I have sent numerous mails about returning my order... No response from snapdeal... Pathetic customer care... No executive to talk... And still my product isn't returnd or even the request is not proceeded, i have sent 7 mails to snapdeal about returning my order, and i got no reply from them, customer care number is # i can't talk to anyone on snapdeal... They are selling fake nike products and not returning it. I need a reply...

I got call from snapdeal call center from jharkhand stating that i have won 1st prize (Tata safari car). All my details like name, phone no., product i purchased from snapdeal app were told to me by a call center staff named ravi varma from jharkhand. Admission fees of rs. 8500/ was debited into sbi a/c no. [protected] in the name of amit kumar. Further i got a call from the call center that a cheque of rs 12, 80, 000/- is being presented...

The product which i received first time was damaged, so i placed replacement request. But again the products which they delivered are damaged and now i am not even getting the option to replace or return product.

Can i get helped for the same....

I purchased some items as a prepaid orders.
I found the product were not fit to me in size and very discomfortable and the quality was also not as shown on the site and reflected through images of those product.

I placed return request on the same day and within 6 days of delivery date as per snapdeal policy.

Now they are denying to refund my money and not taking their pathetic low...

I had ordered a product on snapdeal on 8 june 2018. I got a sms that the product will be delivered early on 11 june 2018 that the product has arrived soon and will be delivered today. The courier person called me in the evening and asked for landmark his number is [protected], i gave him a detailed instruction he said he recognizes the apartment and he will deliver it the next day. Since then i only keep getting sms till today...
