Puma round neck tshirt with order id [protected] was picked up by snapdeal after a lot of follow up through customer care and return is approved by the snapdeal which can be seen in the screenshot attached here. Still they have not initiated the refund and are not ready to do so.

For this particular order neither the delivery nor the return pickup was done on time and i had to do follow up to make it done....
