Complaint received from pgportal : order id [protected] 1 item placed on 09 jun, 2017 via snapdeal. Placed an cod order when the product is coming to deliver i paid the amount. When, i open the packet and see there is no box in the packet. Empty box is given to me. When i put a return request of the product then cancel it and suspended my account. Taking my money of rs 6499 they are saying that we r unable to fulfill ur request and denied to refund my money. Plz sir help me

    Bought a DSLR bag for 2000. As per the return policy, the product can be returned for refund of amount or for replacement within 7 days. Also the return policy clearly states the product can be returned incase the consumer is dissatisfied with the product/ if damaged etc. They do not follow and I had to speak to a sick customer care executive who has no clue what his job is. Waste of time and money. I highly recommend Amazon.in. Do not use snapdeal.
    My product was returned to me. The Return policy is not followed and is misleading. It has to be clearly mentioned that products will not be replaced or refund will not be provided if dissatisfied with the product. Snapdeal stop cheating with easy return policy and not following it.       I bought Allen solly shocks but due to poor quality of product I have returned it. As now you are denying to return my amount even I have already returned the product.
      It is clear fraud done by you.
      You have never informed me regarding any type of returning issue. And with out any intimation you can't do this.
      If my money will not be refunded I will take this matter in consumer court.

        I order chinos from snapdeal but size was small so i request for to return item,
        After 2days i got call from courier company regarding my return order pick-up, i gave them all detail my order number, address in proper details. After some time i get one more call for some reason again i have gave same detail. I got 4-5 calls for same reason. Then courier person said me he is comeing in 1hr to pick-up the item after 2hr i called him then he said give me proper address, he i 30mint he will come, again after 2 hr i called him then he said 1 hr more but unfortunately that person not came that day.

        Next again call same details, another person so i said why? You people are giving false timeing

        So they said (Order dena hai to do ya maat do ye sab muje mat bolo) such unprofessional person there plzz don't buy any thing from snapdeals.

          I have ordered chair (Payment made from sbi) and returned it because of hydraulic problem.
          They showed me that "we have refunded the amount". But there was no refund in my sbi account. I have complained them mailed them my account statement about 10 times. But they didnt care and kept on saying that they have refunded the amount and its not their issue its bank issue and ate my money 5628/-.
          Please help me get my money from these cheaters.

            I have bought mobile company xolo model era 2 from online shopping site snapdeal.com on 17 mar 2017 and within the return policy term i have been raised complaint with the company and they replace my phone first time after following every necessary requirement by them after replacing first phone the second one is also having some faults which has been also verified by their engineer and given the replacement or refund jobsheet i have submitted phone with them and till today i have not received my phone as well as refund.
            I have contacted customer care and mailed so many times but they never willing to give me the refund and my phone also so i request you to look after this matter as already two months passed but no reply from them.
            If go to there facebook page lots of complaint like this has been registered this the mass cheating going on please do something people are cheating openly and loosing their hard earn money.

              Hello all,

              Recently i have purchased a 2 tb hdd from snapdeal. The hdd performance is poor so i decided for refund. I initiated the process. After 2 days i got a text msg stating that i am eligible for refund. I called customer care immediately and asked the reason first they were telling its because of the wrongly sent bank details. Later there is no proper response from them and the support guys are telling your case has been closed and you will not get the refund. I dont know how they can close a case with out customer's approval.

              Please help me in this and try to get my money back. I cannot run a faulty hdd with me by wasting 6180 rs from my pocket.

                I have ordered "AOC FULL HD LED Tv"(Le40v50m5) but they sent me a "aoc READY HD"(le40m1270) model it is not of that cost, it was delivered on 20/6/2017 and i requested for refund they did not respond
                i requested refund on 21/6/2017, they also displayed request date 21/6/2017,
                but i did not get any response call, a day after they also changed the request date to 22/6/2017
                they are not responding to my calls and several mails, may be they are trying to delay my request and deny my it as per refund terms

                  My consignment no is b903q6688425 that is dispatched by nsdl on 09-june-2017 and showing a message of expected to be delivered by 19-june-2016.
                  But still i m waiting for my parcel.
                  While tracking the consignment at first flight site it show out of delivery​ on 19-june-2017 from delhi. I don't not where is my parcel because your not giving any update after 19-june-2017.
                  If it is possible to share exact location of parcel, share the location with me i will pick my parcel from your office because it is urgent for me. If you are not able to share location and deliver the consignment at my address please send back it to ndls.

I am continuously following up with them but neither snapdeal no seller is resolving my issue. Both snapdeal and seller are making fraud with the customer. I had written on their social media page but only got templatise replies. I have tweeted to their ceo mr. Kunal bahl but even he is not bothered to revert to consumer's query.

