I ordered a a anarkali suit on 10 june and returned it manually. After that i track the product on 17 july and mailed to snapdeal to refund my money, i got reply from there side that they issued a refund of 1249 on 12july. Even i dont got any confirmation nor UTR NO. From there side
Now its been 10 days and amount is not showing in my account
Now tell me on what basis of proof will i claim on bank

        My name is suprobhat dutta. I purchased a small table fan called activa tini from snapdeal.com price rs 1308 on 2nd jun 2017. Order id [protected]. Fan arrived on 7th june. When i opened box saw lots of damages and defects in the fan so booked return on that same day. That fan was then picked up from my home next day 8th june by reverse courier person. And they mailed that once the product reaches their local godown and quality check is done they will refund my money within 2 days. Then next day 9th june i received another mail stating quality check is done and its fine. And my refund is approved and money will be credited within 2 days. Today is 17th june. Over one week has passed they still didnt credited my money in my account. I called their customer care 3 times. And the executives there tells same story everytime. Sir dont worry your money is safe with us and due to some technical issues it might have not been credited yet. We will send it into your account within 24hours. And each day passes nothing happens. Already 3 days passed since my last call. And total approx 10days have passed i am yet to receive my money back. While other companies like flipkart and amazon refunds money within 2 hours of picking up return item. Snapdeal seems in no mood to return money. Its a fraud and cheat company. They just ate up my money. Shameful and disappointing.

          I had purchased eveready 550w mixer grinder for rs.1900/-
          I returned it within 7days as it was faulty. I had been asked to self courier it to mumbai address. I paid courier charge rs.300 but after 3times attempts it was not collected by warehouse company.

          I again call the customer care, snapdeal asked me to send to another warehouse. This time again i sent the courier with again rs.300 charge.

          Courier is received by snapdeal on 15th may. I had attached the both courier charges to snapdeal (Rs.600)

          Now it looks my account is suspended. I am not able to call customercare and make any other purchase.

            My name is yash
            I ordered iphone 5s space grey 16gb from snapdeal.
            I ordered iphone 5s 17 april 2017. And it will delivered me to 24 april 2017.
            And when i open package then saw that in that box i received ubon headphone.
            Then 24 april 2017 i registered complaint that i received different product which i ordered. Then i also call snapdeal customer care they said that we are investigate your complaint.
            Then they investigate 6-7 days regarding this complaint. Then one day one executive say that this is wrong complaint actually this is empty box complaint.
            Then they investigate this complaint to again 6-7 days.
            Then one day one other executive say that two investigation are not investigate in one tikit no. Then they change the tikit no. Then again 6-7 days investigation they do.in empty box complaint. Then after 14 may one senior executive say that we want that product then i send that product manually through dtdc. When first time they go to warehouse then they say that return from is bend and reject the parcel. Then again they go to warehouse after completing the return form. Then they said that we are not received the product after 2:00pm and they refused to accept. Then parcel is again return to me. And after 18 days snapdeal pickup the product from delhivery.
            And after 54 days when parcel is reached to snapdeal warehouse and when they done they quality check they say that failed in quality check. So replacement is declined. And
            Return item will be sent back to you.
            After 54 days they guys are say that we are sorry we can't do anything regarding this.
            I purchased iphone 5s they deliver me ubon headphone.
            And now they said that sorry
            In this days i call snapdeal around 300-350 times.
            This is the worst online shopping site i ever show. Please suggest me what can i do now. Because they close my complaint now.
            Now i don't want product i want my money back. I don't want any product from snapdeal.

            Please sir do it something.
            Your team say that product is failed in quality check. And barcode is missing. Please sir. I purchased this phone emi.
            And now your team say we can not do anything in this case.

              when we are ready to purchase they are ready to take our money and order, but when we try to return they come up with new schemes and pathetic stories, there is no threshold for returns and if it is the case they have to mention
              for a product to purchases internal checks are not made and they are ready to steal our money, but when the product is fake they come up with new stores, worse possible customer service

                I was purchase a Titan analog watch on 18 April 2017 and I am not satisfied with this product so I raised the replacement issue and I returned the product as given address after that Snapdeal team said to me that product is different from delevired product and I am regularly communicate
                With Snapdeal but I am not getting any proper response and no updates on site. Till now m not received my product till now and last update on my account was 16 of may further I complain angain than last update was on 10 of June i.e. your refund has been initiated but till now m not received either my refund or product.

                Now I request to you I want only refund of product not the product.

This product is faulty and i am not satisfied with it i want to return and refund it. Later i called maby times but they not resolved my issue they make other befool shown like easy return actually they makes all fool.                       I am an azzaro chrome customer since the last 10 years. I usually buy my products from the stores and recently i went online shopping and saw a very good deal for azzaro chrome on snapdeal only to recieve a duplicate product from them.
                      When i consulted customer care they took down my complaint saying it will be replaced only to know a day later that perfumes cannot be replaced.
                      I am ok with the policy but what i cant comprehend is how can they deliver a duplicate perfume and wash off their hands so easily.
                      I want to ensure azzaro is aware of such practices and take snapdeal to account.
                      If snapdeal cant take accountability on products which cannot be replaced, they should not be selling them in the first place.

