They keep promoting you as VIP1, VIP2, VIP3...At first they had me do two tasks and even provided commission which was available for me to withdaw..then they promoted me to VIP3 where after completing first two tasks they freeze your money and compel you to deposit more. They have freezed 4524rs. and asking me to continue doing tasks and compelling me to deposit a lump of 12000rs. to unfreeze 4524rs. Really?
Its Better to lose 4524rs compared to 16524rs. to such scammers. Losing none would be best though. So people out there please be aware of such frauds. Their WhatsApp name and nos. through which they contacted me are:- +[protected]Agent Niana), +[protected]Yvonne). Their website is https://snapdealwin.com/

    I placed an ordered on 26th october 2021 for Enchanted Drapes Yellow Poly Crepe Shirt and i received totally different product.. i immediately placed replacement request and the pick up agent who came to pick up the product denied to take the product as he said the shirt is of different color. i told him about the replacement request he said that they only could take the parcel if the company informs him to take the different product received. he told me to complain again so i messaged the support agent on whatsapp as they have not provided any number for calling as such. since that time every agent keeps on saying to wait for 2-3 days for my product to be picked up and get replaced.. its 24 november 2021 and still no resolution to my complaint has come from the company's side..

    Replacement has been placed for the absolute right product.. i ordered some other pattern and some other color shirt which has checks and green black and white color on it and i am receiving a product of lining shirt with a blue black yellow and green and white color .. this is a basic thing stating i got a wrong product from the one i ordered. the images below are attached .. and now Snapdeal has removed that order from my list of orders as well. this is a mere cheat to the customer.

      Hello sir I am Virendra Sharma,
      I have ordered a gun shaped lighter from snapdeal and got delivered but I have refunded the product nd they have taken back too but the refund amount 575 I have not got yet . They say that i have not provided the bank detail but they are wrong . It is about to 5 month i am waiting for the refund .
      And when I call to customer care they say that no account has been made from this number.
      Please do something sir.

        I have canceled my order due to delay in delivery more than a month. And now return has been accepted but I haven't received my money, I'm waiting for it more than a couple of week. But as per info u have given by Snapdeal they have assured that you will return my money in 6 days of cancelation. I contacted customer care more than 5 to 6 times and they just ask 48 hrs time but no use. Please do resolve issue in my payment. I have ordered John Karsun Mules Black Casual Shoes.           I myself residing in eastern part of India . I am a normal family person who is looking after my family including my mother, wife and younger brother.
          I got cheated and lost 18k Indian rupee, that means my one month salary .

          I found about snapdeal on google, which offers part time and full time jobs that can earn money . I registered with them and they gave me task
          First the treated me and said I am on vip1 level so I need to do 100 rs order so that I can get 10 %commission. I have done that and I got 10 rs additional.
          Secondly the level two that means vip2 should complete 2tasks, one was an order of rs 298 and the other one was order of rs 398 I got commission of 15% for that respectively.

          And then asked for level3 came the third one, they said Congratulations, you have now become VIP3, your commission will be upgraded to 20%, now you can get 200rs for participating in the VIP3 order task, then those who complete the Vip3 order task in the platform can get 3888rs-5888rs from the merchant, do you want to continue to do the money making task now?🥳🥳🥳

          The first task was of rs 680 and the second one was 3100 rs after that they said for withdrawal I should complete third task that was an amount of rs 11940. After completing the third one I asked for withdrawal but the lady insisted me to complete fourth task because of the system shows only after that I can withdraw my money and the amount required for 4th task was rs 24899.

          The person said " Dear, you can borrow it from your friends. You only need to borrow for a while, because it only takes one minute to complete the task. After completing all tasks, you can get all refunds within 3-5 minutes and return to your friends." When I said I can't go any further after being trapped for 15000 almost.

          And the best part was they are not telling from the beginning that for job we need money after putting us into trap like tasks they are telling the money is freezed and cannot be withdrawn. It's just endless and they keep dragging you into the trap till you stop paying them any further.

                They keep promoting VIP1, VIP1, VIP3.. At first they told me to two task even they provided commission. Which is available to withdraw money. Then they promoted to VIP3 where after completing first 2 tasks they freezes money asking to deposit more. They have freeze more than 1.5 lacs and asking me to complete the task. And then saying to deposit bank guarantee, refundable tax, and bank security. Which I all done. Still am not received the amount and that too amount is still freezed and asking me to deposit more. I already lost more than 1.5 lacs. For deposit and still not withdrawn and still they come asking me to deposit more. I livein india please help me out to withdraw my money back 🙏

                                  Yesterday snapdeal assistant contacted me and tell me about that job they even didn't explain the whole process after deposited my money they asked that add more to unfreeze your amount like that they collect me almost nearly 80k which was huge Amount for me. I collected that money from my friends. I added the amount to release my amount but finally my amount and i get trapped please try to solve this problem

                                      Sir
                                      Delivery boy Ayush Sharma used very unpleasant and unprofessional threatening language regarding delivery on phone when call was made from customer executive on conference.

                                      These types of incidents are a big mental harassment.
