Ordered one track on wed, 13 jun, 2018 which was delivered to me on 19th jun, 2018 but i got damaged piece.
Hence requested to refund/replace. Each day i am just getting sms/email from snapdeal stating that we are working upon it and no one is ready to talk. Customer care response is madam we are working on it.. Thats it.

Now on 2 july when delivery boy came to my house for giving me order he is asking for money..!! Can u tell me y u r asking for money that i have paid u r doing fraud with me ill compalin to police for this fraud u have done with me

      I bought casio gshock339 from snapdeal. They didn't provided warranty card neither manual nor were there any bar codes on watch which are always attached with the product. It is written clearly on snapdeal website that product had 2 year warranty, so how can i claim warrantyi couldn't contact customer care agent directly as i think snapdeal doesn't have any. They just ask consumers to write it down in"help centre" attached to account. I went to service centre of casio in my city he said the product must be fake. Now what should i do, whether snapdeal will provide me with warranty card or i should file a case against snapdeal in consumer court for fraudulent.

        Dear sir,
        Snapdeal is worst company, i seen in my life, i order track pant with my m size & it's so short for me. Then i sent mail for replacement for l size. & now they now once again sending me m size pant, with replacement of m size. I also talk with customer executive madam of snapdeal they also confirm me i get l size pant writing to snapdeal mail they confirm i get only m size pant. So snapdeal is so worst service provider in india. Amazon is best service provider. My order :[protected] & i am also adding screen short of my order.

          Product cost is rs.334. He told me rs.340. I gv him rs.500 he gv me back rs.150 instead of rs.160 n sd no change i was little hesistant to search fr change n said ok. But wen i saw d msg frm snapdeal den only i remeberd d cost irs.334 he has rounded off d amount n sd rs.340
          . Dis is realy disgusting n frustrating he has taken rs.16 extra frm me.
          Also i was sleeping wen he banged d bell n wen i opened d door he was screaming how long he had to wait. I wokeup immedoatly aftr his bell went m opened d door.
          He was such a restless unmannered n stealing person.
          I repent y i hv ordered in snapdeal. Pls select gud mannered true delivery boys.

                Sir/Madam, i have ordered 'Microsoft Office 365' from Snapdeal on 24th of June 2018. My order id is [protected] but unfortunately i did not get my product and in the status of Snapdeal it is showing that they have delivered my product on 25th of June 2018. I have complained many of times regarding this concern. They do not even contacted me after my n number of complaints. I have suffered alot with this issue. I want my product or refund as soon as possible. I urge you to please intervene in this issue and please sort it out. Being a proud citizen of India i am thankful for your attention on my concern.                   My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected] from which i ordered on 30th may on snapdeal a combo pack of 1 bottle loreal shampoo and 2 bottles of conditioners (Order id: [protected]) but on 3rd june i received 1 bottle of shampoo and only 1 bottle of conditioner and the products seemed to be used with dirty bottles, immdiately i created a return requestd and during the quality check i was accused that the product is missing, they finally brought back the damaged products and didnt refunded the amount and no action was taken on the poor quality of product. I guess its the companies duty to cross check the delivered quantity and the quality. There is no contact number of the company nor they replied me on chat.

                    I received a faulty water purifier from snapdeal 5 days back. The installation person told me to return it. I contacted snapdeal but It has been more than three days I have requested for return. Their customer service is not reachable at all. They just reply that your issue will be solved. No one replying.

                    The company is a fraud. I lost my money I think. The customer executives are ridiculous. I hope this forum helps in recovering my money

                    I have returned the product already. Your team is not working at all. I can't even contact customer care. I have sent the courier my self. I want installation & uninstallation charges as well as courier charges back as it is the fault of the snapdeal. Snapdeal sent me faulty product. Unable to reach customer care. No one is calling me from your side.

Previously refund is initiated but after that i got message fron snapdeal that my bank details are incorrect.                               I order the product named maybelline colossal & super black+loreal magique bold & supreme black+lakme eyeconic kajal 5kajals pack.. When i used them they are all smudging and are of very poor quality. After applying kajal hardly remain in eyes for 1hr without smudging n makes eyes tears.. On the name of brands sending fake products at low cost this is unaffair

                                    I had a message that i had won a tata safari car from snapdeal. It was also written that you have to submit 8499rs as registration fees. The call from the number was [protected]. Even i had deposited the registration fees. Then i called on that number again then he said to deposite 25000rs as gst tax. If i had also deposited that gst. Then he would also ask me for more money in form of some other taxes. I refused him to give gst money. Sir please get me my money refunded. This issue was done with me on 27/6/2018. I also had his audio recordings. Sir please get me my money back please. Sir i belong to a middle class family and 9000rs is a very large amount for me. I think that some person of snapdeal company are with those frauds. Because he very well knew my order date, detail, amount, date my address everything which only the company knows. So it's my request that you please take action about that frauds. That in future they never theft some other innocent customers. Sir please give me my money refunded please sir please

                                      I ordered letv le max 2. Mobile from snapdeal.com they send mee dead phone worst experience ever i am trying to in touch many times with snapdeal's customer care number [protected] but they did not receive my call.. Now i have only one option left i am going court and case against the snapdeal campany.

                                        I received a call and a msg from"md - snapdeal" asking me to transfer 8500 rs before 11:30am today and the gift i have won in snapdeal lucky draw is a maruti 800 car which they will send to me via transport company and the car will reach by tomorrow to me i need to show them my pan card, adhaar card and 6 passport size picture and car will be handed over to me.

                                        Is this fake or correct. Should i make the transaction.
