    Today[protected], I have been searching for a job in google. I came across this part time job option in snapdealwin.com where they said can earn more money through commission from the merchants in helping their products to sell. They guided me through whatsapp the no. is ([protected])(Name of the person who guided me was Bella she said she was from California). Initially they credited 100rs and with 10% commission added to that totally 110 was credited. Then they asked me add my bank details to withdraw the money which I did and it was credited to my account. That was level1. Then they asked me to start the level 2 in the I had 2 orders to purchase and claim the commission so i did as per their instructions in which I paid rs298 and rs398 and I could withdraw the amount with 15% commission in this level2. Then they asked me complete level 3 in this stage it was 3 orders. In the level 3 first order was rs690, second was rs3, 090 and third order was rs11, 940. In level first order I managed to make the payment, in the second I didn't had the money so borrowed and made the payment and after making the second payment I wanted to stop and asked for settle the amount but they said the amount is frozen and only can unfreeze if I pay the third order, I requested them to stop and asked to refund my amount but they insisted to make the third payment that was rs11, 940 though I was scared again I borrowed and made the payment and clearly said this will be my last. Now they started the real drama initially said t hat we will try to make you to withdraw the money but came with that I privately opted for fourth order in which I had to pay 23, 940 I was in shock and was very scared. I requested them to stop and make my payment so many times but they only insisted me to make the payment to unfreeze the amount and can withdraw my money. This is time I did not made the payment and told them will go to police then also they wanted me to finish the final stage and claim my money. Now, I sincerely, request to help me reclaim my money.

    I was searching for an online job and then came to visit the Snapdeal were they contacted me on wattsapp and given me task and ... initially they told me that after completing 3 orders will will be able to withdraw your money + commission but after 3 order my balance was frozen and again they told me to recharge your account with 14555 and I did the same then they again asking to recharge with 29556 and my account balance is frozen now ...plzz help me withdraw my money back.I have invested 19346 ..now I am in depression not able to take my meal I am a student.plzz refund my recharged amount

      I had ordered for Egg Steamer, whereas I have received speed blender of very less cost. On contacting the customer care they informed me to send the received product to their warehouse. I was hospitalized for the past 1 week and how can they expect me to run after the courier for the mistake I gave not done.Delivering a wrong product instead of the one I ordered, and expect me to spend for courier charges and to run for courier service which is not possible based on my health condition.I expect to collect the wrong product and deliver with the egg steamer at the earliest.

        Hi. I am Shinjini Bhowmick and I am an instagram influencer, I had a collaboration with the brand Snapdeal for which I got contacted by rhe influencer marketing agency named 'One Imprrssion' on 16th June 2021 by Aastha Sachdeva (Senior Influencer Specialist). That collaboration got completed by 31st July 2021.
        It was a paid collaboration. I have only received the product amount so far that is 2051/- but I still have not received my payment yet and it has been 4 months now. The payment amount is 4000/- I was supposed to receive it within 45 days and when I contacted the said executive, Aastha, I got stalled staying I will receive it by 1st week of October and then she said I will receive it by 30th of October.
        And then she said the company havnt cleared the payment she cant give me a date. And she is not even replying back to me nor receiving my calls.
        Since I have no direct contact with the brand itself I dont know how will I get my payment now.
        I have attached of all the proves and documents of the collaboration below.

                I received phone call for the second one. But not even a single phone call received for the first lot.
                This clearly shows manipulation by Blue Dart employees.
                Surely Blue Dart, the big courier people will damage the sale business of Snapdeal. They must snap ties with Blue Dart to make them succeed. I dont know how many thousands of customers are lost by snapdeal because of Blue Dart

