It is a waste of time to order from Snapdeal. You order an item, they try to look for seller, if they don't find one, they refund the money in 30 day. In short they take a ride of your money for 30 day and not even deliver a product. If they don't have any item on inventory, why would they even try to sell it.

[protected] which is not pickup yet. Same day when I receive product raised return request as its not fitted in my phn. After 5 days today your executive Karan sood called me an denying for return/refund which is wrong. I am vey much unhappy. Please do needful asap....

Nothing happed this snapdeal is fard company

Every they send sms that pick up will be done

But no one come nor any call has come

And next day they send the sms and mail we tried to pick but nothing happed

And now they are saying...

Deliver man call to my home when i was not available in home and asked for pick order for his selected place when i call back an hour later he talk to like the boss and threaten to me for not delivering order, how such type of employees in reputed firm like snapdeal, is this kind of service sir, delivery boy mobile no -[protected], he talk like a onwer of snapdeal firm and use a word like a gunda...

I had ordered matrix shampoo, conditioner, serum and lipbalm from snapdeal. I recieved only unsealed shampoo which looks like an old product with dust and the writings on it were half erased. The serum was not the same like i had ordered and had a label which was 90 percent removed when i recieved it and there was no lipbalm. How can i trust these fake and old products and use it on my hair? Snapdeal is fraud and its sellers need to be banned....

I ordered a g shock ga-110-1b watch of casio company while i got a very cheap offer of 4999rs while the price was around 8999rs. I received the product and it was a fake gshock worth not even 500 rs. The sellers number is not know and i have concerns if i will even get a refund
I have a video of the unboxing where the watch didn't have any tags warranty cards or labels of the real watch as rhere should have been...

I bought several sunglasses of ray-ban which i received in bad condition
I filed a return request to snapdeal at that time only, but more than 2 months has passed and no return request pickup has been arranged.

Not the refund has been initiated for those items which i bought with card payment and then cancelled those before delivery

Really a bad phase is being shown by snapdeal...

Hey i haven’t got my replaced item of nike filp flops it’s been 15 day when i have returned the item which i have and still i haven’t got my replaced product. I have sent mail 2-3 times on [protected]@snapdeal.com but i haven’t got the proper answer form that so what i suppose to do now. Because it’s too much time which have been taken for the replacement of product....

Hi, I am Farukh PASHA I have book glue gun in online shopping SNAP DEAL the product is up coming but the delvalry man name Mahesh m his phone no is [protected] he was drank and the is talking some stupid. i will can takestake severe action on it . First of all i got a duplicate shoe of vans and when i requested for return the very next day it showed me pickup date of 2 to 4 working days after that it got rescheduled and without any reason i have to reschedule it but nobody turned up till date and when mailed writing my request for return i got reply that return period of 7 days is over so i won't get any refund and that only in the afternoon a courier for pickup came to collect it...

I ordered oppo f3 plus back cover from snapdeal on 15 the of may 2018...i got the msg on 19th May 2018 that my order no [protected] is delivered but I didn't get the product till date..

Gave delivery feedback... But got no response from snapdeal......

Hello, my name is sachin, i had made an order on 13th may, order id: [protected], however it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd may, as i received the sms - out for delivery, and it says delivery reattempt rescheduled since then, but no any attempt was made nobody called up, this is quite negligent and annoying.

This product contains Life Combo of Palm, Ankle, Elbow & Knee Support/Gym Accessories . But when the parcel came Ankle support accessory was missing. I complained them several times. But they are not responding. They are frequently sending mails that my complaint is canceled.I tried to call them. But nobody was attending....
