Hi,
I had ordered a product on snapdeal on 8 june 2018. I got a sms that the product will be delivered early on 11 june 2018 that the product has arrived soon and will be delivered today. The courier person called me in the evening and asked for landmark his number is [protected], i gave him a detailed instruction he said he recognizes the apartment and he will deliver it the next day. Since then i only keep getting sms till today that the product is undelivered.
My parents stay at home 24x7. I called customer care and raised complain, complain has been registered under logistic section, still i havent heard anything from their end yet. Everyday i keep getting sms that your product is undelivered. I havent heard from customer care nor from the logistics section of snapdeal. I have made a payment online of rs 605.
I just need my product delivered and dont need any coupons or vouchers. I would never use snapdeal for ordering again this was my huge mistake. I would always prefer amazon.

Snapdeal cancelled my order without my consent. I will never use snapdeal again. Horrible horrible experience. I got my money back enough of following up with you guys from my busy schedule. This really is a bad experience. As a snapdeal support you shouldnt be telling this stupid ridiculous things "it will be resolved earliest" "forwarded to logistic department" etc etc. I know i am not a great loyal customer nor a great customer losing me shouldnt have any impact on ur business. But honestly your company lacks commitment. I will always prefer companies like amazon when it comes to you. You seem to be a notoroius company to deal with. Thanks alot for r efunding my money and doing a favor on me.

      I placed an order and then returned it but your company has not refunded my money and it shows that order pickup was failed, and it has been 20 days . I tried to contact your customers care but they are not responding at all .if now your company don't refund my money then I will take a strict action for this all issue.

          Recently i ordered a nike slipper from snapdeal with order id: [protected], the product quanlity was that bad that it has got damaged in just 7 days. I believed that product is of nike brand and will long for atleast a year but it seems like snapdeal sells copied products and not the original one. I want to open my return request otherwise need to take strict decision.

              I have ordered three pair of shoes in snapdeal as i was not sure of the fit. I returned two pairs and kept one for myself. I placed the return request within 7days and it was picked up. Then after few days i get a call saying the returned products failed quality check and cannot process refund and they are sending the pckage back to me. I returned the shoes i received and they should have checked it at pick up place. Why should the customer suffer when the pick up ppl or some intermediary or snapdeal itself could be cheating. I was not given a chance to explain and they took decision on their own. I need my refund processed. Please help

                It is surprising and really very annoying that my details are not safe with snapdeal i am getting fake calls and messages from numbers who claim that they are from snapdeal and they had all my information about my orders and they are offering a tata indica to me as a lucky draw winner for which i was told to to deposit a certain amount this means my contact has also been leaked out from your office i shall take this matter up on all media & social sights
                And more so ever when i personally went to register a complaint at your gurgaon office i was not allowed access and the guard connected me on a call to some lady who was not at all concerned about the matter she said we are working on it shame on you snapdeal for sharing my personal information
                I shall surely take up this matter and will also register a complaint

                  श्रीमान मै प्रार्थी राज कुमार राय सेना में कार्यरत हूँ श्रीमान जी मैंने 25 मई को snapdeal से online एक bluetooth headphones खरीदा था जोकि 1जून को हमे प्राप्त हुआ था जिसे हम ने चेक किया तो पता चला कि वह सही नहीं है l जिस वजह से हम ने उसे उसी दिन refund मे डाल दिया और 2जून को delevryboy आ कर उसे ले भी गया अब आप लोग हमे मेल आता है कि आप का सामान quality चेक में सही नहीं है सर आप ने तो वो सामान हमे ही सही नहीं दिया था तो कैसे सही होगा l वह सही होता तो मै थोड़ी ना वापस करता l

                    From past 3 days i am waiting for my courier to be deliver and in status it is showing second delivery attempt failed but there is not even single delivery attempt made by your courier partner. When i called to courier person on the number provided by snapdeal, the person is making nonsense excuses. And telling that he is not the concerned person and simply disconnecting my call. I called more than 15 times.
                    One of the worst service i got from snapdeals courier partner this time.

                        Hi, i have ordered shreya's collection anarkali in grey/purple.. Both arrived together.. Quality was very poor i had to return it immediately, pickup person came k gave him the packages.. Now snapdeal says that they got only grey dress.. I have shown him both the dress nd returned the product.. Then what is the status of purple dress?? Why didn't u mention the color for the return pickup dress??? Check the attachment now and see the truth.. Till now their is no update about the returned product.. I'm tired of following up everyday..                           Snapdeal, i have used u globe power bank bank for hardly 5 days and now it is not working. While i connect power bank for charging, the light indicator gives upto 3 and half indication. Yet the powerbank is unable to charge my mobile. While charging power bank, we are able to on and off the power bank torch.
                          Power bank is not even making its torch on, when disconnected from charging point. Kindly resolve my problem.

                            I ordered a seiko snkn171 men watch on 1 june 2018.
                            From snapdeal.com worth rs 13893.

                            I got the delivery on 10 june 2018. The packaging was very poor..
                            After opening the package there was a fasttrack watch worth rs 850, with a manual stamped by seller r k sales & promotions, delhi.

                            There was also a tax invoice from the seller r k sales & promotions, delhi with the amount rs 14893.

                            I requested for a return and refund on 10th june 2018, ticket id: 47761227..
                            There is no update from snapdeal on that.

                            Looks like snapdeal does not value its customers.

                              I had ordered "nike air max 2017 white running shoes" (Order # [protected]) in white color but have received black color. The quality of the shoes was also very bad. It didn't seem to be as expected.

                              The same has been returned back but the refund hasn't been processed yet.

                              Kindly make speedy arrangements to process the refund as i've already returned the shoes.

                                Regarding order id: [protected], suborder id: [protected] in connection with the product purchased from snapdeal.

                                The product is jaguar classic black men perfume 100ml.

                                When i received the product on 8th june, i found that inside the box, the item is broken. The main perfume bottle is intact but the outer covering layer surrounding the bottle including the bottle-nozzle cap cover is completely broken. Seeing the way it is broken, anyone can conclude at first hand, it is not the original perfume bottle made in paris.

                                I raised a complain to snapdeal but they didn't contact me to discuss, rather directly initiated a process of return. They didn;t bother to know if i want to return (If at all possible as i purchased it for gift/presentation to my dear one).

                                  I bought a panasonic projector on snapdeal, everywhere it says projector with a 1920x1080 resolution which is hd, but when i received the order and checked the projector it has the highest resolution on 800x600 which is vga.
                                  Then i called panasonic service to configure the display in 1920x1080, but they said this model is not at all hd (1920x1080), the seller of this product is fooling customers with fake specifications.

                                  Now i don't have time to return the product & wait for a refund and buy a new one, also don't trust snapdeal anymore about their refund and fear that i might lose even the vga resolution projector if i returned it.

                                  I tried to reach out snap deal support on their number, even after trying more than 2 hours on phone i could not connect to their employee, all the time it was asking me to press the options which were irrelevant.
                                  I'm forced to use the low-resolution age-old projector.

                                  I had requested return of faulty Latexo Polyester Bucket Spin Magic Mop bought at Snapdeal. Its handle swivel is rigid/stiff. 2-3 times I have followed up but each time I received a pickup intimation b no one turned up.
