To make the payment they have provided this account details - name anu raj, a/c. [protected], sbi, ifsc sbin0002938

This person is calling to ask for bank details and to pay 5500/- to register and get the amount equivalent to price amount if we don't want the car

    I have ordered MAC cosmetics products from snapdeal. When I received the products was fake cosmetics its not genuine MAC and also all products are dried up and it was not sealed..also..very bad experience from snapdeal. So I have requested for return the products but snapdeal not accepted my return request. Have sent request mails as wells called them also but they did not resolved my issue. Now I cannot use these cosmetics and lost my money also. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

      My name is libin my snapdeal account name is libin ds. My registered mobile number is [protected]. For past 6 months i havent even lodged to the snapdeal and placed any order. But on last saturday 23/06/2018 i got a courier from snapdeal with a cod of rs 450 as my parents were uneducated they have collected it without enquiry them. Also even a single call or sms is their with me from snapdeal. When i try to complaint snapdeal they doesnt respond yet.

      It was a big and fraudelent cheat from snapdeal.

      I received a call and WHATSAPP msg telling that I had won in Snapdeal lucky draw. They rightly confirmed my order of a wrist watch. I have no idea how they got the details with my name phone number and email address.

        Zoeva rose gold complete eye makeup kit shown as an original product of zoeva brand and heavy discount also was given to show that it was original product. Bought this for my wife. But the product is fake. And my wife did not want the fake product. Product delivered on 22.06.2018 and return request raised on same day. On 25.06.18, snapdeal refused to accept my return request citing some internal policy. Tried contacting customer care but snapdeal does not let you connect to any live person and it is wrong on snapdeal to refuse to accept returns when they have a no questions asked 7 day returns policy. Please help.

        I purchased item from snapdeal and i got the product. after delivery i checked up my item it was damaged. after i asked for replacement but they did not do it.people are telling that once through snapdeal ordered the product but in the delivery box they sent one stone as per the mobile weight. so do not purchase any costly item from snap deal.

          I had booked black hugo perfume bottle on snap deal and had paid rs 1820 in offer, but was surprised to receive a different product of sky blue colour worth rs 1400. I applied for refund and no one came on 25th june and i got the message that i have to reschedule the pickup and am not getting reschedule option in website. Snap deal has cheated me. I want my refund at any cost from snap deal otherwise i will post it in all social media sites.

            Please refer order [protected] dt 10 apr, i ordered yonex rackets online. One racket wire broken in a week and other after 03 month.
            After so much communication snapdeal informed me product not delivered by them.
            I have received the bill also from snapdeal.

            It seems snspdeal is selling copy of yonex racket. Wite should not break in a week.

            I only asked snspdeal check the quality of the product yonex. Snspdeal told they have not delivered the product. But i have the bill.

            Please be careful before ordering on snapdeal.

              Please refer above order no on snapdeal.

              I am feeling like cheated by snapdeal.

              First mistake they did, did not update status of order after delivery of the yonex racket.
              They send me bill of delivered item with courier details.
              I paid 1400 for pair of racket, one racket is broken in a week, other racket broken after 3 week. Mater was reported to snapdeal, i got call from mr sachin, ms neha etc, we are looking into matter and finally snapdeal lied to me this order is not delivered by them. They lost all values and started cheating customer. Yonex substanded product is still sold online, no action taken.
              Snspdeal people are shameless, trained to lie the customer.
              Please enquire the matter.

              Bothe Badminton rackets are broken with in 10 days. When matter was brought in notice of Snapdeal, instead of trying to resolve the issue, snapdeal opted to tell lie to customer. They said on record order was not delivered by snapdeal. Snapdeal send me the invoice of same item 02 days ago on mail.
              Beware customer, that have no ethics and value.
              Once any company start cheating customers, it means soon it will finish.
              My family and friends have stopped dealing with snap-deal because of poor customer services.

              Please enquire the matter and update.

                I used to have a mobile number in india before moving to the uk for studies. I gave up that number and some random guy from latur got that number from airtel. That guy used that number to order stuff online from snapdeal.com
                My bank account details, my home address in india, my personal information is shared with that stranger. Plus, his order was delivered to my home address, which clearly means that random guy was updated with my home address.

