I ordered an item from snapdeal on 03/4/2017 order id [protected] named Symphony 12 Ltr Diet 12T Air Cooler of cost 6299. After delivered the item, I returned within 7days according to T&C but still I don't receive any refund or replacement. I tried to contact with customer care survice center but none took my complaint seriously. Everyday, they says wait for 24 hours. I h've the pickup sheet of returning the item and I allready shared that with them but still no-one is there to help me. Please help me...

After delivered the item, I returned within 7days according to T&C but still I don't receive any refund or replacement.       Snapdeal, I don't receive any refund yet. Why are you so lazy? I'm contacting with you everyday but everyday you(customer care survice center) are saying wait for 24 hrs. Now, you tell me how many 24 hrs. I just want my money 15500 rupees back that's it and nothing.

        Sir, this is regarding my order id [protected] placed on 2nd may 2017 for f&d t30x tower speakers but i was send some frontech make home theater speakers instead of my ordered f& d tower speakers in the package.. I then opted for a return and refund of the product and as directed by snapdeal.com by email dated 20th may 2017 to courier the said parcel by any local courier service within 5 days, i send the above mentioned item by dtdc courier service on 22nd may 2017 by paying rs 1760/, having dtdc consignment no d32997391, next i received a reminder email from them to upload courier receipt and dtdc docket no which i uploaded.. Then i could see from snapdeals return status column that they have already received the item but was surprised to recieve a email on 27th may 2017 stating "we understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to refund it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks". "active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions." therefore i feel cheated and harassed by snapdeal.com.
        I kindly request you to help me to get refund of rs 7700 towards the cost of speakers and rs 1760/ towards courier amount, totaling to approx. Rs 9460/ either in my bank account or in my snapdeal freecharge account. Hence i request you to help me for a earliest settlement to this issue. I have uploaded and attached the photos of the received parcel and its contents and courier payment bill for reference..           I got an email from Snapdeal today.

          After closely reviewing your account, we have found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. As a result, we are cancelling your order and closing your account. Please note that all other open orders and refund claims on this account have also now been cancelled.

          Going forward, you will not be able to make any transactions using this account. You are also strongly advised against operating a co-existing account or opening a new account to place orders. Both such accounts will also be blocked.

          Inspite of several emails and calls customer care people are not even giving my the exact reason also for blocking my account nor they are refunding my money after picking up my returned products which are with in the time limit for return and as per their policy. this is really frustrating and exploiting the customers. my complaint no. registred was 42157526 on 27th may and as on date no one even called me to give an update.

          I wish to get my refund back and reason for blocking my account.

          They even accepted my return but did not refunded my money. This is complete harassment of the customers.
          I have purchase yu yureka s mobile phone but when i open the box of mobile phone then i had found that there is no charge place in the box.

          i have mailed to the company but there is no responce.

            I ordered the above mentioned product with tracking ID[protected] but got a different product. After posting a request for return i got a mail that correct item will be sent with order ID [protected]. The courier boy called to deliver it but demanded for money (which was paid in the first delivery itself Rs. 3500). Then dialed to customer care no. and got the reply, product will be delivered tomorrow (2nd June) also said this information willbe given to courier service. Till today we didnot get anything. I am an aged pensioner using this medicine daily please do favour and arrange for the product delivery.

              Order id: [protected], item: sparx pink running shoe, value: 809. I requested to return two items one was sparx grey running shoe and one was sparx pink running shoe. Now the courier boy took both the item from my end and delivered it back to snapdeal but he delivered grey at place of pink and pink at place of grey. The person who supposed to receive the grey actually received the pink, he refunded the amount against wrong item and the person who was supposed to receive pink actually received grey, said that i delivered a wrong product and refused the return. Now snapdeal has actually returned they sparx grey running shoe for which i already received the return in my bank account.in the whole case the whole mistake was of company delivery system for which i am being exploited. I called snapdeal for this to resolve the issue instead of resolving the issue the couriered back the grey shoe (Physically i received it back at my home) against which they themselves refunded me i. E. They refunded me the money against the shoe and also sent the shoe back to me. I need my refund against sparx pink running shoe because it’s totally snapdeal’s fault not mine that they themselves not able to check at their own end.

                  Puma round neck tshirt with order id [protected] was picked up by snapdeal after a lot of follow up through customer care and return is approved by the snapdeal which can be seen in the screenshot attached here. Still they have not initiated the refund and are not ready to do so.

                  For this particular order neither the delivery nor the return pickup was done on time and i had to do follow up to make it done.

