First of all I received different product and secondly it was damaged then i made a request for pick that guy came for pick but he told me to put another request for damaged and different product and now snapdeal is not taking my request and the main thing the product was FAKE 110%

      I got a message from the snapdeal that i have won a tata safari car from a snapdeal monsoon dhamaka which price about 12, 60, 000. Later a call that for getting car you have to pay an amount of rs. 4, 500 and for getting cash you have to pay an amount of rs. 8, 500 to bank account for registration. When i asked him how can i confirm it he told when you pay registration fee your name comes on tv and official website of snapdeal. Sir please take query about this.

        Hey snapdeal
        I have ordered two mobiles from snapdeal of total amount (Rs.10887) and the order id-[protected]. The payment mode was debit card.
        Since i am waiting from1year 7 months 8 days. But the amount is not received in account. And on other side there is no call facility given by you.
        Earlier talks with your executives are useless. The aren't able to resolve my problem. I have contacted with my bank and bank costumer care but the given transactions id by you are not reflected in my bnak account.

        If you says that snapdeal provides best costumer service. Call me immediately regarding my refund issue.

                I received a call from a women named ranjana from no. [protected]claiming to be from department of sales and promotions of snapdeal. She had my name and address and was claiming that i have been a choosen a lucky draw winner for snapdeal and can choose from five gifts (One was iphone 7plus).
                Than she asked me to choose any two items from snapdeal worth minimum rs 4000 and to pay for it via paytm. She transferred the call to some accounts department and they claimed that i will receive the prize with my orders.

                First of all, how snapdeal is leaking our personal details (No. And address)?
                And secondly why is there no customer care executive from snapdeal when we try to contact for the authenticity of these types of calls.
                The no. Even is showing snapdeal.com on truecaller and during payment through paytm, the page generated was also snapdeal's.

                    I ordered skullcandy headphones with mic but they gave me headphones without mic. Now i want my money back at any cost. I d'ont want any transactions with this company.                                 Woodland import black leather formal belt size 34 has been taken from snapdeal and after receiving the item return due to long size and replace the short size but one message received from your end on 11th may 2018 that your replacement request is declined and returned item will be sent back to you and till date item not return.                                     I had ordered a kylie lip kit and was very disappointed with the received product n returned it but even after 2 weeks of return did not receive refund. It wasnt waterproof. And was fake very bad quality but had snapdeal verification. This is against consumer rights and i can file a case against this fraud incase i dont get back my money. I want snapdeal to inotiate my refund as soon as possible before i convict them in judicial crime

                                        I have ordered to shoes at the size of 7.5 but snapdeal company send me at the size of 8.5. Which one not to fit in my feet. I want to launge our complaint on the site of snapdeal but they blocked me permanently at their site. I can not lounge. Our complaint at this site. They made me fool and cheat me. Thus i want legal action against this company snapdeal and return my shoes.
