I placed an with snap deal for. 2 wrangler need and it was delivered, but due to size issue i have decided to return then and have initiated the return request.

I packed both jean into one package and handed over to the courier guys from valcun, but i did not realize that there were two separate return pick ups were arrange.

The courier guy knew that there were two sperate pick ups, instead of returning both jeans, he opened my package and took one jeans and he returned a used trousers to snap deal against the second pick up reference., whereas the courier guy never came to do second pick up.

I spoke to snap deal customer care and convied my concern but they refused to take any action and have returned the used trousers back to me. This is so annoying and frustrating.

I would advise everyone not to shop from snap deal, they are not customer centric and they are involved in these fraudulent activities and cheating consumers

      This is to complaint Snapdeal team has closed return for my pre_paid ordere and not processing th refund for it . The product needs to be returned as it's in damaged, completely broken & and unacceptable condition.
      I have many time called and requested to snapdeal help center team, that i only need my product get fixed or replaced, but all vain and even Refund for the same is not getting initiated. And customer care executive is neither courteous Nor listened completely to the issue.
      Have many times requested to have a word with senior's also...but he cut my call! This happened multiple times which is really rude.This is cheating.
      This is a genuine complaint and
      If you don’t address my request, i will be forced to transfer this case to consumer court. I have all the documents/proofs in my support.

        Sorry to bother you but this requires your attention as things at snapdeal are being run in the most pathetic way. Not sure how many such customers must be in such an embarrassing situation.

        Seems my account has been suspended because i had returned few items.

        Just wanted to understand

        1) is that not the convenience one should have for online shopping? How can you expect things to be first time right which does not happen even if you go to any retail outlet in person?
        2) why was there no mail intimation warning a customer of the consequences?
        3) why don't you have a threshold for returns beyond which you can charge the customer for delivery & return till the next successful goods acceptance?
        4) have you checked the content of the mail which talks the account getting suspended? It was very rude to say the least!!
        5) how can you block an account without prior intimation? Is there no governance observed?

        This is really disappointing. Please be rest assured this experience will be reported to media/legal/public forums/consumer court.

          Regarding order # [protected] it has been frustrating for me using snapdeal as my shopping portal. I will never use snapdeal portal in future. I have got very bad experience. First thing product was fake and escalated the same but no action taken. I have mailed them 8 times but no single response from there side. Where is my refund of 448rs? It has not been credited yet. They are saying refund initiated from their end on 18th April, but it's not yet been credited in my account and it's been more than 45 days now. Please escalate against such fake company.

            By mistake i have selected wrong address. I don't live
            At that place now. So i wan't to change address for this order
            And if not possible then want to cancel this order. If either
            Of this is not done then order will not reach me. And i don't
            Trust delivery guys, because they don't check any id on delivery
            Mostly. So provide the possible solution. You phone number
            Doesn't allow me to reach your executive or cancel my order.
            Your app doesn't allow to change address or cancel order.
            For cancelling order it ask's last three letters of invoice,
            Which seems impossible. If i have not received my order,
            How can i cancel it by giving three last three letters of invoice.

              Please pick up ur damaged delivered item and replace the same by another one. Repeatedly i am sending message but no body comes or to meet with me.                   I received my order of laptop charger on 29th may. the charger I received was not working. There was no freebie (a card reader) in the package. I ordered Lenovo original laptop charger. The seal of the package was open and taped back with a cello tape. The product was not original. I requested for a return but in the return request I mentioned only about the defective charger, so later on the same day (within 1 hour), I sent a mail to snapdeal to update my return request that I also never received the free card reader.
                  the very net day on 30 th may snapdeal pick team came but they refused to take my package back stating the free card reader is not there(I never received it in the first place)

                    Snap deal is cheating customers by shownig huge discount. They will not deliver but cancel the item. Be careful while purchasing anything showing huge discount.
                    For the item sony srs-x55 portable wireless speaker with bluetooth - black, they are giving 74% discount.

                    Twice i tried but, they canceled it. Saying seller is a fraud and mistakenly uploaded price.

                    "your order for sony srs-x55 portable wireless speaker with bluetooth - black couldn't be fulfilled due to a technical error during price upload"

                    They warned me as follows

                    "please be informed that seller might try to deliver a fake product to you. Kindly deny to take the parcel as it will not be of snap deal for
                    Sony srs-x55 portable wireless speaker with bluetooth - black. We will not be help responsible if you accepted the parcel."

