I have raised complain to them around a month ago. They denied my request by mentioning that a tracking bat code is missing. However i had shared multiple images with them on same day when i received the parcel. The phone box was broken, old and tempted by somebody. When i lounged a complaint, they escalated and revert that it is my mistake that bar code is missing and refund will not be provided. I asked them multiple times to give me a reason for not processing my request, but they didn't clarify and continuously said sorry for all my questions.
I mentioned to follow their company policy that this bar code thing is mentioned in website then it is at customer's end, but they denied to clarify again. I have talked to their seniors as well names are imran, manmeet, lokesh and one more lady. All of them said only one thing that it will not be processed as parcel doesn't have bar code. So if that bar code is so important then why do they put it on outer package, not they should have one more copy of such important thing. If done is listening from #snapdeal then it is my humble request to kindly look into my case and resolve things cz i have provided more than required information to snapdeal and if this case is not solved then it would be a clear cheating for me.
I have their call recording in which they are saying that bar code is missing & they won't process this request. But when i ask them to provide me a person's name who is responsible for reporting with bar code then they change topic. A lady from senior department, shouted and cut my phone without prior information to me. I called then again and she denied to talk to me. I just want a result in my favor. Didn't matter that they give me refund or replacement. Cz i needed a phone in urgency, so i ordered 2nd phone and i received it perfectly and paid for 2nd phone in cash, trusting that snapdeal will give me refund once they're internal things are sorted. But they turned away to do something else. I would highly appreciate if this portal can help me solve my query.
