I ordered the above mentioned product with tracking ID[protected] but got a different product. After posting a request for return i got a mail that correct item will be sent with order ID [protected]. The courier boy called to deliver it but demanded for money (which was paid in the first delivery itself Rs. 3500). Then dialed to customer care no. and got the reply, product will be delivered tomorrow (2nd June) also said this information...

Puma round neck tshirt with order id [protected] was picked up by snapdeal after a lot of follow up through customer care and return is approved by the snapdeal which can be seen in the screenshot attached here. Still they have not initiated the refund and are not ready to do so.

For this particular order neither the delivery nor the return pickup was done on time and i had to do follow up to make it done....

I made the payment through paytm n it was successful but after sometime I got msg that the payment transaction failed but not yet received my payment amount back so what o have to do in order to solve this problem coz it was an offer which I won n for that I have to made a purchase of 4000rs n I made it n got successful but now it got failed help as soon as possible...

This is to complaint Snapdeal team has closed return for my pre_paid ordere and not processing th refund for it . The product needs to be returned as it's in damaged, completely broken & and unacceptable condition.
I have many time called and requested to snapdeal help center team, that i only need my product get fixed or replaced, but all vain and even Refund for the same is not getting initiated. And customer care executive is neither...

Sorry to bother you but this requires your attention as things at snapdeal are being run in the most pathetic way. Not sure how many such customers must be in such an embarrassing situation.

Regarding order # [protected] it has been frustrating for me using snapdeal as my shopping portal. I will never use snapdeal portal in future. I have got very bad experience. First thing product was fake and escalated the same but no action taken. I have mailed them 8 times but no single response from there side. Where is my refund of 448rs? It has not been credited yet.
