I bought sennheiser cx 180 street ii in ear earphones without mic, in-ear types a few months ago from snapdeal. They were my go-to earphones for my daily commute, not too expensive and fairly good sound quality.
Sadly, one of the earphones stopped working. Could please help me to fix the problem with my earphones as it is still under warranty period. Please guide me through the process what has to do next.