                      I am unable to get my refundable amount wroth 5249 against order id :[protected]. Approached to customer care centre, but sad to inform not a single executive gave satisfactory solution. My order details are below mention.

                      Product returned: 5th june 2017

                      According to return terms & condition, i was suppose to get my refundable amount with in 7-10 working days. Yet i am unable to receive it in my account.

                        This is regarding the refund of "iball q700 (3g + wifi, calling, brown)" product against order no. - [protected]. Since from 90 days we are facing the problem that we get the mail for initiation of refund but we didnt get it. We connecting daily with your people but its just wasting our time by just listening from snap deal team that "we will work on it and give us 7-10 working days", and still i didnt received my refund after 95days. What is going on? Do you know how much charge we pay to telephonic bills on you? I am very dissatisfied with your service.                         Till now i have received only courier charge and free charge amount. But still the product amount deducted from my debit card still not refunded.

                          I have raised complain to them around a month ago. They denied my request by mentioning that a tracking bat code is missing. However i had shared multiple images with them on same day when i received the parcel. The phone box was broken, old and tempted by somebody. When i lounged a complaint, they escalated and revert that it is my mistake that bar code is missing and refund will not be provided. I asked them multiple times to give me a reason for not processing my request, but they didn't clarify and continuously said sorry for all my questions.

                          I mentioned to follow their company policy that this bar code thing is mentioned in website then it is at customer's end, but they denied to clarify again. I have talked to their seniors as well names are imran, manmeet, lokesh and one more lady. All of them said only one thing that it will not be processed as parcel doesn't have bar code. So if that bar code is so important then why do they put it on outer package, not they should have one more copy of such important thing. If done is listening from #snapdeal then it is my humble request to kindly look into my case and resolve things cz i have provided more than required information to snapdeal and if this case is not solved then it would be a clear cheating for me.

                          I have their call recording in which they are saying that bar code is missing & they won't process this request. But when i ask them to provide me a person's name who is responsible for reporting with bar code then they change topic. A lady from senior department, shouted and cut my phone without prior information to me. I called then again and she denied to talk to me. I just want a result in my favor. Didn't matter that they give me refund or replacement. Cz i needed a phone in urgency, so i ordered 2nd phone and i received it perfectly and paid for 2nd phone in cash, trusting that snapdeal will give me refund once they're internal things are sorted. But they turned away to do something else. I would highly appreciate if this portal can help me solve my query.

                                  I ordered 2 types of products from snapdeal 2 salmon omega and 1 nutrilite daily. I however received a different product 3 amla container per container costing rs.180. I immediately contacted snapdeal authority in this regard a week ago. But they give ambiguous answers such as the orders were given incorrectly which is obviously nonsense because i still have the invoice and rechecked it and then informed them.                                     I am manish kumar rai and i am facing problem in replacing a nokia 130 dual sim mobile from snapdeal company
                                    Actually i order for (Red color) nokia 130 dual sim mobile phone, but they (Snap deal) delivered me black color and the head phone (Ear phone) in the box is from some kdm company but not from nokia company on 18/6/2017, since then i send too many e-mails, phone calls and web site complains but no response received yet.

                                      The google nexus 5 32gb phone was supposed to be a new phone as per snapdeal, which it didn't turn out to be.
                                      Order details are as follows:-

                                      Imagine for a middle class person rs.18549/- being kept by snapdeal for sub standard product supplied, which was returned and also confirmed from snapdeal as per the return report of the executive who picked up the product.
                                      The response mail from [protected]@snapdeal.com is just an automated response which says as to that there are some issues with your account and the hence we cannot refund the amount.
                                      The [protected]@snapdeal.com mail id does not respond to any user queries.
                                      From the snapdeal website, when a request is made for the issue all i get a standard automated response.
                                      The customer case number [protected], it is nearly impossible to reach to any customer care executive to talk to. I was lucky enough to get to them twice, after a number of calls, but each, i was told that there are some issues with your account and we cannot issue the refund. There was no senior personnel to talk to no escalation e-mail or contact number to raise the issue. This is pathetic, really pathetic customer handling by snapdeal.
                                      This is simply looting the hard earned money of the customer.
                                      Please arrange to resolve the issue and get the amount refunded as soon as possible.

                                        This is really disappointing that the customer is following the rules and policies related to the return policy and the one who framed it is not following the same. I got a product ordered from snapdeal and due to the size issue i have requested to replace the same with different size. The product was not picked up by anyone from the snapdeal team. I have got so many calls from your team to tell the reason for replacement and everytime i asked them for pick up and tell them the issue related to the product. Your team always assure me that the pick up will be scheduled in next 1-2 day and being a good customer i was patient through the whole process. But now its enough as the time has been passed for return or replace request but now i need my money back with no replacement. Worst customer service service i have ever seen. Reply me and take the action against this as soon as possible. Otheriwse i will claim for the same in other manner which i know.
