This is really very shocking and unlawful as well that someone rohit (mobile number- [protected]) is using my email id with his Snapdeal profile. While I never ever used this mobile number [protected], and on the other hand I don't know any such "rohit". I am shocked and wonder if it would be possible for someone else to use my email id with his Snapdeal profile without my knowledge while my email id has two steps verification enabled and was never hacked and l regularly update my email id password. Now, my query is how Snapdeal can update my email id with someone else's profile without confirming whom it belongs to?

    Placed an order for dermanest sanitizer 5000ml vide sub order no [protected] dt 1st Nov. 21 and paid Rs 2011/- & the delivered product was different. It was hand was and the MRP as printed on the item was Rs 950/only.
    Called call centre for return or refund. They accepted but now they are refusing with argument that correct product has been delivered. How it is possible? See the difference of price.
    The manufacturer has also confirmed that the wash and sanitizer are different product.
    It is requested to kindly take necessary action for return & refund.

      I had ordered for the hand sanitizer 5000ml vide sub order no [protected] dtd 1st Nov. 21
      &paid Rs 2011.The product was delivered on 7th.While checking, this product was hand wash & not sanitizer & the MRP as printed was Rs 950 only. When called for return, they taken request but now they are not agree either for return or refund. Call centre executive said that hand wash & sanitizer are same while manufacturer confirmed both are different.
      Request for an early redressal of my grievance.

        I have requested return for my parcel at 24th October but now it's 14th November still nobody came to pick my order. I have called snapdeal's customer service, they told me that the pickup would be initiated withing 3-4 business days but 1 week has been passed still no one came to pick my order

              As i ordered cherokee green sweatshirt but the delivered item was men's slipper.it' completely the snapdeal's fault. So i requested to return the product but you're not accepting my return item.my money was also not yet refunded.

                Two days before one person contacted me and told she a Snapdeal assistant and asked me to invest money on buying products and once the task is completed she will refund my money. fist invest the money to complete the task but after the task is completed she asked me to invest on another product to complete the task and freezed my amount and told to invest money to return back my money. Is this real or fake game.. will I get my money back or not if again I buy product

                  My order delivery was delayed and when the order was delivered I had size issues so I wanted to return the product. I raised the request, it's been 15 days there to no pick up still.
                  And when I spoke to the customer care department they assured me that within 24-48 hrs pick up will be initiated. Still no pick up. After 5 days again when I spoke to customer care department. The agent name is Pallavi.
                  She has no respect towards the customer. She is criticizing the customer and was talking about the amout. Actually the product the ordered was of Rs.250. so she was telling 250rs will be credited to your account. Is this the way u give customer service. Whether it's 250 or 2500 doesn't matter. Your service matter's the most. She doesn't have respect towards money. Shame on her and Shame on your company to hire such kind of cheap mannerd people who are only concerned with huge amount product services only. I Request the team to please take action on this or stop selling products that are below Rs.1000. Because for you people who place least amount product are cheap. My kind request please Don't encourage such unprofessionals.

                    I submitted my return on 24 oct, 2021(Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) at the same day and almost the same time of the delevery. Today is 11 november but still there is no progress of my return and my refund.really I confused why are doing these this kind of flattery with your customer. I already have written so many email to you but you are sending auto generated same reply repeatedly. you told me to wait for 48-72 hours number of times but you have not kept your asurence. Still you have not picked up your item as well as you have not initiate my refund where as it was a cash on delivery.Has snapdeal forgotten to fullfill their commitment of return policy?????? It really confused me. It is an irresponsible work that was hardly snapdeal ever done before.

                        I ordered my first order for combo set of two books The kite runner+ And the mountains echoed by Khaled Hosseini on 21st October, 2021 i got the item on 29th October via shadow fax courier service . I opened the package and it was another combo set of Khaled hosseini books. I requested for replacement for the order and it was accepted for return via Delhivery courier service. The replacement order was confirmed automatically after the return process. Then it was shipped via Bluedart and handed over to me on 7th November, 2021 again same set of combo was given to me that wrong one. I requested for return and refund. It was supposed to be picked up via Shadow fax courier service but the pickup was delayed and therefore
                        today i.e., 9th november, i rescheduled the date of pick up as i won't be available on 10th of November which is ofcourse tomorrow but the thing is when i opened the site of shadow fax it said that the pick up has been cancelled but it was not cancelled it was rescheduled. Also in the app of Snapdeal its said pick up has been failed but no-one have called me for pick up. I tried to contact so many times they didn't provide me a proper solution. They are trying to assure me with "sorry for the inconvenience caused". Is this a scam of Snapdeal?

                              They keep promoting VIP1, VIP1, VIP3.. At first they told me to two task even thay provided commission. Which is available to withdraw money. Then they promoted to VIP3 where after completing first 2 tasks they freezes money asking to deposit more. They have freeze more than 2.5 lacs and asking me to complete the task. And then saying to deposit bank guarantee, refundable tax, and bank security. Which I all done. Still am not received the amount and that too amount is still freezed and asking me to deposit more. I already lost more than 3 lacs. For deposit and still not withdrawn and still they come asking me to deposit more.. That numbers are from California started with+[protected] and +[protected] and +[protected].in United States of America, , please help me out to withdraw my money back 🙏

                              Snapdealwin there asked me to deposit for VIP1 VIP2 and VIP3 then I deposited after that all my money freezees. They said to deposit again to unfreez. I did 2 times for the same then again came back asking me to deposit money to unfreeze. Kindly help I already deposited 3 lacs. Please I want my money back..to withdraw my money.. 🙏

                                  I have already returned a product that I ordered to the delivery agent but the support service on app says that I haven't returned it and I was not given the refund amount.

                                    The customer care executive told me that there will be tasks, and you have to order something.. 1st 2 levels the amount to be invested was less than 1000. Then in the third level, the customer care executive did not inform me about the fact that there can be 3-5 levels and the money to be invested can be more than 10000. In the level 3 i invested 4500 rupees but in the third task they were asking 11000 rupees. I told her I don't have that much money so i don't want to go ahead with the task.. she said that your 4500 rupees are frozen and you cannot get it back until you invest 11000 rupees and do the third task.. and when i refused she is saying you will not get that money back..
                                    Kindly help me get my frozen money back to my account.

                                      I purchased an Indane/HP LPG Regulator on 14.10.2021 vide Order ID [protected]. On receipt of the item I found it a defective one, consequently I submit a Return request on the next day of receipt. But on 28.10.2021, it is shown as the pickup schedule is unsuccessful. So, I rescheduled the pickup of the item . But, thereafter, nobody has come yet to me to receive item.

                                        I firstly received a completely different product from what I ordered. The suborder id : [protected] and Reference number: 76147081 . The same scripted message of ‘your order will be picked up in 2-3 days’ I have been getting for over a week now with no signs of pick up. The first failed pick up was a complete lie, I was at home and in fact I had even contacted the pick up person and he told me he will come after his deliveries are completed. But he instead never turned up and messed this all up. Now on logging on to Delhivery (which happens to be the pick up partner of snapdeal) website using my phone number I see that the return request has been cancelled. So now I’m not even sure about when and how the pick up will happen. All I get is the same repetitive and scripted mail/message all the time assuring pick in 2-3 days since October 1st and today is 8th already. Is this a joke or what ?