                    So friends snapdeal is trying to cheat and there is no seller verification. Please be careful.

                      Bought an invertor from snapdeal on 16th may, 2017 whose internal
                      Parts are moving and is completely dead.
                      Requested for return on 19th but no contact for pickup till date.
                      Registered complaint on customer care but no result.
                      I am getting frequent sms and emails that "pickup failed" but i have
                      Not received a single call from pickup company.
                      Tried calling snapdeal helpline (Also on facebook and email) but given
                      Hollow assurances. I am carrying the defective invertor daily to my
                      Office and back to home as pickup address is my office. This torture
                      Is totally unwarranted and disappointing from snapdeal.

                      Day 15, 30th may 2017
                      It has been four days since my defective invertor is picked up by
                      Snapdeal. No action has been taken since after. It has been 15 days i
                      Am suffering due to lack of invertor at home. My money is blocked with
                      Snapdeal who is cheating with their customers. Please refund my money
                      As soon as possible.

                      Snapdeal customer care is not providing any information regarding the refund and just asking to trust them. One lady customer care executive even said "aap ne sab par bharosa kiya, ab mujh par bhi bharosa kar ke 2-4 din wait kar lijiye"

                      Snapdeal is such a cheat and fraud company with no regards for their customers.

                        I purchased leeco le2 mobile on snapdeal on 14may2017.17may17it was received, but mobile was deffective. Because it can't charge.18may2017 evening it was totally dead. I call ed snapdeal call centre. They reply me. Service engineer will visit and check it.2days engineer was not come. I call snapdeal call centre and told regarding defective mobile. They told me they will pick the mobile. And they pickup the mobil on 22may17. I m calling every day. And snapdeal giving me same reason every day that quality check is balance. W here as the quality check will complete within 24hrs after receiving the mobile as per snapdeal executive statement.

                            Bought a phone from snapdeal. Ordered a white phone but got delivered a blue phone and a defected one also. I returned it but the sent it back coz they said the brand pack is not there. I asked the customer executive before receive the product that if it has again those defects what should i do? They said we will help u and will take it back.
                            Today i visited the service center and they said the warranty has gone from march. But in the product page while i am buying it has mentioned there that it has 3 months brand warranty. Now the snapdeal is denying to return back the product and service center is also denying as it is out of warranty.

                            Snap deal cheated me and my money has got stucked.

                            Till now no response. Still i am with the defective phone. Cant use it and your team refusing for return or refund nor the service center too.

                            It was showing 3 months brand warranty but its already expired from april month.

                            With this questiom your executives also staying silence and saying sorry.

                                I got defect product and fake information has shown on website. No replacement and refund. But it has 3 months replacement warranty. Please find pic. When i mailed after 1 week, they said sorry simply.
                                Fed up and irritated and lost money as well.
                                Please help me to resolve asap.

                                  I have purchased the product Symphony TOUCH-35 31 to 40 Personal White from Snapdeal. Order ID: [protected], Placed on 06 Mar 17, Delivered on 15 Mar 17.
                                  This air cooler makes huge noise even when the fan mode is set to Low or Sleep mode. The air cooler sound is unbearable hence product cannot be put to use.
                                  I could not return this product quickly hoping Symphony would fix and Seller would respond but nothing happened.
                                  I raised several complaints to Symphony. Symphony Service request no:BL-MI-19C17001 was raised on 19 Mar 2017. Symphony technicians did not visit my home to analyse the issue. I raised another service request no:BL-MI-21E17002 on 21st May 2017. Finally Symphony technician visited and reviewed the product and confirmed that there is motor problem which needs to be replaced and it requires 20 more days to replace the motor.
                                  I cannot for wait for 20 more days as summer has almost ended.
                                  I have also raised a Consumerhelpline complaint (#286751), Complaint Date:[protected]
                                  I request Snapdeal to process the refund and collect this faulty product.

                                  Isn't there a responsibility of Symphony India Air Cooler manufacturer who were supposed to fix the faulty product during the warranty?

                                      Deceived by snapdeal service engineer... Cheated me and took signature by me on their job sheet as if the issue has been resolved, wherein the issue not resolved...

                                      With regard to product... I purchased swipe konnect grand, where in the specifications mentioned that it is of toughest gorilla Glass.. But it has been broken... Wrong information provided by the merchant and the snapdeal to cheat customers and giving cheap quality smart phones... And making money by cheating people...

                                      I request to please take action on these cheaters...
