I have order Mi power bank on 25 April, when i ordered it showed six months warranty. From Last few days my power bank is not working.

Now what should i must do, say snapdeal. Just waste of money spending to you, atleast amazon and flipkart are better than you.

    My phone touch is not working i go to service centre he says your phone is in dead condition. U will pay 3500 for repairing i bought my phone in 4000rs but my phone is in warranty i dont pay single ruppee give me my phone to service centre n repair it he asking me deposit the money of 3500 I just change my phone or replace it snapdeal is worst or otherwise give me my money back

      The phone delivered is not having the features as mentioned in the website. I have requested for replacement but nit done since 1 month. And now they are saying it will not be done. I want replacement or refund as soon as possible. I am in urgent need of ohone and as i have already used my money on that phone to buy from snapdeal. I am in a big distress. I need that phone ir money urgently. Please arrange for my replacement or refund against that fake phone delivered to me.

          I have ordered TISSOT PRC 200 watch in october 2nd 2016(Unbox sale) and i have received october 13th 2016. During April month watch chain corrosion is started. After that i went TISSOT show room they said it is duplicate product. I have raise complaint on 8th April 2017. Snapdeal is asking written letter for duplicate product from authorized service center. But TISSOT is telling snapdeal is not authorized dealar for TISSOT and we cant give letter to unauthorized dealaer. Sanpdeal said we have intimated to seller. But till now there is no response from snapdeal. I have tried to call snapdeal customer care is telling your are not registered mobile number.

          TISSOT service center said they will not give a letter for Unauthorized dealer(Snapdeal). Each and very time calling and asking only written confirmation. They strictly told they will not give letter and they will not take repair/service, which is purchased from online. Please see the mail copy from TISSOT they clearly said Snapdeal is not a authorized dealer.

            A defective item (Mobile phone) received for which i raised complaint as per their own policy. They first send an engineer to check item and then send a return pick up agent to collect the item who picked up item from me after checking that item is still in as delivered condition. But when item reached them, they falsely declared item not passing quality check and even after my many requests to refund my money back, they are not refunding and threatening me to either accept item back or they will not be liable for item loss or furthur damage.
            Moreover, on phone call they said refund is not being done because of my previous return of another item (I have call recording too) and in email they mentioned quality check not passed.

                    I had ordered two different trousers from snapdeal website and when the i received the order, i found out that both products were of a similar colors (One being a grey color and the being a bit dark grayish) and one of them wasn't fitting me really well, so i placed a return request of the disliked product from their website.

                    Then, the next day i received a mail from them stating that this request couldnt be processed. I was shocked to see that i could not return that product anymore but while placing the order i had seen that i could return the product hassle free along with an extended return too. I had also read the guidelines present on their website for return of products and have found that if i am dissatisfied with my product i could return it as it comes under the category of clothing.

                    I have never faced this kind of inconvenience from any other online retailer so far. So i contacted their customer care asking them for their reason, but their answer was that they had given me a good quality product, but that doesn't make sense to me in any way because how could the quality of product affect my return policy. So i asked them to connect me to some senior executive for the same issue but they refused it after putting me on hold for like 15 mins. This is a fraudulent act from their side and someone should take action against them.

                      I ordered a sony bluetooth speaker from snapdeal on 7th may 2017 on cod, the emailed me that tha product is dispached, on 13th may a courier person came and deliverd me a product which was in snapdeal packing i recived the product and paid cash. the product was something else naming mini bluetooth speaker not one that i ordered i placed a complaint to snapdeal about that after that they say it is seller fraud we have canclled tha product and didn't notify me about that and now they are saying money which i paid will not be refunded, i have orederd on snapdeal now they say they can't do anything about it i have to keep tha product it is cheap copy worth 200..300 rs why should i keep it any pay 2500 please help i have attached the image of product i orderd and that i got. my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                          When I have placed order for my product, in specification it was mentioned as "Main Unit Condenser Coil Copper". But after receiving the product, i have realized the condenser unit was actually "Aluminium".

                          Now Snapdeal have rectified the product description to correct it after my complain and not giving any satisfactory answer even after my repetitive follow up.

                          I am planning and consulting to go for consumer court next, if this is not addressed and proper compensation not provided.

                            Regarding order numbr [protected] which was supposedly delivered on 16th may, however, i haven't received any contact info of the delivery guy or the courier services and on on enquiring the reception people and security nobody seems to have taken the delivery. I had been calling Snapdeal customer service for a week now and to now not even the proof of delivery has been shared with me. Today they tell me that my product is delivered at the right place and no refund will be given. This is very incompetent of snapdeal and how is it my fault that the delivery guy's contact info wasn't sent to me and that he has delivered it to someone else? And now my refund is being denied!

                              I have ordered crompton greaves cooler from snapdeal on 04:30 PM, 17 Apr, 2017. Got it on 06:44 PM, 22 Apr, 2017. But unfortunately the cooler had leakage issues, so i requested for return, Snapdeal told me to courier the same to Bhiwandi. I couriered the same at Rs.1600/-.                                 I had ordered 5 products from Snapdeal on 16.05.17 (order id [protected]) & paid full amount of Rs. 7854/- through sbi debit card. But out of five products for one product i.e Kent Maxxx U. V water purifier company only update on their order page that product is packed and ready to dispatch for few days. on 19.5.2017 I had a mail from Snapdeal(after 3 days of placing order) that
                                Your order for Kent 7 Ltr Max UV Water Purifier couldn't be fulfilled by the seller
                                We tried to place the order with an alternate seller but were unsuccessful and had to cancel it. But product was available on site.
                                When I contacted customer care they replied me to made fresh purchase, but at that time the product of above said product had been rise from rs 5678 to rs 8400. I want to know from company what is the fault on my end in the whole incident, why I bear losses for the fault which occurs at ur end. Even these peoples mentally torture me by providing wrong information. Even they kept my money from 16.5.17 to till date I have not received yet..Do please aware o[censored]nprofessional and unethical practises of Snapdeal..Think before to buy any thing from Snapdeal. They only know how to earn commission's, customers are secondary for them.