                This is major security breach. I tried deleting my account, there is no option of doing that on snapdeal. I contacted snapdeal. They do not have a solution to the problem (They do not understand the problem). They are trying to reach me on my old mobile number to speak to me is what the email said just now. What a shame. We do not have any regulations in india for companies to handle personal data. No gdpr. No cyber cell to take care of this.

                      I received an sms from snapdeal regarding lucky draw coupons of winning a car and a cash prize i called the customer service but no one picked up. I can share the mobile number and name of the person, the person has called me three times. This is my first order with snapdeal and my mobile number has been shared with a third person. Please take strong action against it.

                        I ordered a perfume and wallet together and they both were damaged, so sent a return request, the delivery guy picked both the items, but gave confirmation msg only for the wallet, wen i complaint abt ths tonsano deal they kept on asking for d pick up receipt which was not given by the pick up man, then wen he came to deliver the replaced wallet he returned the damaged perfume bottle, which he said he picked up incorrectly, again i contacted snapdeal to pick up the damaged perfume, but they closed the return request, and after so many mails and conversation s, no one calls back or replies at all

                          I shop a product from snapdeal and its delivered on between june 18-20. On june 19 i get an text message that the order is arrived today. And i call the courier service and ask the delivery time, then he told that due to rain it is not delivered by today and it is delivered by tomorrow itself. So the next day i call the courier and they told unnessessary asnwers. L repeat the call for today. And the product doesnot arrived today. Today is june 22. I am not satisfied to buy anything from snapdeal. Your courier service is very bad

                              My name is Digbindu bhattacharjee, from Agartala Tripura perches one STC DTH HD WiFi Set Top Box H-500 (LIFE TIME FREE) FTA Multimedia Player, Order ID: [protected], Placed On 03 May, 2018, but order doesn't working, than i request to return & replace the product, it will be process, in my login id i have seen Return request under process10:43 PM, 15 May, 2018, but nobody can pickup my product till today, more than time i request to snap deal customer care through telephonic or through email, no response come from company, so i bound to go consumer complain. please take my issue ans necessary action soon.

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                I ordered 2 products from snapdeal (Product id - [protected]) on 13 june 2018, i paid rs 3795 but because of the technical default or error the pin code was mentioned wrong, when i tried to call them there is no one to help, they don\'t even reply to my emails. A few days back i got a call from one of there delivery boy that my pin code was mentioned wrong, i was shocked and told him that it may be a mistake because both the pin codes are within 8 km of distance (110076 - wrong, 110074 - right), after having a 5 minute conversation he promised me that he will deliver it with the correction on time but until now, no one is helping me out. Please help me, these guys are scamming people, a lot of people. I didn't get anything.

                                  Hi sir,
                                  I ordered PS4 dualshock controller from Snapdeal, they delivered me a fake PS4 controller with the trademark of Sony
                                  The controller is very lighter than the original controller, the controller buttons doesn't work properly, the controller quality is bad I want a refund from them,
                                  They showed original picture of PS4 controller and used the original trademark in there pictures while the controller does not have a Sony symbal on his rear,
                                  This is very unfortunate for me as the controller was expensive I don't even know if I get a refund or they make any excuses

                                    I have ordered a nike flip flop.. But i would like to cancel it as i am currently not present at my house due to a serious issue. I will not be available at my home to take the order as i will not be returning soon. So i would like to cancel my order of nike flip flop with product id:[protected]. Even the payment has been collected by you to the debit of my sb account through net banking. You have confirmed the order and also receipt of payment vide id: [protected]. It is now observed that the product you are going to supply is td - v26 mini speaker micro sd usb music player digital fm radio stereo bass antenna receiver for phone laptop mp3 mp4, which is not my requirement.

                                      Please be informed that, if the product you are going to supply is in consistent with my specifications/requirements, it is ok and you can proceed with arranging for delivery of the said project. Otherwise, if it is not, please cancel the order and arrange for refund of the amount without any deductions

                                        I ordered Nokia 3220 from snapdeal and product delivered to me on dated :- 13th June 2018. The product was defected delivered to me and I registered complaint against the product on same date. It was assured to me that product will be pick up from my location and money will be credited to my account.

                                        I received one email from snapdeal that pickup was failed without any reason. My parents were available at home for same day and nobody came at that day.

                                        I request you to refund my money on that account which I have shared with snapdeal.
