refusal at the time of delivery affects your Customer score ." This is ###.
My customer score is another thing Snapdeal's score is going down indeed.
This was unacceptable as it was gift for my mother old mother who would have to now search for it.
Dear Snapdeal you can't charge delivery charges and then not deliver it. I haven't received a single call from anyone but these stupid messages warning me about my scores.
Screw your services cause you are liar and due to your inefficiency 'Snapdeal', my mother would be troubled.