                                  Me and my wife had ordered 3 products from Snapdeal on 01.05.17 (order id [protected]) & paid full amount of Rs. 6021/- through credit card. The items (dress material) were delivered on 4 and 5 May. However we did not like the quality of the items and decided to return them. 2 of the items (worth Rs 2722) were picked up by Snapdeal logistic partner on 06.05.17 while the 3rd item (worth Rs 3299) is yet to be picked.

                                  Snapdeal has now refused to refund us the amount already paid for the items and they are not even collecting the 3rd item. Neither our calls to the customer care nor our emails to Snapdeal have yielded any result. In fact Snapdeal has advised us by email that we should not make any more transactions and that they are suspending my account.

                                  The reason for this is that they found some transactions in my account which do not pass their internal checks. However, there is no information given on what these transactions are and what internal checks they did not pass.

                                    This is regarding a return request placed for an order on Snapdeal. The return Ids are: 41299495 and 41299497. I had placed for return for two products belonging to these return IDs on 16 April, since then I have not got any resolution.

                                    Below are the series of communications that I have received from Snapdeal on these returns, which are totally not in sync with each other and are completely vague.
                                    1. 16 April: Your package will be picked up within next 2-3 days. Once we receive your item and it passes our quality check, we'll refund Rs. 1197 to your FreeCharge Account. (The courier guy called up and total that a total of 4 items would be picked up, but when he came he only picked up the other two products (I had placed a request for two more products), and asked to raise the request again)
                                    2. 17 April: Your item cannot be picked up as your address lies outside our serviceable area for reverse pickup. Please send it to our warehouse via any national courier. We will reimburse the courier charges to your FreeCharge Account. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused
                                    (Meanwhile I had tried to send a complaint via app and tried to call a few times. This is totally vague as 2 products were picked up a day before)
                                    3. 11 May: We are sorry to inform you that unfortunately, your returned item did not meet our quality check criteria. As a result, we are unable to initiate refund/replacement for your item and have closed your return request.
                                    We will ship back your item to your original delivery address within a maximum of 48 hours. Once we ship it, you will receive an email with the AWB tracking number and courier details
                                    (Please note that product was never picked up/couriered by me to Snapdeal, which I mentioned as a reply to this.)
                                    4. 15 May: We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request.
                                    (Please make me understand what sort of transactions? I have placed a new order on 19 May, which successfully got delivered today (20 May), If there was a problem with my account, why are they accepting orders? Does this mean they will only accept orders, but when it comes to returns, they can’t? Also why are they communicating different things at different times for the same order? Upon calling customer care they also don’t have any explanation as to why is this happening, they have no authority over anything and keep on telling that they can’t help on this. Then I asked that I wish to talk to any senior available, that also is never done as the seniors are always busy. This has happened twice that the seniors were busy.)

                                    I have also mailed the photos of products, completely intact with tags and packaging just to assure that the products are alright. If you have accepted a return request, then it is the company's duty to fulfill the request if the products are fine.

                                    Regarding the account issue, first I don’t understand what sort of invalid transactions are they talking about like it’s some bank account, and secondly if there are, why didn’t they communicate/mail it earlier and only told upon sending multiple emails?

                                    This entire issue has left me disappointed as there seems to be no way of getting any resolution in this case.

                                    Hi Team, Its been more than a wee already. The complaint is such that it should get resolved within hours, I don't understand whats making it take so much time.

                                    Hi, Whats the status with this complaint? Do you expect the customer to just run after you? What sort of resolution is this?
                                    Hate to say this, but this is what the difference between an MNC vs Indian companies. A company like Amazon, never had any sort of issue with them, if there is an error from their end, they understand and accept that.
                                    Unlike in this case, where they say anything in the name of policy, they don't know what the problem is, but some X department has said there is a problem and thats it. They don't go further than that, and keep on telling the customer there was some problem in your account. Like seriously? I have paid for all my orders, its you who is not fulfilling my return request and the problem lies with my account.

                                      I complained that i got fake pendrive instead of branded( 2 years warranty). Snap deal team said to make it sure that its not branded by Hp service centre. So i sent it to HP service centre Bangalore, they confirmed that its not branded and i sent the mail to Snapdeal which which i got from HP service centre. Finally after many times complaining, Snap deal team said they will come and pick up the product. they it submit it to quality check again and after that they will refund my money. but no one came to pick up. simply they are sending mail pickup unsuccessful, but no one came or consulted me to pick up that fake product. Daily i m calling and complaining. Daily they closing complaint simply quoting unsuccessful reason. So please help to get my refund. And ensure actions on them for fooling consumers for selling fake products in the name of Brands

                                        I have received empty package there is no product inside of the package.
                                        After I raised a complaint from snapdeal through Mobile app. After 2days they are suspended my account and they are simply said we can't do anything like that. Finally I am going to lose my money.