                  This is to inform you wth utmost displeasure that I had ordered for two items of Akari Mosquito Killer Rackets on[protected] from Snapdeal website ... And got these products delivered on[protected] . However, the rackets which I received were somewhat different from those ordered( One Pink Color and other Yellow Color received ) .. Received rackets were of Oval Shape instead of Square Shape ordered...But brand was of Akari...for this I raised return request for pickup of these rackets asap stating Inaccurate Website Description.. And i was given option of refund...next day courier person from Shadowfax Mr. Rakesh Ghosh came and attempted pickup..he accepted the return of Pink Color but refused to pickup the Yellow-coloured racket mentioning that the color was different from that ordered coz while ordering the website shown the picture of Pink Color racket...so, he requested me raise a new complaint stating that Wrong Color Product found...In the same manner, I raised the complaint by speaking with Snapdeal executive, even sharing the images of both the rackets received along with outer packaging...However, no one responded to my request...everytime, they are misleading me that it would be picked up within next 2-3 days...I have mailed several times at [protected]@snapdeal.com ... Requested for call via app...but to no result.. Everytime they are giving false assurance...many times the executives are disconnecting my calls in between...pretending they are unable to hear me and various other rude behaviours...how can Snapdeal behave with their customers in such an unprofessional manner? People will stop shopping from Snap deal if this is the case...
                  Now, from the last few days, its showing in Snapdeal App that Pickup failed coz Unable to Connect to Customer but nobody ever called me for pickup neither I got any message regarding pickup...I have also enquired from Shadowfax courier person...coz I was informed the second racket would also be picked up from Shadowfax...but he told Shadowfax didn't receive any pickup request from Snapdeal...so, again a lie...moreover, every day at 12AM in the morning, I am gettimg a text message that no response from customer...kindly raise a new return request if you want to return your product...but to my woe, when I am clicking on Update Pickup in Snapdeal, I am not able to raise the requedt coz all the buttons ar le frozen over there...I have shared the images of the frozen screen and the page where its written couldn't connect customer and the page where its written Update Pickup...but nothing is happening...Kindly assist me in this matter ... The prices I paid for each racket was Rs 625...I received the refund for one returned racket but not for the other...kindly pickup my racket and issue refund..and look into this matter that customers don't get harassed in this manner...

                  Snapdeal is really a very fraud company...and people should think twice before shopping from this e-commerce company...as soon as I complained about their casualty to Consumer Complaints Dept..they erased my order ID from their web page..see only one order is showing in which the refund of Rs 625 has been given to my account after pickup of the product by Shadowfax...the other yellow colored racket whose issue I have mentioned, they have erased the second order completely from my Order section so thay I cant raise any issue...so fraud company...and when today I contacted them and told this issue, they told the order is showing in their app...so, how is this possible...how dare can they erase the order entirely from my page?
                  Kindly take necessary step and force Snapdeal to pickup the order and issue the refund...very very disappointing app...really not at all suitable to shop from here..Kindly contact me and resolve my issue...

                        My name is Abhay Dherange, I Started searching with online jobs in india . Then I got this website that earn ₹500-5000 daily. After that that website attached me with whatsapp no. As their company's customer assistant .Then company's customer assistant name is Clair and he is from California. Her whatsapp no. Is - [protected], +[protected] After that he started to guide me, how to deposit money how to withdraw money. After that I added my bank account and registration done. Then In that snapdealwin.com website there are 4 stages VIP1, VIP2, VIP3, VIP4. And they have commissions like VIP1 - 10%, VIP2-15%, VIP3-20%, VIP4 -30% Then I have completed VIP1 and VIP2 by making deposits and withdrawal but the withdrawal amount was small ₹800. That's why they credited me, after completing VIP1 and VIP2, I go with VIP3 in that there was 3 orders, the first order was of ₹680. i deposited the money from phone pay app on this UPI ID- [protected]@icici . Then that amount got freeze their company's customer assistant said, you can withdraw money after completing 3 orders with commission, then after completing 1st order I go to 2nd order the order was of ₹3090 then I deposited money on this UPI [protected]@icici, then this amount 3090 is also got freeze. After completing 2nd order I go to 3rd order, the order amount was ₹11940 then I deposited money on this UPI [protected]@icici, then I think that all 3 orders are completed. so, I can withdraw money but the all 3 orders amount got freeze ₹ 18852, then I was shocked 😲 after this l asked to company's customer assistant that, why my amount is got freeze, why this amount is not showing in balance section. Then assistant said that, you have to complete 2 orders more 🙄 orelse the amount will not be credited in your bank account then, I ignored this because I have no money to deposit, ... and I loss ₹ 19000 in this website snapdealwin.com so, this website is not good/ fraud.                             I had made a prepaid order for BGR-34 AIMIL 100 Tablet (6 packs). During tracking the same product of 6 packs were depected, even it is showing that delivery has been made for six packs. But to my surprise only two packs were delivered and I immediately told delivery boy for this short delivery and intimated the concerned supplier and the supplier told me that either your balance money or remaining packs will be sent to you.But till today nothing has been heared from the supplier. The supplier is Aligarh based.
                            Screen shots of pre-paid order and quantity supplied are being sent for your ready reference.Please see to it and intimate me accordingly at the earliest.

