I bought nike shoes costing ruppee 4495 from snapdeal. But the shoes got torn within 3 months from date of purchase.
I visited nike showroom and they told me that original nike shoes have warranty and i have to contact the place from where i bought my shoes.

On checking more on internet, i came across similar complaints from more people also. Below is one such complaint.

Also, the shoes is coming as invalid product in my order history which further confirms that the show is fake and has been removed by snapdeal now.

I contacted snapdeal with this information and also wrote to "[protected]@snapdeal.com". Every time they replied to my mails saying that they are working on my problem and their representative will get in touch with me regarding this.
Initially for first few weeks they replied same to my mails. But they have stopped replying also and are not giving any information about refund for selling me fake shoes.

Please help me to resolve this problem as snapdeal has stopped replying or sharing any information about fake shoes.

Pasting communication i had with them in last one month.

Such incidences cause trouble to customer and damage trust on snapdeal.
I came across similar compaint from more people also.

The shoes sold to me are also fake.
Please check with your concerned teams/retailer and take appropriate action to get the shoe replaced or exchanged.

It has been 20 days since i raised this issue with snapdeal. But no one has contacted me till now. Every time i get the
Automated reply to wait. Have also shared consumer forum link for another complaint about fake shoe of same
Type. Please share more details and refund the money or else i am left with no other option than filing a complaint in
Consumer board/forum.

    I have ordered an mobile from snapdeal on 3rd of july 2017.. And i have received the product on 5th on july 2017.. But the screen was broken.. It went for replacement on 6th and on 10th it was approved.. And till 16th i was miss guided.. And on 16th i got an email sating that my account of snapdeal is being blocked and ill not get my refund/replacement/even my old product.. I again complaint about it but again i m getting the same replies from the snapdeal... I have even complaint about the issue on twitter then too same response and today they are telling that they have found some fraud transactions in my account... I have attached the copy of the email i have got..

      I purchased 3 items from snapdeal till date.
      You all will be surprised that all 3 products are defective.
      1. Sony car audio system purchased for rs 10000 but from day one it's radio fm is not at all working.
      2. Car 3d mat purchased for rs 1100, when received there is a hole in one mat which is easily visible, this shows that snapdeal people willingly send there defective products to customers.
      3 phillips trimming machine for rs 950. After one month its blade were jammed and when i took it to service centre they said blade will change and it will cost you rs 500... Disgusting.
      Same trimmer my brother also purchased from amazon which is working perfectly and it look like of good quality and my trimmer looks duplicate/ light in front of trimmer purchased from amazon.

      Please don't purchase products from snapdeal, they sell defective and duplicate products and cheat customers.

      Got call from snapdeal asking for my card number so that they can transfer amount.
      I don't think it's safe to share my card details.
      My dear snapdeal people please transfer that amount to that account through which I paid online while making transaction.

                Dear team,

                I have ordered a usha rice cooker from snapdeal.com worth rs. Of 6220 on 2 may 2017. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. On 22 may 2017, i got a message from snapdeal.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"

                I waited till 10 jun 2017 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called snapdeal.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Snapdeal.com is not going to loot your money. They provided me an rrn number. I called to sbi customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant snapdeal.com. When i told sbi guys to check rrn number, they dont know rrn number, they told me that to contact snapdeal.com.

                  Hi,
                  My refund against order id: [protected] is long pending. Product against this order no. Was returned on the same date thu, 8 june, 2017 when i received defective product from snapdeal thu, 8 jun, 2017 but still the money is not refunded. I have already provided bank details as per the request. All necessary compliances as required by company is already done. I several calls to snapdeal team. But they always assured me for clearing my refund within few days but till date i am awaiting my refund despite of sharing my bank account details.

                  Please help me asap.

                    Hi,

                    I had purchased a baby pram on 2 jul17 (Order i'd [protected], brand - r for rabbit) from the site and they delivered this product of on 14th jul 17 at my place, it was an prepaid order.

                    Same day on 14th night i initiated a return request from there app stating the size is small for my baby and after that they send me an mail stating that they can't process my request.

                    I was so surprised and caled up customer care that guy (Navjot) told me that they can't return it due to size issue, if der is any damage or detect in the product then only they can return my product i was soon surprised because their return policy says dat if customer faces size issue den they will return the product.

                    I mailed these guys 3 times bt no response and then today ie 19th jul i again called up their customer care that why they are not returning my product and i got a completely answer today... Nw they are saying m nt an authentic customer as per their back-end team. Reason for this is i hv initiated return request multiple times i told them to transfer my call to their manager so that i can get a better or clear picture of this reason, den dat executive put me on hold for 40 mins and then suddenly their ivr speaking us to wait is also gone call was connected only bt no voice from other side.

                    Kindly look into dis matter and refund my any.

