    I had placed an order for mac lip palette on 12th of may. I received a duplicate mac product and a damaged one wrapped in a bubble wrap with no proper invoice. I have also raised a return request. I have requested for a invoice but snapdeal did not even respond to my emails. They schedule a pickup for return but the courier guys ask me for the invoice. Out of the blue snapdeal gave me a call twice and i have explained them my problem of not havin the invoice. They said invoice is not required but the courier guy rejects. I have emailed several times regarding the problem but no one replies. I call customer care number the ivr says the mobile number is not matching with the order bit i receive all the updates to the same mobile number.

          Hello
          I ordered the below mentioned product on 27/05/2018 and received it on 4/06/2018,
          Order id:[protected], item name jockey multi trunk pack of 4, i only received 3, without any invoice in it.
          When i tried to seek customer care help the contact provided for their service was not connecting to the customer care person. Moreover i called the customer care and it was not accepting required input from my side.
          The main problem i found was the 'missing of invoice', even though i request for invoice thrice it showed invoice sent successful to your registered email id, but i didn't received any.
          I'm serious about this so please provide me replacement of complete product with what i ordered or else refund me.
          The product is sealed not used.

            It is a waste of time to order from Snapdeal. You order an item, they try to look for seller, if they don't find one, they refund the money in 30 day. In short they take a ride of your money for 30 day and not even deliver a product. If they don't have any item on inventory, why would they even try to sell it.

                Nothing happed this snapdeal is fard company

                Every they send sms that pick up will be done

                But no one come nor any call has come

                And next day they send the sms and mail we tried to pick but nothing happed

                And now they are saying yr call has be closed

                And i am trying to connect these guys fr the date of delivery

                Fraud cheater company

                Please tell how should i return my material

                No body is connecting us fr snapdeal

                Nothing happen in my case i am followig it rigrously but no answer and no solution customer care is not answering the call only the ivr machine give the learned response to all customer

                        I had ordered matrix shampoo, conditioner, serum and lipbalm from snapdeal. I recieved only unsealed shampoo which looks like an old product with dust and the writings on it were half erased. The serum was not the same like i had ordered and had a label which was 90 percent removed when i recieved it and there was no lipbalm. How can i trust these fake and old products and use it on my hair? Snapdeal is fraud and its sellers need to be banned.

                          I ordered a g shock ga-110-1b watch of casio company while i got a very cheap offer of 4999rs while the price was around 8999rs. I received the product and it was a fake gshock worth not even 500 rs. The sellers number is not know and i have concerns if i will even get a refund

                            I bought several sunglasses of ray-ban which i received in bad condition
                            I filed a return request to snapdeal at that time only, but more than 2 months has passed and no return request pickup has been arranged.

                            Not the refund has been initiated for those items which i bought with card payment and then cancelled those before delivery

                              Hey i haven’t got my replaced item of nike filp flops it’s been 15 day when i have returned the item which i have and still i haven’t got my replaced product.                                 Today on[protected] i placed my order for nike brown leather slipper, order id: [protected] and for this order your company has successfully deduct 629 rs from my account, but when i checked my order status it shows me that your last transaction was not sucessful and please retry your payment..

                                    First of all i got a duplicate shoe of vans and when i requested for return the very next day it showed me pickup date of 2 to 4 working days after that it got rescheduled and without any reason i have to reschedule it but nobody turned up till date and when mailed writing my request for return i got reply that return period of 7 days is over so i won't get any refund and that only in the afternoon a courier for pickup came to collect it and went with the duplicate shoes.

                                    And it does not have any customer care number for registering complain or discuss about any problems.

                                    Poor service liar and duplicate product seller cheap service.

                                    First of all i got a duplicate shoe of vans and when i requested for return the very next day it showed me pickup date of 2 to 4 working days after that it got rescheduled and without any reason i have to reschedule it but nobody turned up till date and when mailed writing my request for return i got reply that return period of 7 days is over so i won't get any refund and that only in the afternoon a courier for pickup came to collect it and went with the duplicate shoes.

                                    And it does not have any customer care number for registering complain or discuss about any problems.

                                    Poor service liar and duplicate product seller cheap service.

                                    Ii received the duplicate shoes of vans old school at 15/05/20018 and i requested on the same time i received it and got schedule of pickup at 17/05/2018 but nobody turned up and at last they picked it up on 31/05/2018 after continuous rescheduling of pickup but my snapdeal account it's still showing please send it by yourself.

                                      I ordered oppo f3 plus back cover from snapdeal on 15 the of may 2018...i got the msg on 19th May 2018 that my order no [protected] is delivered but I didn't get the product till date..
                                      I contacted customer care several times
                                      Gave delivery feedback... But got no response from snapdeal...