                                As others are mentioning my friend too was cheated by them stating she has to pay 27K more so she can get 70k after paying around 40k. The lady tells she is being monitored by police but when asked to provide the details and the I'd Card she hesitates. Then sends a picture of police from internet and shares it in the chat stating this is her work station.
                                I had lost my money on VIP3 task. They told me that U will get Rs 10999/-as a bonus. When I clicked the task I found Rs 4585 /- deposit for the task. I had told them I donot have this much of money. And they had closed my conversation. I had lost Rs 2600/- .

                                  They keep promoting you as VIP1, VIP2, VIP3...At first they had me do two tasks and even provided commission which was available for me to withdaw..then they promoted me to VIP3 where after completing first two tasks they freeze your money and compel you to deposit more. They have freezed 4524rs. and asking me to continue doing tasks and compelling me to deposit a lump of 12000rs. to unfreeze 4524rs. Really?
                                  Its Better to lose 4524rs compared to 16524rs. to such scammers. Losing none would be best though. So people out there please be aware of such frauds. And I have to complete 3 levels. 1 level I have only one task also am withdraw my money, and 2nd level I have 2 task also withdraw my money, and then the 3rd task they told me there are 5 tasks are there. And am investing money and complete my 5 tasks. And am going to withdraw my money.that time it seems failed to withdraw. Am informing my assist. That time she told to me there are 2 hidden tasks r there u complete that and then am hlp helping u to withdraw. Am asking to her y u before tell that.she told me no mam just only 2task r there u don't want invest money again u use ur balance money. I told to her k I do it.am also completed that 2hidden task.and this also am give to withdraw. Again its failed.again I told to her.she told me mam another one task r there. I don't have money to invest already am get the credit to invest here.in my home lost of prblm r there about this issue.and am do suicide attempt also😭😭😭😭pls give my money back I don't want commission. pls give my advance money.I felt on ur feet 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻pls give me money.I have 3months old baby pls my delivery was c-section pls give my amount.pls kindly do something to get back of my money.thank you!

                                      Good evening, we are writing this complain to you as we got a email of receiving our product today. We waited whole day to received it but later on we got the mail of rescheduling our product or canceling as we were not available at that time. But the main thing is that we don't get any calls regarding this. The one who should bring our product didn't called us or contacted us and later told to be rescheduled. How can you people say that? At least you people should call us so that we can receive our product. This is not good. The service is really not good. So, we feel disappointed.

                                        They keep promoting VIP1, VIP1, VIP3.. At first they told me to two task even thay provided commission. Which is available to withdraw money. Then they promoted to VIP3 where after completing first 2 tasks they freezes money asking to deposit more. They have freeze more than 2.5 lacs and asking me to complete the task. And then saying to deposit bank guarantee, refundable tax, and bank security. Which I all done. Still am not received the amount and that too amount is still freezed and asking me to deposit more. I already lost more than 3 lacs. For deposit and still not withdrawn and still they come asking me to deposit more
