I purchased hp v250w 32 gb pendrives (2 set) in snapdeal it was the defective product so i returned to snapdeal till now i didn't got any refund i purchased product in may month i'm waiting for refund
I called customer care they told product was missed by courier so what should i do

        Returned due to inferior quality on 16th july 2017

        The item was ordered on 10th july

        It got delivered on 12th july

        After it was dissatisfied with the quality of the product, i initiated the refund.

        The pickup was scheduled on 16 july and was done in the evening.

        But i am still waiting for the refund as on 2nd aug 2017.

          I purchased 3 items from snapdeal till date.
          You all will be surprised that all 3 products are defective.
          1. Sony car audio system purchased for rs 10000 but from day one it's radio fm is not at all working.
          2. Car 3d mat purchased for rs 1100, when received there is a hole in one mat which is easily visible, this shows that snapdeal people willingly send there defective products to customers.
          3 phillips trimming machine for rs 950. After one month its blade were jammed and when i took it to service centre they said blade will change and it will cost you rs 500... Disgusting.
          Same trimmer my brother also purchased from amazon which is working perfectly and it look like of good quality and my trimmer looks duplicate/ light in front of trimmer purchased from amazon.

          Please don't purchase products from snapdeal, they sell defective and duplicate products and cheat customers.

            Wrong fridge is sent with lower quality and now they are not responding. I have tried to contact them but no response.
            I ordered maroon color fridge of 192 litres having 3 star but i got 1 star fridge with brown color. I have sent mails also but no proper response, they keep saying that they will look into this but i dont think they are.

              I am based out of bangalore and recently purchased a study table that requires installation. Order no is [protected]. It is mentioned in the product page that free installation service is provided by snapdeal. I have been trying to reach snapdeal customer service for the last ten days to no avail. No replies for any of the emails sent. This is a pathetic service from snapdeal. This is my first major order from snapdeal (Have been with amazon/flipkart for the last 6-7 years) and i don't think i will be placing anymore orders on snapdeal. Complete cheats.

                  Hi, my name is rahul kerketta. Today 1 august around 4:30pm i got call from [protected] saying that they are from snapdeal named her priya sharma. She said i won a lucky draw among 15 customers so i won (Dell lapto, iphone 7 plus, refrigerator, sony led tv etc,). To claimany one of that offer i have to purchase any product of rs. 4000 she said. She said cod will not be available. She asked me to pay through paytm and i will get 10% casback. She said i have to tell what i have purchased instead of doing it on the site. I purchased seagate hard disk of worth rs. 4, 249. She told exact model number of the product. And she then transferred my call to another saying higher executive he named himself vishal kumar. He congrulated me and asked to transfer money to his (Saying snapdeals no.) paytm number [protected] (Paytm wallet id:[protected]) and he asked me to enter promo code sdl10. Please help me.

                    I have placed order of nike zoom vomero 12 shoes 1 pair along with other two item on snapdeal online portal. My order id is [protected] dated 30.6.2017.
                    Product of nike zoom vomero 12 shoes is delivered through vulcan docket no. Awb jvsld[protected].

                    I have received single item on 3.7.2017 where us other items received after 4 days. Nike shoes was billed by authorized seller, dakshin puri, near bada park, delhi. While opening the snapdeal pack, box was not in good condition. While trying the shoes, i found not comfortable as i am already wearing vomero since long. Hence i have visited company showroom of nike, where i understand that company is not manufacturing 8.5 size in men nike shoes range. Product is also fake. Outer box of product shows size 9.5 instead of 8.5.

                    Also seller had raised invoice under vat on 1.7.2017 where as gst already applicable from 1.7.2017.

                    I found all the way wrong transaction and fake product. Now company is refuse to take back product where as i have already booked return request on 9.7.2017.

                    Now instead of accepting fault snapdeal is making allegation on me by giving reason quality check fail.

                    I really fade up with follw up with snapdeal.

                    Its a fraud and cheating.

                            I booked a pair of nicholus shoes on snapdeal order no.[protected] when i opened the box, unfortunately i got different color combination pair of shoes and i have applied return request. The courier executive came and took the item back. But, even still i did not get my money or item back, several times i registered a complaint regarding this on snapdeal customer service help desk, but unfortunately i still did not get any positive response from snapdeal. Please guide and help me to resolve this issue.

                              Sir i have order online y snapdeal surya crsytal gasstove on 16/7/2017 and recevied the same on 21/7/2017 same day i have compalint the snapdeal customer service to retruns back the gas stove as its qualitiy not good and burner are small, for pickup they have came on 24/7/2017, today they are saying product retrun back to me and they will not refund my amount rs.2500 and his customer services emplyooe are vrey bad in communication.

                              Please help me to get the refund on urgent basis, i dont want the product.

                                I have ordered one bag from snapdeal (Order id is [protected]). I had to return that product because seller sent me the wrong product. The product returned and received by the snapdeal successfully but they did not initiated the refund while they blocked my account. I don't have any problem if they blocked my account but now snapdeal has kept the product as well as the money which is clear case of cheating so now i want my money back.

                                  On 22nd july i had placed an order of nike air zoom pegasus 33 multi color running shoes on snapdeal mobile app. Order id is [protected].

                                  This order was delievred on my office address on saturday, 29th july. Since it's a weekly off for the office, i got chance to open my courier on monday 31st august.

                                  I was shocked to see 2 wooden sticks inside the box instead of shoes. There was no invoiuce inside the box. I have raised the compliant immediately and even after 24 hours, no one have called me till now.

                                  This was not at all expected from snapdeal.

                                    I've ordered a hindware pacific baffle filter chimney on snapdeal as on 13 jul 2017 (Order id: [protected]) but they've delivered me a product with "aluminum mesh filter model chimney" which is something i had a concern. The moment i got the delivery, i've immediately placed a return request (Request#[protected] stating that the model of chimney which they hosted on snapdeal is the not the same one which they've delivered. I requested them to send me the exact model of which i ordered. It's been a close to month now there is no response from their end.

                                      Sir.. I am prakash. I ordered a fjckbluetooth speaker of rs.249/- in 4thapril2017 and the order i'd is [protected]. It was an online transaction. After that, in receive day i am not present to receive my product so, i cancelled my order.
                                      I received a msg from snapdeal your product is received by snapdeal... After i received a msg your rs.249/- is initiate to your account from our side it will reflect in 4-7 business day... But after my money is not reflected... I complaint about this to snapdeal care... They suggest me to submit a request to your bank with detail... I was do that but no solution found... Till today i am not getting my rs.249/-... After i complaint in consumer complaint help center... And they provide me a docate no. To give you.. And that docate no. Is 372270