                        I am here to 'complain' the behavior of the delivery boy. Dated on 16th june 2017, one of my orders was to delivered today. The delivery guy called in the morning but due to some inconveniences we couldn't get hold of it. He called again in the afternoon stating he was near my area to deliver my product. When he came to give it, i was quite shocked as he behaved quite rudely which was clearly not the way to speak to your customer and clearly grave enough for me to go to the length of writing a complaint about it. Adding to it, he didnt take my signature as a proof along with refusing to pay the change claiming i paid enough. I had to go back and clear out and later he returned after asking firmly, which gave me an impression of complete unethical behaviour of his job. So i'd simply ask you to take care of this situation and also that it doesn't happen again. The delivery guy's name is prakash and his number is [protected]. Hope to get a response from you shortly as soon as possible.

                            I purchased hi-tech membrane for my ro from snapdeal and damaged item has been delivered to me. I requested for refund immediately but after 15 days no return and refund has been processed. I called to customer care 4-5 times and they told to pick up the item in next 1-2 days but no one came to pick up the item.

                              I have repeatedly requested for valid warranty card at [protected]@snapdeal.com after purchase. I have received call twice from customer service stating they are working to send me the valid warranty card. But after a week, there has been no update & snapdeal team is not even responding to my emails. Customer care number never get through. Pathetic service

                                Hi have ordered denim jeans and i returned it on 31st may it is almost 15 days they have not refunded the amount.
                                I call them 7 to 8 times they say they have technical issues wait for 24 to 48 hours no response.
                                So i'm going to consumer court snap deal has cheated me. I need my money back with the interest. Learn some thing from amazon and flipkart

                                  I ordered philips qg3387/15 trimmer from snapdeal which was later sent by one fraud seller syam world, 101, sairam complex, causway road, katargam, surat.
                                  I receive pavket on cod basis amount 1849.
                                  Product inside was nova nhc8009 which is not ordered and worth less than 1000rs.
                                  When i tried for return than i saw that my order shows cancelled.in snapdeal and i cannot return it.
                                  I saw other complaints are also there for same seller on snapdeal. Then why they dont remove this seller???
                                  Dont know if this fraud is done by snapdeal or this seller or both are involved.
                                  I want my money back.

                                  Wow.. What an eye wash for other people who will go through this complaint.
                                  I have already received call from snapdeal and they say that they cannot do anything about it as they already sent message for cancelation of order. My phone have spam filter and all your messages go into spam due to which it was not into my notice.
                                  Does it not become moral duty of snapdeal to call and inform customer?
                                  Does it not become duty of snapdeal to take legal action against such a fraud seller and safeguard its customers???
                                  For me this was my last purchase from. Snapdeal and i will make sure to spread a word to aware more and more people not to buy anything from snapdeal.
                                  I have not received my refund for window screen I had bought for Rs.799. They had sent a different product. when I returned it they have not yet refunded saying that they have not received my package.
                                  When enquired they say they are processing my request and it would be updated within 24 hours.

                                    I bought sony xperia xa mobile phone through snapdeal.com app on 08/01/2017. (Order id [protected]). There was mentioned that it comes with quick charger uch12 in product details. But i didn't got that charger, i got a normal charger uch20 which dont have quick charging system. I lodged complaints many times also in consumerhelplinegov.in (Complaint no. 173205 & 158727) but nothing happened. Their representatives call n misbehave with me and closes the complaint with silly comments. I just want that charger otherwise give me compensation for that fraud and cheting done by snapdeal.

                                      I have ordered a samsung earphone 2 days ago. And it is not yet dispatched. I am facing problems due to late dispatched service of snapdeal. So give a better service.. And dispatched my orderr as soon as possible. I am very inconvinient to get my order in time.. I have ordered many product but not faced such problems.. But i saw that i have ordered 2 days ago an earphone and it is not yet dispatched.. I felt very bad for this service from snapdeal

                                        I'm itinder pal singh having account of snapdeal as a name jacob black from jammu. I ordered puma blue sneaker shoes of rs. 1999/- with suborder id - [protected] on 20-apr-2017 and it has been successfully delivered on 24-apr-2017 after i accepted the order, i submitted the return request on 30-apr-2017 due to the bad quality of product, the return policy of product was 7 days and i placed a request on 30-apr i. E 6th day. Request was successfully placed and they asked for the convenient date and time to reschedule the pickup. I filled all the details for picking​ the product from my home and they replied that we will pick your order tomorrow on 1-may-2017. But next day no one had come to pick it up, also next day on 2-may - 2017 no one came to pick it up and i called them for reminding them toh pick this product, they said we will come please don't worry. On 3-may-2017 they closed my return request as per 7 days return policy expired. But i called them and said 'i submitted my request on 6th day so, it was your fault, no one came to pick my product even i remind you on both days 2nd and 3rd may through a call'. They agreed with my words and said to sent this curior by your own to our new address on 4-may-2017. I went to some curior shop with the product and asked them to ship this product on that address but the shopkeeper replied 'most of the curiors sent back from this address please ask them for a new address'. I called the snapdeal customer care again to check the address you gave me it was not correct according to the curior company and that day they said there are no possibilities to return the product so keep it with you, if you sent it to us there will no refund and the product you receive​from us, you will lost both thing so keep your shoes with you. And they blocked my account and mobile number. After that i made lot of efforts to call them and ask about my account and product returning, they continuously blocked my all mobile numbers and new snapdeal id after asking this information. I even asked for the complaint address for complaining against them but they had continuously blocking my numbers now i finally here to get some help from consumer forum. All the evidence like pictures​ and screenshots are attached. Please suggest me any solution or way to get rid from this unconvince caused to me.
