Didn't pickup my product

I ordered a pair of shoe on 27 Oct, but got small size. Then I applied for return on 28 Oct but they have not picked it up yet. Today is 12Nov....

Not refunded money

As i ordered cherokee green sweatshirt but the delivered item was men's slipper.it' completely the snapdeal's fault. So i requested to return the product but you're not accepting my return item.my money was also not yet refunded....

Product buying game

Two days before one person contacted me and told she a Snapdeal assistant and asked me to invest money on buying products and once the task is completed she will refund my money. fist invest the money to complete the task but after the task is completed she asked me to invest on another product to complete the task and freezed my amount and told to invest money to return back my money. Is this real or fake game.. will I get my money back...

Customer service Issue

My order delivery was delayed and when the order was delivered I had size issues so I wanted to return the product. I raised the request, it's been 15 days there to no pick up still.
And when I spoke to the customer care department they assured me that within 24-48 hrs pick up will be initiated. Still no pick up. After 5 days again when I spoke to customer care department. The agent name is Pallavi.
She has no respect towards...

Refunding

I ordered a casual shoes from the snapdeal
But i cancelled the order next day. I asked through whatsapp chat many times about the refunding they said to wait. When i asked them eight days later they are still saying to wait...

Unfreezed amount deposited 3 lacs not able to withdraw

Refund for a returned product

I have already returned a product that I ordered to the delivery agent but the support service on app says that I haven't returned it and I was not given the refund amount.
But I have already returned the product and I don't have it with me and I immediately want the refund for the product...

My money is frozen and they are not refunding it back

The customer care executive told me that there will be tasks, and you have to order something.. 1st 2 levels the amount to be invested was less than 1000. Then in the third level, the customer care executive did not inform me about the fact that there can be 3-5 levels and the money to be invested can be more than 10000. In the level 3 i invested 4500 rupees but in the third task they were asking 11000 rupees. I told her I don't have...

Return item has not yet been picked up - Ref Order ID 42289810352

I purchased an Indane/HP LPG Regulator on 14.10.2021 vide Order ID [protected]. On receipt of the item I found it a defective one, consequently I submit a Return request on the next day of receipt. But on 28.10.2021, it is shown as the pickup schedule is unsuccessful. So, I rescheduled the pickup of the item . But, thereafter, nobody has come yet to me to receive item....

Failure to pick up item despite repeated calls

I firstly received a completely different product from what I ordered. The suborder id : [protected] and Reference number: 76147081 . The same scripted message of ‘your order will be picked up in 2-3 days’ I have been getting for over a week now with no signs of pick up. The first failed pick up was a complete lie, I was at home and in fact I had even contacted the pick up person and he told me he will come after his deliveries are completed....

Not arranging refund for a fake product

Sir I am Sanjoy a 75% disabled person so mainly depending upon online shopping Sir I purchased a Horse shoe naal from snapdeal on 24/10/2021 having sub order number [protected] but when I receive it . I found it was destroyed and rusted one the courier boy doesn't pricked it up for rusted when I tried to contact snapdeal customer care they are not answering my mail also blocked my call please help to get back my hard earned money...

About phone pouch

I am eshwar... I have called you many times but the call was not connecting to you...i have an issue on my order and any of the snapdeal member is not supporting me... The issue was I have booked 2 pouches and I have only got 1 pouch and money was taken for two pouches and I have all proves.. If you did not take any action I will give complent so please call me...
