      Someone marked it as resolved but it is not...So I am complaining again.

      I have ordered "sennheiser cx275s in ear wired earphones with mic" on 12 apr, 2018 and it was delivered to me on 16 apr, 2018 order id is order id: [protected] but when i unbox the product i saw the inner packing was damaged and quite old box was send also i havent received the earphone inside that package.

      Regarding the same i have registered a complaint in snapdeal (Reference no:[protected] in which i have stated the issue i faced.
      The resolution that was taken by snapdeal was, they send 2 people to inspect about this issue and they asked me several questions and took pictures of the parcel as well and then next day i received an email from snapdeal that m return request was rejected.

      I send them a reply on the same email to ask the reason for rejecting my request but still i didn't received any reply yet.

      Please look into this issue and resolve it asap.

          I have purchased XIAOMI note 4 from snapdeal app & when i received the handset in nagpur, there was an issue with network problem. We have asked for replacement but the customer care told us to get it repair from XIAOMI authorise service centre in nagpur. When we gave the handset to customer service, they directly told it is out of warranty & handset is not an MI fone its a copy of same.

              Few days ago i ordered a slipper on snapdeal. Today i got a call from a fraud person saying that i have won a lucky draw i.e tata safari car. He has all my personal information what i filled in snapdeal durin my order like my phine number and even my home adress. My privace is not secure what is snapdeal doing. I want my private info to be secured but its being leaked. If not taken any serious action i would have to ho to the court with this case. Please look after it.

              I know its not from your website but my complaint is why and how is my private info which i gave you for shipping purpose is being leaked to all the fraud people?. Why is there no security on my shipping info?. You are responsible for it. Please look after this issue. It was my mistake to place order on snapdeal where theres no security of my personal shipping information. Never ever will use snapdeal again.

                The product you give is not working I have asked for return but u r not replying u r services are telling product not delivered refund my money for 4000 Rs cash.there is very very problem from u r company. These happened to me 2nd time this time I will not leave u. The consequences will not be good. And the amount u r charged also to high. Real very bad experience.                     Faulty product received - order id: [protected] I received a faulty water purifier from snapdeal. The installation person told me to return it. I had to give the installation person Rs.700 for installation and uninstallation. I returned the product. I contacted snapdeal for the refund of the installation and uninstallation amount. No one replying. The company is a fraud. I lost my money for the defective product. First of all it is the responsibility of the company to provide product in working condition. The customer executives are ridiculous. I hope this forum helps in recovering my money. I have contacted snapdeal multiple times but for no avail. They are cheaters. Please help me in the refund of my money.

                      Sir, I have ordered a Logitech X100 Bluetooth speaker from this fraudulent website (unknowingly) on 5th July 2018 at Rs. 1873 /- and delivered toe on 10th of July. But the product I got was not genuine and the accessory data cable provided to me was also duplicate... Serial number of the product is different from the srl no witten on the box. Then I opted for the replacement for the same . They fixed a delivery guy from Ecom Express which picked it up from me on 14th July 2018. An airway bill has been provided as a receipt.(Awb no[protected] . I have checked the recent update of my product on their website. It is 4 th day ...the product is still showing not been picked up at all on Snapdeal website. Then wrote to them about my concern but no step taken ahead. They have no customer care executive literally ...they set up a robot on their customer care help line. So, no chance of talking with them directly . So I sent several emails to them to resolve this issue but in vain... No step taken yet. I am in deep uncertainty whether my product been manipulated to anywhere else.

                      I have also tried to contact Ecom Express at their website but there was no helpline number and I mailed them. No reply or sign of resolution.
                      Recently their website showing me out for delivery since 2 days. I am still anxious about the final outcome.

                      A big mistake of ordering on Snapdeal.
                      They have already lost Indian market...No one should buy anything from the cheater website. Totally fraud.

That the MRP of the said phone is 6499 I.e dealership price &it's on line price is 5999 but you have charged Rs.7999 from me and the MRP on the pack was RS. 6499 kindly return me the balance amt.                                   I order nike slippers from snapdeal but because of size i replaced it and snap deal also pick this order but 7 days after have not any information . I think snapdeal is really fake and fraud company. Company not resove my problem customer support are not here only robots not any executive to talk with us and reslove problem . I advise do not shop with us

                                    The shoe was delivered on 29th June 18. On the same day i raised a doubt/complaint seeking clarification & attaching photos . I was informed the shoes are genuine brand .Considering the reputation of Brand & having bought thro leading E commerce company started using the shoes .Within 10 days o[censored]sage find the sole opening up one side (photos attached)

                                    Snapdeal has refused to entertain claim since it is beyond 7 days .

                                    Wonder what sought of trust to place on such leading International brands, if the product life is only couple of weeks

                                      I received a call from [protected] on 16th july 2018. The person said that he is calling from snapdeal and that i won a car woth rupees 12 lakhs on a lucky draw and if i want to get it then i need to deposit some amount at their bank account. When i said that i don't need it, the person started abusing with filthy languages.
                                      I have been doing online shopping from amazon, flipcart, shopclues etc. But these type of issues didnt arise. I just want to make a complaint that why snapdeal shares the customer details with the frauds. If these issues persists then I will never do shopping from snapdeal.

                                        I got a message from MD-SNPDEL that u had won a TATA MEXON car worth RS.620000 and u have to depositRs.8500 as registration fee validity till 16 July, and now they called me at 11:31am asked me about this and said me to deposit this fees, now I checked on ur website regarding this offer, but there was no such offer, but they had created a website, if we put only Snapdeal winners then a website opens and shows the details of the above calling no. was[protected]