                    As snapdeal reprensantative mentioned above I got a call from them yesterday only. That guy told me he is looking at this matter and the resolution will be provided in next 48hrs.

                    And again today I have received a mail from Snapdeal stating the product cannot be returned because the item delivered in good condition. This is the third time customer care changed there reason to not returning my product. However, I wrote mail to snapdeal CEO Kunal also, but as expected no response from him.

                    The product is too small for my baby and the size issue can be exchanged.

                    Snapdeal is only fooling there customers.
                    Kindly look in this matter.

                    The snapdeal people are calling me stating they will not gonna return my product as in there customer authention my account is not passed.

                    Ealier when then was no return request from my side my account are accurate for them suddenly it became an authenticion issues.

                    You guys just don't want to refund the customers money and all this will not work for a longer time.

                    The CEO of the company is also not replying!!! Is this is the after sale policy of yours.

                    I will publish this issue where ever I can and make other innocent customer aware about your this game.

                      I ordered Kent Grand Plus RO+UV+UF Water Purifier through snapdeal online shopping site. site was showing Rs 14899.00 per unit cost, but at the end site deduct Rs. 15898.00. When I closely observed the site I found that on the first e-page are showing Rs 14899 but as anyone click for purchase it turned into Rs 15898.

                        Below are the details of my orders for which i had placed cancellation request long ago but i didn't get my refund till date. It's been a long time i didn't get proper answer from you

                        I have called their customer care many times but they say product is already dispatched and with the courier and as soon as the courier return the product we will initiate your refund but it's been more than 25 days since the product is with the courier and they even don't have any details about courier no. Etc. Many times i have filed complaint they don't even reply.

                        After a lot of follow up they issued refund but unfortunately the refunded money wasn't credited to my bank account before one month. I did another rounds of follow up for that. I have decided to not to do any online transaction from snapdeal now onwards.

                            I have placed an order for essence life style blue casual shoes order no [protected] on 17th may 2017 anf same day i have returned in on the same day due to size problem and order is also picked on the same day i. E 17th may 2017. I have waited for week but i didn't receive my money so i have make a call to snapdeal care, they informed me that they have refunded it on 22may2017 and also provided me rrn asked me to visit bank and confirm my money. When i have visited it bank employees said its invalid id and when i have call to sbi care they also said me in valied id. So again i have made a call to snapdeal care and said about rrb no is invalid, they have asked me to wait for 24hours but after 24 hours also i didn't receive my money in my bank account they asked me to share my bank statement and that also i have shared with sanpdeal then also i didn't get my refund. Its almost 25 days nd more then 10 calles i have made to snapdeal care back to back day's and every time they have asked me to wait for 24 hours.

                            So i kindling requst you to refund my 517 + penalty +call charges more then 100 rs

                              Hi

                              I had order an item from snapdeal on jun11, 2017 and i got the product on 15.

                              When i opened the product (4g wifi datacard unlocked), it feels me it was used one for sometime and it was not properly unlocked.

                              So after seeing such item what the customer will be doing by default return or replace the item. I did the same to refund it.
                              But i got a mesage from snapdeal saying due to some transactions in snapdeal, we wont take the refund request and cus care told me, it was closed my backend team. I dont have any choice and reached here to get resolution.

                              I had raised refund request not replacement request as per snapdeal policy.Am looking for refund not happy with Replacement of the product.So As per Snapdeal Refund policy kindly refund amount.

                              Because the product provided in snapdeal is higher amount for todays rate.So I can buy product from outside shops.Kindly do the refund asap.

                                  I ordered a a anarkali suit on 10 june and returned it manually. After that i track the product on 17 july and mailed to snapdeal to refund my money, i got reply from there side that they issued a refund of 1249 on 12july. Even i dont got any confirmation nor UTR NO. From there side

                                        My name is suprobhat dutta. I purchased a small table fan called activa tini from snapdeal.com price rs 1308 on 2nd jun 2017. Order id [protected]. Fan arrived on 7th june. When i opened box saw lots of damages and defects in the fan so booked return on that same day. That fan was then picked up from my home next day 8th june by reverse courier person. And they mailed that once the product reaches their local godown and quality check is done they will refund my money within 2 days. Then next day 9th june i received another mail stating quality check is done and its fine. And my refund is approved and money will be credited within 2 days. Today is 17th june. Over one week has passed they still didnt credited my money in my account. I called their customer care 3 times. And the executives there tells same story everytime. Sir dont worry your money is safe with us and due to some technical issues it might have not been credited yet. We will send it into your account within 24hours. And each day passes nothing happens. Already 3 days passed since my last call. And total approx 10days have passed i am yet to receive my money back. While other companies like flipkart and amazon refunds money within 2 hours of picking up return item. Snapdeal seems in no mood to return money. Its a fraud and cheat company. They just ate up my money. Shameful and disappointing.
