I purchased leeco le2 (32gb), order no: so[protected] suborder no: [protected] from snapdeal on jan 11th 2017, paying rs.10, 999/- had issues with the phone right from the beginning, would get heated up on charging. Inspite of mailing snapdeal did not receive any response. Two days back it completely crashed, unable to even switch it on. It is hardly 5 months since i purchased it. It is still within the warranty period.
Finally received a mail from snapdeal, mentioning the service centre at hyderabad. Snapdeal did not bother to even give the phone no of the service centre. Googled and got the phone no., on contacting them, they bluntly said they are not authorized, kindly contact snapdeal and cut the phone. When i spoke to the snapdeal customer care executives - simron & arjun sharma, they bluntly refused to help us and said we can't do anything about this.
The least they could do is give us a valid authorised service centre to get the phone repaired. This is not expected from snapdeal. Why should i forgo rs.10, 999 for no fault of mine.
Request you to send me a valid authorized dealers contact number or replace the handset as it is still in the warranty period. Expecting a positive response and hopefully the issue will be addressed.
