I ordered 2 jack and jones shirt from snapdeal... Firstly i cancelled 1 because i have to check quality of the product.
When the item is delivered there is now brand signature on buttons that, s why i request return for the product there is no executive comes from there end.. Lastly when i called customer care they said wait for 48 hours your concern will resolve.. But there is no responce till 72 hours iagain called on 22 they saided to wait 48 hours..
And at last today[protected] i called to cutomer care... They said we assure you we will pickup your product with in 48 hours but i asked why i will bear i don, t want to bear the situation then the senior executive hyper and said now we don, t refund your amount and the complain closed by saying that he have called on 24 th and hence my number was not reachable that, s why they are closing the case and they don, t give my amount back... I really need this amount i already facing problem i, m a college student i can, t afford this amount wasting but from snapdeal they are saying that we can, t do anything u have to bear the amount

    Have ordered one home theatre and post delivery when i checked the product, there was no warranty card, wire was not intact for speaker.
    Also the quality of the product was very bad. On high volume it gives a bad sound.
    When i was not satisfied i requested for refund, but snapdeal upfront refused for the refund saying the box was open.
    As per snapdeal the tag says easy refund but with such experience it does not look like same.
    Also the customer care person told do what ever you want to do, they will not refund.
    I have to go for consumer forum and need to file a fraud case.

      We purchased this sonama wardrobe back in october 2016 and it came with missing parts.

      After many many phone calls, emails, and facebook messages we were told the missing parts would be sent or we would receive a refund because we cannot use the wardrobe with missing parts. This went on for months with lies and promises over and over again.

      Eventually we had to return to the uk but was promised the parts would be sent out so they would be delivered by our return.

      It is now 8 months later and still no parts.

      I will now instruct my lawyer to file a fir (Section 175c) against you for breach of contract and will be contacting every social media outlet possible to let them know about your complete lack of trading standards.

        Sir i placed a order from snapdeal a rayban sunglass on 13 june 1017. This product delivered my on 16 june 2017.
        When opened the product it contain only sunglass. It not contain the leather case which are clearly mentioned in the product description.
        Regarding to this problem i called to customer care of snapdeal. They accept my complaint and told me to wait for 2days. After 2days i received a mail from snapdeal and asked me leather case isnot included with this sunglass. Then i replied of this mail with screenshot of product description in which clearly mentioned the leather case with sunglass. Then they furthur sent mail to me we give 500rs for this leather case they told me you can purchase from market but i denied for this because it is not easily available in market. Then i further called to customer care and i told to you give me a leather case but they told me it is not possible. Then i said to return my product and they accept my request.
        The product picked up successfully on 21st june 2017 by snapdeal courier partner and it reached to snapdeal at 23rd june 2017 then product goes in quality check. The quality check was successful on 23rd june 2017.
        I called to customer care they told me your product is successfully recieved to snapdeal and your quality check is successful. And we initiate your refund in 24hour and we return your money in your bank account.
        But refund isnot initiated by snapdeal tillnow
        Todat i called to customer care for refund. They told me we can't refund your money because your account is blacklisted by our internal team. Then i asked to reason for this. They told me we can't help in this case and not give any information about this because this is our policy. We can't share any information about this.
        Then i further called to customer care and i asked for reason. They told me you cancelled order many time due to which snapdeal had loss so your account is blacklisted. We can't return your money.

        Sir really sorry from my side for this. But i cancelled order on that case when valid problem with me. I purchased many product from snapdeal like 3 watches and apple cider vinegar and protien shaker and used it till now. But i also returned some products like track pant powerbank but only returned in that case when actual problem with this. Track pant wasnot fit to me and powerbank isnot working.
        Sir i have only two account with snapdeal because first account registered mobile number is closed. Then i opened 2nd account on snapdeal and first email id already registered to snapdeal so i attached 2nd email id. Apart this i have no any account with snapdeal.
        Sir i am a genuine customer. I am not a fake customer so please return my money this time. I promised you i willnot cancel any product in future.
        Sir i am a student and 6590 is a large amount for me

                  I purchased leeco le2 (32gb), order no: so[protected] suborder no: [protected] from snapdeal on jan 11th 2017, paying rs.10, 999/- had issues with the phone right from the beginning, would get heated up on charging. Inspite of mailing snapdeal did not receive any response. Two days back it completely crashed, unable to even switch it on. It is hardly 5 months since i purchased it. It is still within the warranty period.

