I have ordered the seagate backup plus slim 2tb portable external hard drive & mobile device backup (Blue), as committed by snap-deal, i supposed to get the 10% cashback on the same product if the transaction has been made by icici net banking. After order confirmation i got the message that i would get my cash back by 31 may. But still cashback not came,
I called customer care 4 times they told they can raise my issue after wards...

I am an azzaro chrome customer since the last 10 years. I usually buy my products from the stores and recently i went online shopping and saw a very good deal for azzaro chrome on snapdeal only to recieve a duplicate product from them.
When i consulted customer care they took down my complaint saying it will be replaced only to know a day later that perfumes cannot be replaced.
I am ok with the policy but what i cant comprehend...

I purchased hi-tech membrane for my ro from snapdeal and damaged item has been delivered to me. I requested for refund immediately but after 15 days no return and refund has been processed. I called to customer care 4-5 times and they told to pick up the item in next 1-2 days but no one came to pick up the item.