                      The bottle of caboki 25 grams black hair concealer should be filled to the top. Earlier i had lodged complaint about this that the bottles which i had received were half filled. Then i had ordered

                      It just a reminder that it is a shame that the company does not provide with the right stuffs..
                      Never going to order anything from snapdeal and will recommend to other people also.

Therefore I registered a return request with you on 31.05.2017 immediately and on same day it has been received by you. Return request Id i.e. Ticket Id 42217138. Inspite of this, no any attempted made by you to refund the amount as per request made by me. I am requesting you to do need full for me immediately i.e. refund the amount to me. If you failed to do the same then I will have to take a necessary legal action against you.

                          I have purchased tp-link tl-wr840n 300 mbps wireless router. The seller is fortune computer bhiwandi dt thane. Unfortunately, the router has become faulty and requires repairs. Since the router is in warranty, i want to avail the benefit of the same, but delivery box didn't had any warranty card.                               I am writing this in regards to order id -[protected] and order id - [protected].? I had purchased two bluetooth speakers with order id -[protected] and order id - [protected].
                              I got a message that my order has been cancelled but i wanted the product when i contacted your customer care i was told no messages has been sent from your end and product will be delivered and i will get my product delivered by expected delivery date. And i recived the product but when opened i got something else from what i had ordered. The same thing i complaint to your customer care. They asked for picture of the box and the product thereafter they said snapdeal has not send me anything. I have the messages, pictures, video o[censored]nboxing and the statement of the delivery person who delivered the product. The same speaker was sent to me for the both orders. After raising the complaint in consumer fourm with docked number-281367. You investigated and i got a call from ceo desk and then you accepted that there was your fault as the customer executive told me to recieve the product and you aceepted to give me a refund and hence i gave you the neft details. After that i got a message that my refund is recieved and will get refund in 4 business days. But then i got a call and was said that my refund can't be initiated. What's wrong again. Before you said then product was not sent by you now again you are refusing to do a refund after every approval. Investigate the issue and refund my amount. Else you will be responsible for the legal actions i take against you. You have got some loophole in your mangement. I give you 15 days of time for the same. As said by consumer fourm. I hope you will take this seriously. Instead of calling me a fraud you take action against the fraud seller.

                                  Sir with due request informing you that i have not recive my shipment till now my estimate delivery is 29 may. Its very unfortunate that snapdeal is not dealing with costumer properly and i hope you should take care of it. Its rerally embrassing for me that iam waitng for my shipment with very excited and delightfully but i think snapdeal is not taking customer seriously. Please sove my issue immideatelythank you.

                                    I had ordered Dubaria Plain White PVC ID Cards For Inkjet Printers - Set of 230 on Snapdeal on 2nd April 2017, order no [protected].they sent it. But the product was not for inkjet printers. So I request replacement and it was approved, ticket No 41235673, I sent the item with dtdc courier awb no K94019583 on 07/04/2017. They refund my courier charge Rs. 180 on 18/04/2017 in my freecharge account. Snapdeal replaced the product and at the second time the product was the same, it was not for inkjet printer. Snapdeal sent me wrong produc two times. I request for return and it was approved. Return Ticket no 41072969 . i sent the product by DTDC courier with awb no K95851883 on 17/04/2017.They refund my courier charge Rs. 180 on 27/04/2017 in my Freecharge account. It was received at Snapdeal warhouse. Snapdeal conrfimed the reurn and the estimated refund date was 19 April 2017. But Snapdeal have not refund my money still now (02/06/2017). I have mailed and called Snapdeal customer care centre for several times. Everytimes they promised the refund within 24 hours. But so many 24 hrs past. This is a fresh cheating with me by Snapdeal. pls care my issue.

                                      I am blogger and i promote snapdeal products in my website but they are not giving my money.

                                      Earned commission - rs 14000 in my snapdeal affiliate account but not got a single money from it.
                                      I mail them from 6 months regarding same but they reply automate reply that we will look in this issue after no responses i beg them to give my affiliate money. They are not reply from 8 months.
                                      They have no contact no for affiliate promoters
                                      No reply from email.

                                      I already updated my bank info and perse info.

                                      They are fraud they harrased me.

                                      Please sir i want my money back. Otherwise i will complaint at police station of this fraud. I have also proof.

                                        As i received wrong product i placed order anarkali green dress. But i received 3 tops. I raised complaints till now no response snapdeal. They said seller is fake you have to contact to seller. Its not our concern seller is fake or not is totally related to snapdeal.
