I purchased bicycle before 2month . But its damaged back seat . i tired lot calling u . but not any single reply from u r side. this is worst service by snapdeal i ever seen in my life. I have very bad impression on you. I will not suggest to anybody to buy any product from snapdeal

    Today i received a call from [protected], and told that i won the first prize in top 1000 lucky draw organised by snapdeal and i will get tata safari or fifteen lac rupees as i recommend. They also asked for my id but i didn't provide them any info, and they also gave me their contact number [protected] for further inquiry.
    Please take action against these type of calls.

      Respected sir/madam,
      I ordered 2 products from snapdeal (Product id - [protected]) on 13 june 2018, i paid rs 3795 but because of the technical default or error the pin code was mentioned wrong, when i tried to call them there is no one to help, they don\'t even reply to my emails. A few days back i got a call from one of there delivery boy that my pin code was mentioned wrong, i was shocked and told him that it may be a mistake because both the pin codes are within 8 km of distance (110076 - wrong, 110074 - right), after having a 5 minute conversation he promised me that he will deliver it with the correction on time but until now, no one is helping me out. Please help me, these guys are scamming people, a lot of people. I didn't get anything.

      A representative from Snapdeal called me (+[protected] asking for my card details and OTP for processing the return at the same time, It's so stupid of him that he thinks he can scam the customers.
      He told me his name - Rahul Kumar Sharma.
      Guys Snapdeal is scamming their customers, Please don't order anything from them...Never.

        Incomplete product received. There are only 6 pieces. 4 kajals and 2 baby lips only.

        I have paid complete money as cash on delivery after receiving the product. But i have not received the complete and genuine product as it was shown on the site. There is no customer care number where i can directly talk to any concerned person.

        "loreal" kajal pencil pack contains the "ads" kajal pencil.

        "lakme" kajal is "duplicate" with "no name printed on the pencil".

        The supplier has torn the invoice number also. So i am unable to return the product as they ask for last 3 digits of invoice number.

          Dear sir,
          This order was delivered to me after 1 week cod. This product was sub standard, this racket was broken in a week. Complain was lodged to snapdeal.
          Instead of fixing the problem, snapdeal opted short cut and denied after two months, that this product was not delivered by snapdeal.
          This is matter of shame to snapdeal.

          It seems snapdeal lost values and ethics.

            Invoice No. S0400A/1000043 Invoice Date - 08 Sep 2017 Order Date - 06 Sep 2017 I have order this model Dell Inspiration 5567 Notebook (7th Gen Intel Core I7-16 GB). When we received this laptop after that we came to know that this laptop CD Drive is not working (Not Open) & we did the complaint at that time to Snapdeal. Then they informed us to take this laptop to the nearest Dell Care center. But the local dealer didn't gave the service.
            Recent problems - O S problem, Power problem, while using laptop it gets automatically restart. Please solve the problem at the earliest.

              I have ordered 3 step ladder on 26th may 2018, have received the delivery on 5 june but the product was with 2 step ladder.
              I had placed request for replacement of the product, have received the replacement today after 15 days but still the same 2 step ladder delivered to me.
              No person is available to answer calls. Im fed up by paying advance money to this worst company.
              This is a really bad experience forever by using this non sense online shopping portal.
              Request to refund my money also requesting for compensation as im constantly follow up with snapdeal but they are not giving any proper response.
              Multiple time had sent mail but no revert received. Waste of money & time.
              Im looking for complete refund & compensation.

                  I had register a complaint against snapdeal but their is no use of complaining here.. All are same here,
                  Did you get any solution for the complain that i have registered??? I want the result at any cost.. I want my money back from this bloody # snapdeal.. All are donkeys seriously those are running that bloody cheap company..
                  Dress purchased from one seller and returned the same way, then how can u say that u got only one dress??? Call me as soon as possible..

                      I got call from snapdeal call center from jharkhand stating that i have won 1st prize (Tata safari car). All my details like name, phone no., product i purchased from snapdeal app were told to me by a call center staff named ravi varma from jharkhand. Admission fees of rs. 8500/ was debited into sbi a/c no. [protected] in the name of amit kumar. Further i got a call from the call center that a cheque of rs 12, 80, 000/- is being presented to the bank to be deposited into my a/c. After a while, i got a call from a person stating to be the manager of the bank in which the above said cheque is been presented. He told that due to security reasons i have to deposit 2% of the winning amount into a bank a/c which will be provided by the bank manager soon. The manager stated that after depositing the 2% into the said a/c a rbi verification code will be provided which has to be given to the manager for depositing the cheque into my a/c..

                                I ordered for a Nike air max shoes on snapdeal. they had mentioned that it is 100% genuine product but i got a fake product from them.im so disappointed with the service.once i received the product i requested for refund and return for the product.my refund request was also got confirmed but till now they have not pick up the product and not receiving proper response from the snapdeal(customer care).if i dont get get any reply from them i will go for consumer court and file a complaint against snapdeal for their poor service.

                                  What is this scam, you unprofessional brats!! When i ordered a set of nyn brand lipsticks you have delivered me n&n brand which i don't think even pigs use. Maybe the trees at snapdeal grows money but not trees in my garden. So please stop this cheating business and learn some genuine business tacts. Also i'm not very sure the personal information we provide is kept secret. It is pretty much transparent to fraudulents once again. Yeah! Frauds just like you snapdeal.. The other day we received a call from unknown number stating they are calling from snapdeal and we have won lucky draw of 12 lakhs and yes we were a bit apprehensive about how we won that huge amount. They once again claimed their authenticity by telling the details we've submitted to snapdeal while ordering the products. The fraud call asked us to deposit 6000/- inorder to claim 12 lakhs we won. Luckily we didn't succumb to the trap. But how my snapdeal details have passed to third party is my major concern at the moment. And the customer service number... Why on earth are you guys putting up show on website by displaying wrong numbers? Hell with snapdeal. I'm going to file a complaint against this delivered fake products.

                                    Hi, i have purchased 2 "shreya creation anarkali in grey/purple".. The quality was very cheap that i hv immediately returned the product.. Courier person came and took both the dresses.. Dress price is 1534.. Now they have refunded amount of 1350rs for only grey suit.. Can you plz tell me what abt that purple dress?? Both the dresses i have given to the courier person.. Then why only i got a refund for grey suit?? I need a valid answer, i have mny question to ask but you cheaters nt answering the call.. I need my refund or else contact to that person who has come for pickup.. I curse your company everyday coz u cheated a genuine buyer.. Why dont u call on my number and discuss the issue?? I'll file a case against this cheap online website (Snapdeal).. You are just not torturing me, der are mny people like me who are requesting you but u dont bother.. God will ruin your business.. Mark my words.!

                                      Hi,

                                      I purchased some items as a prepaid orders.
                                      I found the product were not fit to me in size and very discomfortable and the quality was also not as shown on the site and reflected through images of those product.

                                      I placed return request on the same day and within 6 days of delivery date as per snapdeal policy.

                                      Now they are denying to refund my money and not taking their pathetic low quality products back from me.

                                      Today i received a call from snapdeal from some nikhil and anil and they are saying they will not take the products back and will not refund my money.

                                      They are breaching their policy on the basis of which they assure customers to buy products from them. Its a cheating and they have to take the items back and refund my money.

                                      Below is the mail which i have sent to fraud snapdeal at [protected]@snapdeal.com:

                                      Hi,

                                      Kindly arrange the reverse pick up of all requested items for which i have already placed a return request in time.

                                      Refund all my amount for the products i'm returning to snapdeal immediately.
