I am an azzaro chrome customer since the last 10 years. I usually buy my products from the stores and recently i went online shopping and saw a very good deal for azzaro chrome on snapdeal only to recieve a duplicate product from them.
When i consulted customer care they took down my complaint saying it will be replaced only to know a day later that perfumes cannot be replaced.
I am ok with the policy but what i cant comprehend...
