I bought a mobile cover from snapdeal which broken and scratches hole over the body, cover cost me 444 rs but i got 395 receipt and in the and when i try to write a review about the product it says im not a verified user while i hve bought many things from snapdeal when else they need to verify seems everything is set and they are making peole fool which is mentally harras and waste my lot of time...

I purchase a shoes from snapdeal of rs 6399 and the quality is not aspected and i create a return but they don't accept my return and donot give my money even i want to return the product tell that in my internal system you failed that we do not accept your request please help me if they don't accept the return request then why they have the return policy to fool the customer... I have ordered one bag from snapdeal (Order id is [protected]). I had to return that product because seller sent me the wrong product. The product returned and received by the snapdeal successfully but they did not initiated the refund while they blocked my account. I don't have any problem if they blocked my account but now snapdeal has kept the product as well as the money which is clear case of cheating so now i want my money back....

I lodged complaint stating that product not delivered though website states delivered in their site. Followed up several times with customer care for refund and was promised that same will be done. No response for email. Now customer no[protected] does not have option to speak to representative. Kindly do not place any order with snapdeal as they not supporting...

I buy a ambrane power bank 16000 mah in Snapdeal...Product company seal broken and product also not working...I returned that product at 21st jul.. Snapdeal received my product successfully and quality check also finished and estimated delivery 26th...but till now no tracking details and no email and no sms about that product......