                  Finally received a mail from snapdeal, mentioning the service centre at hyderabad. Snapdeal did not bother to even give the phone no of the service centre. Googled and got the phone no., on contacting them, they bluntly said they are not authorized, kindly contact snapdeal and cut the phone. When i spoke to the snapdeal customer care executives - simron & arjun sharma, they bluntly refused to help us and said we can't do anything about this.

                  The least they could do is give us a valid authorised service centre to get the phone repaired. This is not expected from snapdeal. Why should i forgo rs.10, 999 for no fault of mine.

                  Request you to send me a valid authorized dealers contact number or replace the handset as it is still in the warranty period. Expecting a positive response and hopefully the issue will be addressed.

                    I had ordered a gucci perfume and got lookalike with lower quality (Order id is [protected]). This happened weeks back and the same day within hours i requested for a return pickup.

                    Since then nothing has happened to the request and i’ve been trying to reach their customer care with email/phone. The customer care team said they’ll look into it - but nothing more.

                    I tried to reach the last mile logistics partner delhivery and they also said they’ll look into it - but nothing more

                    Wrote multiple emails to and even to kunal bahl and rohit bansal - still no action regarding the pickup.

                    At my wit's end, i'm left with the last option of starting several social media campaigns to bright to light the behaviour of snapdeal and delihivery

                    Sure, amazon / flipkart has sellers who sell fake items - but their customer support was not this shabby.

                          I got fraud call asking to purchase 4000 rupees products. After adding all items to cart he asked to call. He asked our card number and one time password by that i got to know that he is fraud and asked cancel the order.
                          In case of fraud he asked complain on snapdeal. Snapdeal is reputated company should keep check on these kind of fraud to keep their customers.

                            I bought a shoe from snapdeal but the size of shoe was different, so i returned it. The product was picked up on 3rd june and the refund was first initiated on 7th but i didn't recieve it. I mailed them of this problem and i got just 12 rupees in my freecharge account that was used on the time of payment initially. Money paid in cash was not refunded.

                              I have received mobile handset from snapdeal which is faulty., main problem is calling.in the replacement process snapdeal has not sort out the problem, and sent same mobile without repairing/replacing.

                              Snapdeal has rejected my replacement request without any reason. So many e-mail write to snapdeal but not given proper reason for rejection.

                                I had ordered iphone 6 and it gets automatically cancelled saying that the product is now out of stock...i had paid for the phone through debit card...they told me they will refund after 4-7 days...but till now they had not refunded...my order id is [protected]...i want my refund back as soon as possible

                                  Complaint received from pgportal : order id [protected] 1 item placed on 09 jun, 2017 via snapdeal. Placed an cod order when the product is coming to deliver i paid the amount. When, i open the packet and see there is no box in the packet. Empty box is given to me. When i put a return request of the product then cancel it and suspended my account. Taking my money of rs 6499 they are saying that we r unable to fulfill ur request and denied to refund my money. Plz sir help me

                                    Bought a DSLR bag for 2000. As per the return policy, the product can be returned for refund of amount or for replacement within 7 days. Also the return policy clearly states the product can be returned incase the consumer is dissatisfied with the product/ if damaged etc. They do not follow and I had to speak to a sick customer care executive who has no clue what his job is. Waste of time and money. I highly recommend Amazon.in. Do not use snapdeal.
                                    My product was returned to me. The Return policy is not followed and is misleading. It has to be clearly mentioned that products will not be replaced or refund will not be provided if dissatisfied with the product. Snapdeal stop cheating with easy return policy and not following it.                                       I bought Allen solly shocks but due to poor quality of product I have returned it. As now you are denying to return my amount even I have already returned the product.
                                      It is clear fraud done by you.
                                      You have never informed me regarding any type of returning issue. And with out any intimation you can't do this.
                                      If my money will not be refunded I will take this matter in consumer court.

                                        I order chinos from snapdeal but size was small so i request for to return item,
                                        After 2days i got call from courier company regarding my return order pick-up, i gave them all detail my order number, address in proper details. After some time i get one more call for some reason again i have gave same detail. I got 4-5 calls for same reason. Then courier person said me he is comeing in 1hr to pick-up the item after 2hr i called him then he said give me proper address, he i 30mint he will come, again after 2 hr i called him then he said 1 hr more but unfortunately that person not came that day.

                                        Next again call same details, another person so i said why? You people are giving false timeing

                                        So they said (Order dena hai to do ya maat do ye sab muje mat bolo) such unprofessional person there plzz don't buy any thing from snapdeals.
